TRAINING OF HUMAN CAPITAL IN HEALTH AND SOCIAL REPRESENTATIONS: CASE STUDY IN HOSPITALS OF 2° LEVEL OF THE AREA EAST OF THE STATE OF MEXICO

The focus of this work is to analyze from a medical perspective the multiple aspects that guide the criteria that assumes the training of health professionals. This research is based on the theory of social representations; this theory is referred to an epistemology of the sense common, which allows to interpret the reality-the knowledge every day, product of social interactions. Within this theoretical framework, it worked with the approach process, which focuses on the content of the representation in terms of its meaning and significance. It was a descriptive study, qualitative, cross-not experimental, with interviews semistructured with three axes categorical (training, bonding and regulation). The sample was obtained in a manner not probabilistic, they interviewed 12 subject, six heads of teaching and six medical in training attached to the institutions that agreed to participate in the research. From the crossroads of knowledge, the experiences and opinions of education managers and doctors in training, is develop that the training of the professional of the health still framed in the paradigm positivist (hegemonic biomedical). Efectos del desrraigo familiar, en el comportamiento psicosocial en la población víctima del conflicto armado de la vereda La Pola del municipio de Turbo

Analizar los efectos del desarraigo familiar en el comportamiento psicosocial en la población víctima del conflicto armado de la vereda la Pola del municipio de turbo para generar espacios de reflexión y sensibilización.Esta investigación se enfocó directa y particularmente en los Efectos del Desarraigo Familiar en el Comportamiento psicosocial en la población sobrevivientes del conflicto armado de la vereda La Pola del municipio de Turbo, siendo esta una población que vivió en constante episodios de violencia con la llegada de nuevos grupos al margen de la ley, causando muertes, heridos, amenazas y desplazamientos masivos con retorno a meses y años después, dejado secuelas económicas culturales pero con gran manifestaciones emocionales Y en sus comportamientos. El objeto de investigación tenido en cuenta fueron 350 habitantes aproximadamente, que conforman 75 familias; quienes para efecto de la aplicación del instrumento se tomara 25 familias como muestra, todo enmarcado desde el enfoque cualitativo implementando así la encuesta socio demográfica e historias de vidas como recolección de la información porque a través de estas se puede tener un acercamiento más directo con el contexto. 79 p.El presente estudio permitió jerarquizar los peligros y riesgos a los cuales los colaboradores se encuentran expuestos en la ejecución de sus actividades diarias, la metodología utilizada para la identificación y valoración de los peligros y riesgos fue la Guía Técnica Colombiana 45 versión 2012 la cual en su anexo A expone los peligros a evaluar, adicionalmente se realizó una inspección de seguridad planeada la cual fue estructurada por la Norma Técnica Colombiana 4114 versión 1997 la cual se llevó a cabo de forma presencial con el acompañamiento de las directivas de la institución identificando cada uno de los riesgos relacionados por los trabajadores en las encuestas realizadas, los resultados de esta investigación fueron tabulados y por medio de graficas se evaluaron los riesgos de mayor relevancia para cada peligro los cuales en relación a su frecuencia se jerarquizaron así; Teletrabajo, Biomecánico, Fenómenos naturales, Físico, Psicosocial, Condiciones de seguridad, Biológico y Químico, luego del análisis se realizó el instrumento didáctico el cual se socializo con el equipo de colaboradores de la institución educativa Jesús María Aguirre por medio de la plataforma de reuniones Google Meet.1. Análisis de índices urbanísticos para el estudio del clima urbano árido (Gran San Juan)

El trabajo expone resultados parciales de una Beca de Postgrado de CONICET y se inserta epistemológicamente en las disciplinas Climatología Urbana y Planificación Urbana Bioclimática. El objetivo general del proyecto trianual es establecer la correlación existente entre la volumetría edilicia y las variables climáticas de temperatura y humedad relativa en todo el ejido urbano del Gran San Juan (GSJ). Se presenta una base de datos urbanísticos obtenida para el año 2008, procesada mediante el empleo de herramientas SIG y CAD, la cual permite conocer el estado de situación urbano-espacial del ejido de la ciudad, como soporte espacial para el estudio del clima urbano del GSJ. Estos resultados posibilitarán establecer el estudio de las modificaciones, que la urbanización produce en el clima natural, debido al impacto permanente de la volumetría edilicia y su distribución en el espacio urbano.This paper exposes partial results of a three-year research scholarship project (CONICET: 2007-2010), which is inserted in the disciplines of urban climate and bioclimatic urban planning. Its main objective is to determine the correlations between the Volumetric Density (VD) and the climatic variables of temperature and relative humidity, in the whole San Juan Metropolitan Area. An urban database for the year 2008, executed with CAD and SIG software, is presented in order to know the current urban-spatial situation of the city, and at the same time, as a spatial support to future studies of urban climate in the San Juan city. Estrategias de internacionalización de los productores de granadilla del municipio de Ibagué

El libro es la síntesis del proyecto de investigación “Diseño de estrategias de internacionalización de los productores de granadilla del municipio de Ibagué” que ha sido abordado en cuatro apartados, dando inicio con todo el aspecto asociativo, el cual concientiza a los productores de los beneficios reales de permanecer y sustentar la asociatividad; luego, se encuentran descritos todos los procesos internacionales que se deben llevar a cabo para exportar la granadilla;en tercer lugar, se procede con la ultra congelación como método de transformación del fruto y la buenas prácticas de manufactura del mismo con el fin de innovar en los procesos comerciales de la fruta exótica que los productores manejan. Finalmente, se vislumbran las estrategias de internacionalización donde se evidencian los factores más importantes que pueden potencializar la granadilla en el mercado exterior. En este sentido, se puede lograr posicionar al sector productivo como uno de los mejores del país en la comercialización de productos agrícolas y con un gran apoyo social.The book is the synthesis of the research project "Design of internationalization strategies for granadilla producers in the municipality of Ibagué" that has been addressed in four sections, beginning with the entire associative aspect, which makes producers aware of the benefits real to remain and sustain associativity; Then, all the international processes that must be carried out to export the granadilla are described; thirdly, we proceed with deep freezing as a method of transformation of the fruit and the good manufacturing practices of the same in order to innovate in the commercial processes of the exotic fruit that the producers handle. Finally, internationalization strategies are glimpsed where the most important factors that can potentiate the passion fruit in the foreign market are evident. Seroprevalence of exposure to SARS-CoV-2 in domestic dogs and cats and its relationship with COVID-19 cases in the city of Villavicencio, Colombia [version 3; peer review: 2 approved]

Background: Since the beginning of the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) outbreak, different animal species have been implicated as possible intermediate hosts that could facilitate the transmission of the virus between species. The detection of these hosts has intensified, reporting wild, zoo, farm, and pet animals. The goal of this study was to determine the seroprevalence of anti-SARS-CoV-2 immunoglobulins (IgG) in domestic dogs and cats and its epidemiological association with the frequency of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) patients in Villavicencio, Colombia. Methods: 300 dogs and 135 cats were randomly selected in a two-stage distribution by clusters according to COVID-19 cases (positive RT-qPCR for SARS-CoV-2) within the human population distributed within the eight communes of Villavicencio. Indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) technique was applied in order to determine anti-SARS-CoV-2 IgG in sera samples. Kernel density estimation was used to compare the prevalence of COVID-19 cases with the seropositivity of dogs and cats. Results: The overall seroprevalence of anti-SARS-CoV-2 IgG was 4.6% (95% CI=3.2-7.4). In canines, 3.67% (95% CI=2.1-6.4) and felines 6.67% (95% CI=3.6-12.18). Kernel density estimation indicated that seropositive cases were concentrated in the southwest region of the city. There was a positive association between SARS-CoV-2 seropositivity in pet animals and their habitat in Commune 2 (adjusted OR=5.84; 95% CI=1.1-30.88). Spearman's correlation coefficients were weakly positive (p=0.32) between the ratio of COVID-19 cases in November 2020 and the results for domestic dogs and cats from the eight communes of Villavicencio. Conclusions: In the present research cats were more susceptible to SARS-CoV-2 infection than dogs. This study provides the first positive results of anti-SARS-CoV-2 ELISA serological tests in domestic dogs and cats in Colombia with information about the virus transmission dynamics in Latin America during the COVID-19 pandemic
