Estudo do acompanhamento da aprendizagem dos alunos em matemática por meio de tecnologias de comunicação

A presente pesquisa visa a compreender de que modo tecnologias de suporte a comunicações síncronas (em tempo real) e assíncronas (em tempo não real) contribuem para o desempenho em Matemática, de alunos do Ensino Médio, quando são empregadas para o acompanhamento da aprendizagem sobre o tema “Cilindros”. A pesquisa foi realizada com 60 alunos do Ensino Médio de uma escola federal de Porto Alegre, RS, Brasil, que interagiram com o professor por meio do Messenger e do correio eletrônico durante o desenvolvimento de uma Unidade de Aprendizagem de Matemática, que ocorreu de modo presencial. Os dados foram coletados por meio de um questionário inicial de caracterização do grupo, dois testes (pré e pós-testes) para avaliar o desempenho na Unidade de Aprendizagem e entrevistas com seis alunos que interagiram com o professor. A análise dos dados quantitativos e qualitativos permitiu concluir que houve um crescimento do desempenho em Matemática e do interesse em aprender dos alunos envolvidos

Der Artikel beleuchtet die Sparmassnahmen in Grossbritannien seit Ausbruch der Finanzkrise 2008 und ihre Auswirkungen auf das Bibliothekswesen. Nach der Regierungsübernahme der Konservativen Partei 2010 wurde ein rigoroses Sparprogramm initiiert, das die verschiedenen Bibliothekstypen in unterschiedlichem Maße betraf: Für die kommunal finanzierten Public Libraries hatten sie verheerende, teils existenzielle Auswirkungen, die Nationalbibliotheken waren ebenfalls stark, wenn auch unterschiedlich betroffen. Die Universitätsbibliotheken hingegen kamen etwas besser durch die Krise, vor allem weil ihre Trägerorganisationen die fehlenden staatlichen Mittel durch die Erhöhung von Studiengebühren ausgleichen konnten. The article analyzes the impact of the Austerity Programme on the different types of libraries of the United Kingdom, initiated by the Conservative Party in 2010. For the Public Libraries it had severe consequences that resulted in closings in many cases. While the development of the National Libraries wasn’t totally equal, they suffered budget cuttings and staff reduction as well, while the University Libraries went through the crisis quite unharmed, mainly because their mother organizations managed to compensate cuttings of public funding by raising tuition fees

Die medizinischen Handschriften unter den Codices Palatini germanici Cod. Pal. germ. 496-670

Von der einschlägigen Forschung bislang weitgehend unbemerkt, weder durch frühere Katalogisierungen erschlossen, noch durch Editionen bekanntgemacht, enthält der Bestand der Codices Palatini germanici (Cod. Pal. germ.) der ehemaligen Bibliotheca Palatina ca. 300 Handschriften von ganz oder teilweise medizinischem oder alchemistischem Inhalt. Bei einer Gesamtzahl von 848 Signaturen handelt es sich hierbei um ein gutes Drittel der Handschriften, das ein bislang weitgehend unbeachtetes Dasein fristete. Die Universitätsbibliothek Heidelberg dürfte damit weltweit eine der größten, wenn nicht überhaupt die größte deutschsprachige medizinische Rezeptbuchsammlung besitzen. Das geringe Interesse der Germanistik des 19. und frühen 20. Jahrhunderts an diesen Handschriften spiegelt sich auch in den alten Heidelberger Katalogen von Karl Bartsch und Jakob Wille aus den Jahren 1887 und 1903 wider. Schon 1817 hatte Friedrich Wilken in der Einleitung zu seinem Kurzverzeichnis der aus Rom zurückgekehrten Handschriften geschrieben: „Die in dem Verzeichnisse der deutschen Handschriften ausgelassenen Nummern sind sämmtlich unerhebliche medicinische Receptenbücher“. In den 60er Jahren des 20. Jahrhunderts begann das Interesse an den Fachprosaschriften zu wachsen, das sich seither in einigen Publikationen auch speziell zu Heidelberger Handschriften niederschlug. Dennoch werden medizinische Rezepthandschriften in Handschriftenkatalogen weiter-hin nur sehr stiefmütterlich behandelt, so gibt es bislang keinen Katalog, der die einzelnen Rezepte einer Rezepthandschrift verzeichnet. Dies führt dazu, dass Vergleiche von Rezepthandschriften zur Textidentifikation, die lediglich aufgrund von Katalogisaten in Handschriftenkatalogen durchgeführt werden, nahezu unmöglich sind. Um dem Anspruch gerecht zu werden, auch medizinische Einzelrezepte als eigenständige Texte innerhalb größerer Textcorpora wahrzunehmen, wurden bei der durch die Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) geförderten Katalogisierung medizinischer Handschriften an der Universitätsbibliothek Heidelberg sämtliche Rezeptüberschriften aufgenommen. Wegen des großen Umfangs der so entstandenen Handschriftenbeschreibungen wurde vom Druck dieser Langversionen aus finanziellen Gründen abgesehen. In den gedruckten Katalogen werden die Katalogisate in einer bezüglich der inhaltlichen Beschreibung der Codices gekürzten Form präsentiert, d.h. auf den Abdruck der Einzelüberschriften wird verzichtet. Um dennoch den Zugriff auf diese Rezeptüberschriften zu ermöglichen, werden die Langversionen aller Katalogisate der medizinischen Handschriften (und nur dieser!) unter den Cod. Pal. germ. in Form von PDF-Files angeboten. Die Langversionen sind wie folgt aufgebaut: die Teile der äußeren Beschreibung entsprechen gänzlich denen in den gedruckten Katalogen. Die dort im Abschnitt zur inhaltlichen Beschreibung gebildeten Rezeptblöcke, die auch weiterführende Informationen zu den Einzeltexten wie bspw. Literaturangaben o.ä. enthalten, sind hier durch die ebenfalls blockweise dargebotenen Einzelüberschriften der Rezepte ersetzt. Auf diese Art und Weise kann sich der vom gedruckten Katalog ausgehende Benutzer mithilfe der Langversionen der Katalogisate ein genaues Bild von den einzelnen Texten, die in den Handschriften überliefert sind, machen

Interdisciplinaridade no atendimento às crianças e adolescentes hospitalizados : uma perspectiva pedagógica aplicada ao HFA

Monografia (graduação)—Universidade de Brasília, Faculdade de Educação, 2013.O presente trabalho de conclusão de curso nasceu do desejo de sinalizar uma perspectiva de atendimento pedagógico em hospitais militares. Realizou-se uma investigação em um hospital público federal militar de Brasília (HFA), com o objetivo de explorar a probabilidade de se propiciar às crianças hospitalizadas, um atendimento educacional aliado aos pressupostos da Pedagogia Hospitalar. Esta iniciativa se respalda na educação inclusiva como paradigma educacional, e baseia-se na concepção de direitos humanos. A investigação principal levantou dados na clínica pediátrica da instituição, que refletem sobre as necessidades e as ações pedagógicas que podem ser realizadas junto a uma equipe interdisciplinar. Nesta pesquisa foram desenvolvidos dois estudos de campo. O primeiro procurou realizar uma análise e discussão documental, e para isso, as orientações normativas que regem a instituição em questão foram analisadas e comentadas; o segundo foi identificar a concepção da equipe de saúde sobre essa nova área de atuação do pedagogo, tendo por objetivo delinear as características do campo de ação pedagógica no hospital. A perspectiva desta atuação em equipes interdisciplinares suscitou indicadores que ressignificaram o processo de doença e cura com a prerrogativa de que a ação pedagógica agiria como uma facilitadora para um atendimento mais humanizado. Observou-se através da pesquisa, a clara valorização do espaço de atuação do pedagogo como membro da equipe hospitalar, fundamentando o compromisso de levar a todos o direito à educação; assim como, consubstanciou a ação coletiva na construção do espaço pedagógico no hospital através da ressignificação do uso da brinquedoteca, transformando-a em um ambiente acolhedor passível de evitar os efeitos do hospitalismo. Por fim, os resultados mostram que a classe hospitalar ainda é uma realidade inexistente nos hospitais militares pesquisados no DF. No entanto, o HFA traz uma prerrogativa ímpar ao dispor de grupos multidisciplinares para o atendimento aos seus usuários, e apesar de algumas ponderações, a equipe reconhece as necessidades demandadas pelas crianças e adolescentes hospitalizados em todos os aspectos biopsicossociais, o que aponta para a importância de se potencializar estratégias efetivas de interação dos serviços da saúde com a educação. _____________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACTThis course conclusion work was born from the desire to signal a pedagogical perspective of care in military hospitals. We carried out an investigation in a federal civil military hospital in Brasilia (HFA), aiming to explore the likelihood of providing hospitalized children, na educational service coupled with assumptions of Pedagogy Hospital. This initiative supports inclusive education as educational paradigm, and is based on the conception of human rights. The primary research gathered data in the pediatric clinic of the institution, who reflect on the needs and educational activities that can be conducted with an interdisciplinary team. In this research we developed two field studies. The first sought to conduct an analysis and discussion of documents, and for that, the normative guidelines governing the institution in question were analyzed and discussed, and the second was to identify the design of the healthcare team about this new area of work of teachers, aiming delineate the characteristics of the field of pedagogical action in the hospital. The perspective of this work in interdisciplinary teams raised meanings indicators that the disease process and healing to the prerogative of the pedagogical action would act as a facilitator for a more humanized. It was observed through research, a clear appreciation of the performance space of the educator as a member of the hospital staff, stating its commitment to bring to everyone the right to education, as well as collective action embodied in the construction of educational space in the hospital through reframing the use of toy, transforming it into a welcoming environment amenable to avoid the effects of hospitalism. Finally, the results show that the class hospital is still a reality nonexistent in military hospitals surveyed, however, the HFA brings a unique prerogative to have multidisciplinary groups to serve its users. Acceptance of the team, despite some drawbacks, shows the recognition of the needs of children and adolescents in all their biopsychosocial aspects, which demand the necessary interaction of health sciences with the humanities

Discursive Textual Analysis in process: investigating the perception of the learning of teachers and future graduate in Chemistry

Este artículo aborda el uso de Análisis Textual Discursivo (ATD) en los procesos de formación del profesorado. Describe las actividades en un curso desarrollado durante un Congreso de Educación Química, en el que profesores y estudiantes universitarios analizaron frases escritas por ellos, que expresan situaciones en las que perciben que el estudiante está aprendiendo química. El artículo presenta consideraciones teóricas sobre el ATD y sobre el análisis realizado. Los resultados muestran que los participantes se dan cuenta de que los estudiantes están aprendiendo química cuando: emplean los nuevos conocimientos en las discusiones; se relacionan los conocimientos con el contexto; expresan el conocimiento en lenguaje químico apropiado; explican el contenido a otros colegas; resuelven situaciones y responden adecuadamente a las preguntas; y muestran interés y satisfacción en aprender. Estos hallazgos son importantes para reflexionar sobre la enseñanza, el aprendizaje, la evaluación y la formación del profesorado.This paper discusses the use of Discursive Textual Discursive Analysis (DTA) in teacher training processes. The text describes the activities in a course developed during a Congress of Chemistry Education, in which the teachers and Chemistry undergraduates analyzed sentences written by them, expressing situations where they perceive that the student is learning Chemistry. The paper presents theoretical considerations about DTA and about the analysis realized. The results show that the participants realize that the students are learning Chemistry when: they use the new knowledge in discussions; they relate the knowledge to the context; they express the knowledge in appropriate chemical language; they explain the contents to other colleagues; they resolve situations and answer appropriately to questions; and they show interest and enjoyment in learning. These findings were important to reflect about the teaching, the learning, the assessment and the teacher training.Este artigo discute o uso da Análise Textual Discursiva - ATD em processos de formação de professores. Descreve atividades realizadas em um curso desenvolvido durante um Congresso de Ensino de Química, no qual professores e licenciandos analisaram frases elaboradas por eles, que expressam situações em que percebem que o estudante está aprendendo Química. O texto apresenta considerações teóricas sobre ATD e a análise realizada. Pelos resultados, os participantes percebem que os estudantes estão aprendendo Química quando: assumem o novo conhecimento em discussões; relacionam o conhecimento com o contexto; expressam os conhecimentos em linguagem química adequada; explicam o conteúdo a outros colegas; resolvem situações e respondem adequadamente a perguntas; e manifestam interesse e satisfação em aprender. Essas constatações foram importantes para a reflexão sobre ensino, aprendizagem, avaliação e formação de professores.peerReviewe
