“HYANG HURIP” MODEL GARAP PENCIPTAAN TARI TRADISI

ABSTRAKKarya tari ini dibuat berdasarkan Buku Ramayana yang didalamnya terkandung cerita tentang Hanoman, secara wujud Hanoman adalah kera, tetapi mempunyai sifat kemanusiaan. Tokoh Hanoman ini menjadi inspirasi untuk dijadikan model garap karya tari (baru) yang berorientasi pada kekuatan sumber tradisi, ditarikan oleh 7 (tujuh) penari putra, ditambah dengan para pemain musik masuk area pertunjukan untuk bergerak. Dibuat menjadi 3 (tiga) pengdegan bertipe dramatik, dengan tujuan membuat karya baru dengan menggunakan penari laki-laki bersumber dari cerita wayang. Teori yang digunakan terkait dengan 4 (empat) unsur gerak tari yaitu: desain, dinamika, irama dan motivasi. Metode penggarapan tari ini menggunakan metode Eksplorasi, Evaluasi dan Komposisi. Diusung oleh kekuatan musik tari, tata rias busana, setting, lighting dan videografi, serta menggunakan area pertunjukan outdoor, disajikan dalam bentuk virtual.Kata Kunci: Hanoman, Dramatik, Outdoor, Virtual. ABSTRACT“HYANG HURIP” MODEL WORKING FOR THE CREATION OF TRADITION DANCE, June 2022. This dance work is based on the Ramayana Book which contains a story about Hanoman, in his form Hanoman is an ape, but has a human nature. This Hanoman figure became the inspiration to be used as a model for working on a (new) dance work oriented to the strength of the source of tradition, danced by 7 (seven) male dancers, plus music players entering the performance area to move. Made into 3 (three) pengdegan. dramatic type, with the aim of creating new works using male dancers based on wayang stories. The theory used is related to 4 (four) elements of dance movement, namely: design, dynamics, rhythm and motivation. This dance cultivation method uses the method of Exploration, Evaluation and Composition. Analyzing the Response of Learners to Use Kahoot as Gamification of Learning Physics

This study aims to investigate the response of learners to use Kahoot as a gamification of learning. Kahoot is available for free applications, and this platform can be used in gamification based learning. Kahoot allows educators to make games based on quizzed, surveys, and other things related. Kahoot can be accessed using a smartphone-based on android and ios as well as through a computer with address www.kahoot.it. The method used in this research is descriptive method qualitative data support the results of analyzing the response of pesetas learners. This research was conducted in SMP Tunas Bangsa, West Jakarta learner class VII, with several 16 students. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. Instrument used validated using product moment formula and reliability using the formula KR-20. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, we can conclude that the response of learners in the use Kahoot as gamification of learning that is in the select category with an average overall score obtained is 87.28%

PENGARUH RECOVERY AKTIF DENGAN RECOVERY PASIF TERHADAP PENURUNAN KADAR ASAM LAKTAT

Recovery setelah perlombaan atau latihan sangatlah dibutuhkan bagi atlet untuk mengambalikan kondisi atlet kembali bugar, recovery aktif dan recovery pasif salah satu recovery yang mudah dan efektif untuk dilakukan setelah perlombaan atau latihan. Recovery aktif adalah apabila sesudah perlombaan atau latihan di lanjutkan dengan latihan dengan intensitas yang lebih ringan sehingga kadar asam laktat kembali ke batas normal, sedangkan recovery pasif dilakukan dengan cara menghentikan seluruh aktivitas sesudah latihan, pemulihan ini dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap penurunan kadar asam laktat dalam darah yang terbentuk dari hasil metabolisme anaerob.Tujuan Penelitianini agar para pelatih mengetahui hasil dari pengaruh recovery aktif dan recovery pasif terhadap penurunan kadar asam laktat. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Accutrend lactate. Teknik pengolahan data dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode one samplekolmogrov-smirnov test dan uji wilcoxon.Kedua hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara recovery aktif dengan recovery pasif terhadap penurunan kadar asam laktat, baik pada recovery 10 menit pertama maupun 10 menit kedua. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan lamanya perubahan kadar asam laktat dalam darah setelah tes ergometer 2000M dengan menggunakan recovery aktif dan recovery pasif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa recovery aktif lebih signifikan dalam proses penurunan asam laktat. Kata kunci: Asam laktat, recovery aktif, recovery pasif.   Recovery after competition or excercise is needed to restore athletes' condition to be fresh, active recovery and active recovery are two of easy and effective recoveries to do after competition or exercise. Active recovery is when after the competition or excericise continuing with low intensity exercise so lactic acid levels returns to normal level, wereas passive recovery is done by stop all activities after exercise, this recovery give effect to reduce lactic acid levels within blood that formed by result of anaerobic metabolism. The purpose of the study was trainers have to know results by the effects of active recovery and passive recovery toward reduction of lactic acid levels. Sampling technique in the study was using purposive sampling. The instrument was used Accutrend lactate. The data process technique and data analysis were used one samplekolmogrov-smirnov test method and wilcoxon experiment. Both of reseach results showed that there were diferrence between active recovery and passive recovery toward reduction of lactic acid levels, even in the first ten minutes recovery as well as in the second ten minutes. The result of research concluded that there was difference of alteration duration of lactic acid levels within blood after ergometer 2000M test by usingactive recovery and passive recovery. PENGARUH MEKANISME GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE, OPERATING CAPACITY, DAN BIAYA AGENSI MANAJERIAL TERHADAP FINANCIAL DISTRESS (Pada Perusahaan Sektor Pertambangan Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2015-2018)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Good Corporate Governance, Operating Capacity dan Biaya Agensi Manajerial berpengaruh terhadap Financial distress (Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan Pertambangan Yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Perusahaan Pertambangan Yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 10 perusahaan. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan metode dokumentasi. Sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa good corporate governance berpengaruh negatif terhadap financial distress dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 0,025. PENGUKURAN DAN PENINGKATAN PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN DI HOTEL XYZ PONTIANAK

Hotel XYZ Pontianak require that employees provide the best service to the customers because the employee must have excellent stamina. If the absence of employees increased, decreased work motivation and high labor indiscipline can be concluded that an employment boredom experienced by those employees. The purpose of this research is to improve the productivity performance of employees and find out how much impact the performance of employees to work productivity views of the absent employee, motivation, discipline kerjadan hours at Hotel XYZ Pontianak.This study uses the calculation of labor productivity. Procedures for implementing the productivity was observed for a period of work activity are taken irregularly (the observation time is determined by the researcher) and record whether employees are in a state of working or not working. It should be considered in measuring dimension - the dimension of working hours and absenteeism Absenteeism very positive effect on work productivity due to employees who were not present and would pose a burden for employees in lieu.The results of this study indicate that attendance and working hours have a positive effect on work productivity. Based on employee attendance data in 2016 had the highest value, the total absence of its largest year before. Productivity is the lowest value in March has a value that is 95.69%, while the value of the highest productivity in January has a value that is 98.88% recap of absenteeism began January 2016 - March 2016 states that three days or 72 hours of work were lost in last three months. Social settings in John Grisham’s novel the client

Literary work built by two element, Intrinsic and Extrinsic element. One of the intrinsic elements is setting. The setting is not only a particular time & particular place but the very substance of region, down to its dust-how the people think, how they react, their prejudices, their insanities, their very life-style with element suggested indirectly. Literature has a strong relevant with real certain social world, that is environment, place, time and even real social life. Social setting refers to the aspects of the social behavior of a society, which cover tradition, ways of living, the ways of thinking and status of a character. Among them, it seems that social setting has a more dominant role in a story to makes literary work naturally. It can be determine whether the place become special and typical or it just becomes neutral. From the explanation above the problem can be formulated into two statement of problem, those are to know how do the social settings in John Grisham’s novel The Client are constructed and what is the relation between John Grisham’s social setting with the social setting in the novel The Client. The writer used descriptive method and social setting’s theory by Abrams as the delimitation of research. The data collected from John Grisham’s Novel The Client and references of the theory as a tool in analyzing social setting contained in the novel. Technique of collecting data of this research is documentary studies; the step is by determining the subject of research that is The Client by John Grisham The writer found the construction of social setting in the novel that consists of social life, society and environment. Basically, the story of The Client takes place in Memphis at United States. But there are also several places other town such as New Orleans, Mississippi, Miami Colorado and California. John Grisham describes the social setting by several conditions, such as the activity of human being in a community, the attitude of the people, the ways of thinking of the people, the ways of living and other. The example is the condition of Sway’s family which classify as low level because there was a classification of social life. The classification is one aspect which constructed the social setting of the novel, there were many example construction which explained above. As the final conclusion, that literature has a strong relevant with real certain social world, that is environment, place, time and even real social life. The relation between literature and the social setting has been a central problem in criticism and theory, the social condition, however, immediately presents a questionable distinction. PERENCANAAN JALUR TERBANG MISI PEMOTRETAN UDARA MENGGUNAKAN UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLE

Laporan ini dibuat berdasarkan hasil kegiatan selama mengikuti Program Latihan Akademik (PLA), dimana setiap mahasiswa yang mengikuti kegiatan PLA wajib menyusun dan membuat sebuah karya tulis dalam bentuk laporan sesuai dengan apa yang dilakukan mahasiswa selama kegiatan PLA berlangsung. Penulis mengikuti kegiatan PLA ini di PT. GEOCAL. Pada proses pembuatan jalur terbang ini, penulis melakukan tahapan kegiatan secara berturut unutuk mendapatkan hasil sesuai dengan yang diinginkan tahapannya antara lain: perencanaan jalur terbang, pelaksanaan pemotretan, pengolahan data (mozaik, ortofoto, 3D / DTM (Digital Tera Modeling). LEGITIMASI PENYEBARAN INFORMASI YANG MEMILIKI MUATAN PENGHINAAN DAN/ATAU PENCEMARAN NAMA BAIK DALAM PASAL 310 KUHP DAN UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 19 TAHUN 2016 TENTANG PERUBAHAN ATAS UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 11 TAHUN 2008 TENTANG INFORMASI DAN TRANSAKSI ELEKTRONIK

Abstrak Keberadaan dunia cyber memberikan pengaruh besar di berbagai bidang kehidupan. Pengaruh tersebut tidaklah selalu berdampak positif tetapi juga negatif. Dampak negatif terwujudkan dengan istilah cybercrime. Perkembangan cyber law mengalami kemajuan pesat sehingga banyak pengaturan pada penggunaan dunia cyber. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui legitimasi pemidanaan penyebaran informasi yang memiliki muatan penghinaan dan/atau pencemaran nama baik yang tidak dianggap salah oleh peraturan-peraturan lain di Indonesia kecuali oleh Undang-Undang ITE, dan mengetahui ketentuan penyebaran informasi dalam Pasal 27 ayat (3) Undang-Undang ITE merupakan pengaturan yang tepat untuk mengendalikan informasi yang memiliki muatan penghinaan dan/atau pencemaran nama baik. Hasil penelitian ini adalah legitimasi pemidanaan penyebaran informasi yang memiliki muatan penghinaan dan/atau pencemaran nama baik yang tidak dianggap salah oleh peraturan-peraturan lain di Indonesia kecuali oleh Undang-Undang ITE. Pasal 27 ayat (3) Undang-Undang ITE merupakan suatu ketentuan yang mengatur penyebaran informasi yang mengandung muatan penghinaan dan/atau pencemaran nama baik. Ketentuan penyebaran informasi dalam Pasal 27 ayat (3) Undang-Undang ITE belum bisa dikatakan sebagai pengaturan yang tepat untuk mengendalikan informasi yang memiliki muatan penghinaan dan/atau pencemaran nama baik di dalam teknologi informasi. Yang menjadi permasalahan bukanlah mengenai rumusan yang tidak jelas dan multitafsir yang terkandung dalam pasalnya, melainkan batasan dari ketentuan tersebut yang bisa dikatakan terlalu luas. Dengan penggunaan konsep penyebaran di dalam Pasal 27 ayat (3), maka setiap orang dapat dikenakan ketentuan tersebut dan dipidana karenanya.
