    Self-Adjointness of Generalized MIC-Kepler System

We have studied the self-adjointness of generalized MIC-Kepler Hamiltonian, obtained from the formally self-adjoint generalized MIC-Kepler Hamiltonian. We have shown that for \tilde l=0, the system admits a 1-parameter family of self-adjoint extensions and for \tilde l \neq 0 but \tilde l <{1/2}, it has also a 1-parameter family of self-adjoint extensions.Comment: 11 pages, Latex, no figur

Vertical Structure of the Milky Way Disk with Gaia DR3

    Get PDF
Using a complete sample of about 330,000 dwarf stars, well measured by Gaia DR3, limited to the galactic north and south solid angles (Formula presented.) and up to a vertical distance of 2 kpc, we analyze the vertical structure of the Milky Way stellar disks, based on projected tangential velocities. From selected subsamples dominated by their corresponding population, we obtain the thin and thick disk scale heights as (Formula presented.) pc and (Formula presented.) pc, respectively. Then from the simultaneous fitting of the sum of two populations over the whole sample, assuming these scale heights, we estimate the thick-to-thin disk number density ratio at the galactic plane to be (Formula presented.), which is consistent with a previous result by the authors: in the galactic plane there is a significant number of thick disk stars, possibly as many as thin disk ones, which also points to the existence of more thick disk stars than generally thought. The overall fit does not closely follow the data for (Formula presented.) pc and points to the presence of more stars beyond the thin disk that cannot be accounted for by the two-disk model

    Ultrabroad-bandwidth multifrequency Raman generation

    Get PDF
We report on the modeling of transient stimulated rotational Raman scattering in H2 gas. We predict a multifrequency output, spanning a bandwidth greater than the pump frequency, that may be generated without any significant delay with respect to the pump pulses. The roles of dispersion and transiency are quantified

VALUE CONCEPTS OF "ACCOUNTING POLICY" AND "BALANCE SHEET POLICY"

    Get PDF
The article considers the justification of its own theoretical approaches to accounting and balance policy on the basis of legal, scientific, and theoretical positions of their organization and proposes author definitions of the terms "accounting policy" and "balance policy".The authors prove that the concept of "accounting" and "balance" policy coincides in part, at least in the word "politics". Although the content of these concepts covers common elements, we argue that each of these concepts also includes components that are not elements of another concept. It is stressed that these concepts can not be identified in any way.The article considers the justification of its own theoretical approaches to accounting and balance policy on the basis of legal, scientific, and theoretical positions of their organization and proposes author definitions of the terms "accounting policy" and "balance policy".The authors prove that the concept of "accounting" and "balance" policy coincides in part, at least in the word "politics". Opportunities of digital technologies in leveling financial and socio-economic exclusion problems / V. Druzhynina, G. Likhonosova, L. Davidyuk, A. Kievich, G. Lutsenko // International Journal of Criminology and Sociology. – 2021. – № 10. – Р. 355-362. The article reflects the current problems of society, in the direction of using digital technologies. The authors pay special attention to the possibilities of attracting digital technologies in the process of leveling financial and socio-economic exclusion among people with disabilities. The authors analysed modern methods of obtaining information when a person does not just receive educational services, but programs his brain to further produce it in a particular area. The authors came to the conclusion that the prevailing global goal of hedonism, with the inability to build images of the future, leads to the fact that society becomes less tolerant and counts on quick and easy success. Therefore, the rules of digital hygiene should become the legislative norm of the life of a modern person.

Path Integral Approach for Superintegrable Potentials on Spaces of Non-constant Curvature: II. Darboux Spaces DIII and DIV

    Get PDF
This is the second paper on the path integral approach of superintegrable systems on Darboux spaces, spaces of non-constant curvature. We analyze in the spaces \DIII and \DIV five respectively four superintegrable potentials, which were first given by Kalnins et al. We are able to evaluate the path integral in most of the separating coordinate systems, leading to expressions for the Green functions, the discrete and continuous wave-functions, and the discrete energy-spectra. In some cases, however, the discrete spectrum cannot be stated explicitly, because it is determined by a higher order polynomial equation. We show that also the free motion in Darboux space of type III can contain bound states, provided the boundary conditions are appropriate. We state the energy spectrum and the wave-functions, respectively
