COMUNICACIÓN INTERCULTURAL Y NORMALIZACIÓN LINGÜÍSTICA DEL ÑUHÚ: LA SEÑALIZACIÓN MULTILINGÜE DE LA UNIVERSIDAD VERACRUZANA

In 2011 a Project was made by the Universidad Veracruzana Intercultural to implement a multilingual signage into the work and common area of the student body. In this seat of this university in Huasteca, the Ñuhu language was judged a national language that the Project must include by founding a Standard Terminology Committee. The mission of this Committee was generating a standard terminology for marking the university area. In 2013 the impact and the effect of this action of linguistic integration, actualization, and planning was evaluated. The results of this were very interesting since neological and adopting processes were detected in the use of a language for university among the ñuhu-speakers.En 2011 se hizo un proyecto para elaborar una señalización multilingüe de los espacios de uso de la comunidad estudiantil de la Universidad Veracruzana Intercultural. En su sede de la Huasteca la lengua ñuhú (otomí) fue considerada como parte de las lenguas terminología normalizada que permitiera rotular los espacios universitarios. En 2013 se evalúo el impacto y alcance de esta acción de integración, actualización y normalización lingüística, arrojando resultados interesantes sobre los procesos de neología y apropiación en el uso de un lenguaje universitario entre los ñuhuhablantes

Planeamiento estratégico para el sector comercio electrónico en el Perú

El sector comercio electrónico en el Perú es una de las pocas actividades que ha venido creciendo a un ritmo de dos dígitos anualmente en los últimos años, con lo cual se vuelve un sector muy atractivo para muchas organizaciones. Sin embargo, mucho de este crecimiento se explica por un acompañamiento al desarrollo económico del país en los últimos años, más que por un desarrollo estructurado, planificado y coordinado del sector. Esto hace que los resultados del sector, si bien han sido impresionantes alcanzando un 0.49% del PBI nacional al año 2013, sean todavía inferiores a la participación que tiene el mismo sector en los países referentes de esta industria, como por ejemplo Reino Unido (5.61%), Japón (2.86%), Estados Unidos (2.29%), China (1.97%), entre otros. El presente estudio analiza los factores externos e internos que vienen potenciando y afectando al sector, y propone a través de estrategias y objetivos estructurados la ejecución de un plan coordinado para que en un horizonte de 10 años el sector quintuplique su facturación actual, alcanzando los 5,000 millones de dólares anuales o 1.5% del PBI al año 2025. Esta cifra ubicaría al Perú dentro de los parámetros actuales de facturación relativa al PBI que otros países ya ostentan, teniendo en cuenta que este sector va a tomar cada vez más importancia en las economías mundiales. Han sido planteadas ocho estrategias, seis Objetivos de Largo Plazo y 30 Objetivos de Corto Plazo, los cuales, en suma, desarrollan diversas áreas de aprovechamiento, como por ejemplo el incremento de la penetración de Internet, la creación de un gremio privado impulsador del sector, la difusión de los beneficios de su uso tanto a nivel empresarial como a nivel de consumidor final, el incremento de la seguridad en las transacciones, la generación de un mejor marco legal para las transacciones, la preparación y calificación específica de recursos humanos, asociaciones estratégicas públicas y privadas, y el desarrollo de la ii infraestructura necesaria. Estas áreas permitirán consolidar el crecimiento que el sector está teniendo hoy en día y desarrollarlo en el futuro. Un futuro que se muestra promisorio, principalmente por los avances tecnológicos que muy pronto permitirán democratizar el acceso a Internet y mejorar los tiempos de entrega de los productos y servicios hacia los consumidores. Por lo tanto, es imperativo que el comercio electrónico en el Perú esté preparado y pueda maximizar el aprovechamiento de los nuevos recursos que la tecnología pondrá a disposición, y volverse así un sector industrial vanguardista y un referente en la arena globalThe e-commerce sector in Peru is one of the few activities that have been growing at a double digit rate annually in recent years, which makes it a very attractive sector for many organizations. However, much of this growth is explained by the economic development of the country in recent years, rather than a structured, planned and coordinated development of the sector. Despite the fact that the results of the sector, even being impressive, reached 0.49% of the national GDP in 2013, this rate is still below the share that has the same sector in countries concerning this industry, such as the UK (5.61 %), Japan (2.86%), United States (2.29%), and China (1.97%), among others. This study analyzes the external and internal factors that are promoting and affecting the sector, and through structured strategies and objectives, proposes the implementation of a coordinated plan in a 10 years frame for the sector to fivefold its current billing plan, reaching 5,000 million dollars per year or 1.5% of GDP by 2025. This amount would place Peru within the current billing parameters relative to GDP that other countries already hold, given that this sector is going to increasingly take more importance in world economies. Eight strategies, six Long-term Objectives and 30 Short-term Objectives have been raised, which, together, would develop various areas to exploit, such as increasing Internet access, creating a private league that will boost the sector, spreading the benefits of using ecommerce both enterprise and final consumers level, increasing the security of transactions, generating a better legal framework for transactions, preparation and specific training of human resources, strategic partnerships both public and private, and the development of the necessary infrastructure. These areas will consolidate both the growth that the sector is facing today and its future development. A future that shows promising, mainly by technological advances that will soon allow democratize access to Internet and improve delivery times of products and services to iv consumers. Development of Kraft Lignin Chemically Modified as a Novel Crosslinking Agent for the Synthesis of Active Hydrogels

In this research a chemical modification of kraft lignin was carried out using a basic nucleophilic substitution reaction (NSA) in order to functionalize it as a novel crosslinking agent for the synthesis of active hydrogels. The chemical modification success of the synthesized crosslinker was demonstrated by using several techniques such as volumetry probes, FTIR, 1H-NMR and DSC. Thus, the obtained materials were employed during the synthesis of acrylic acid-based hydrogels, due to its high-water absorption capacity to evaluate their retention potential of heavy metal ions. Characterization of the active hydrogels were performed by FTIR and SEM, showing the specific signals corresponding to the base monomers into the polymer skeleton and the efficiency of modified kraft lignin as a novel crosslinking agent. Additionally, to demonstrate the potential use of these hydrogels in wastewater treatment, metal ions adsorption experiments were conducted, showing adsorption percentages higher than 90% and 80% for Pb2+ and Cu2+, respectively

Proposal evaluation matrix for geopark projects in Latin America, based in Protected Areas: Case Studies and Applicatio

Los países latinoamericanos han desarrollado diversos sistemas nacionales de ANP, algunas de las cuales denotan singularidades geológicas en marcos locales y regionales, que pueden perfilarse dentro de una estrategia territorial amplia y holística basada en el patrimonio geológico. Dado el déficit regional de geoparques, se propone una matriz de indicadores para evaluación de proyectos de geoparques aplicable en ANP, con el propósito de valorar territorios potenciales. Para este estudio se estimaron once sitios en cuatro naciones de América Latina, aplicando dos matrices de evaluación: una global y una propuesta regional; con el fin de observar el comportamiento individual de cada zona y la distribución de las categorías con relación al conjunto de datos. Como principal resultado se muestra el menester de fortalecer los aspectos comunicativos y socioeconómicos necesarios para la generación de geoparques. El uso de esta metodología permitirá visualizar los mejores prospectos entre las áreas de estudio y crear una valoración estándar para futuras estimaciones.Latin American countries have developed diverse national systems of NPA, some of which denote geo- logical oddities in local and regional frameworks, which can be profiled in a comprehensive and holistic regional strategy based on geological heritage. Given the regional deficit of Geoparks, is propose a matrix of indicators for geoparks projects evaluation applicable in NPA is proposed, in order to evaluate potential territories. For this study eleven localities from four Latin American countries were estimated, using two matrices of evaluation: global and regional proposal, in order to observe the individual trend of each zone and the distribution of the categories with respect to the data set. The main result shows the need to strengthen communication and socio -economic aspects necessary for the generation of geoparks. The use of this methodology allowed us to visualize of the top prospects from the study areas and create a standard assessment for future estimates

Use of ICT for autonomous learning in Food Science and Technology and Veterinary degrees in the University of Cordoba pilot plan

Con la finalidad de dotar a los estudiantes de los últimos cursos de los grados de Ciencia y Tecnología de los Alimentos y Veterinaria de las herramientas necesarias para fomentar el aprendizaje autónomo en instalaciones como la Planta Piloto de la Universidad de Córdoba (PPTA) se programaron diferentes actividades encaminadas a la recopilación de información sobre las instalaciones y equipos, realización de experimentos y desarrollo de trabajo fin de grado, de forma que se integrara en una página web propia, con información suficiente para que los estudiantes puedan formarse autónomamente mediante la consulta y el manejo de documentación generada a partir del uso de diferentes equipos o de las diferentes líneas de procesado, integrando materiales preparados a partir de la experiencia propia en la misma instalación tales como manuales, videos, fotografía de maquinaria y protocolos de experimentos.With the purpose of equipping the students of the last courses of Food Science and Technology and Veterinary degrees with the necessary tools to promote autonomous learning in facilities such as the Pilot Plant of the University of Córdoba, different activities were planned aimed at the collection of information on facilities and equipment, conducting experiments and developing end-of-degree work, so that it can be integrated into a web page of its own, with sufficient information so that students can be formed autonomously through consultation and documentation management generated from the use of different equipment or different processing lines, integrating materials prepared from their own experience in the same installation such as manuals, videos, machinery photography and experimental protocols
