LAPORAN INDIVIDU PRAKTIK PENGALAMAN LAPANGAN LOKASI SMP N SLB N 1 BANTUL Jalan Wates No 147, Ngestiharjo, Kasihan, Bantul

Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) bertujuan memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk belajar mengenal serta menghayati seluk beluk lembaga pendidikan dengan segenap permasalahannya. Baik yang berkaitan dengan proses pembelajaran maupun kegiatan administrasi pendidikan. Melalui PPL mahasiswa dapat menerapkan disiplin ilmu yang diperoleh di kampus untuk diterapkan kedalam lingkungan pendidikan, baik formal maupun non formal. PPL juga berfungsi sebagai salah satu cara melatih mental mahasiswa didepan dan diluar kelas. Selain itu, PPL dapat menambah pengalaman dan wawasan dalam proses KBM, agar nantinya mahasiswa mempunyai bekal untuk terjun kedalam dunia pendidikan sebagai tenaga pendidik. Kegiatan PPL terdiri dari dua bagian yaitu PPL I dan PPL II. Kegiatan di PPL I meliputi observasi lapangan yang digunakan sebagai landasan pembentukan program kerja dan merupakan awal pengenalan kondisi sekolah, kegiatan PPL II yaitu praktek mengajar terbimbing dan mandiri dimana mahasiswa praktikan dibimbing sebelum proses pembelajaran dalam menyusun perangkat pembelajaran. Proses pembelajaran terdiri dari membuka pelajaran, menyajikan materi, metode pembelajaran, penggunaan bahasa, penggunaan waktu, gerak, cara memotivasi siswa, teknik bertanya, teknik penguasaan kelas, penggunaan media, bentuk, cara evaluasi, dan menutup pelajaran.Dalam kegiatan PPL di SLB N 1 Bantul, mahasiswa praktikan mendapat kesempatan praktik mengajar di jurusan tunarungu kelas TK A, TK B, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan PPL yaitu mahasiswa praktikan mendapatkan pengalaman nyata berkaitan dengan perencanaan, penulisan perangkat pembelajaran, proses pembelajaran dan pengelolaan kelas. Mahasiswa praktikan dapat menerapkan dan mengembangkan ilmu serta ketrampilan yang dimiliki. Kegiatan akhir PPL adalah penyusunan laporan yang melampirkan dokumen dokumen yang digunakan selama proses dan evaluasi pembelajaran seperti RPP

Global Financial Crisis and Policy Responses in Southeast Asia : Towards Prudent Macroeconomic Policies

The global fi nancial crisis hit the Southeast Asian economies through fi nancial and real sectors by the combination of lower global demand and tighter credit demand effect. The challenge for policymakers in this region is not just to prevent the escalation of the crisis and to mitigate the downturn, but also to ensure a good starting position once the rebound sets in. Policymakers should avoid taking on an excessive level of debt or creating the conditions for an infl ationary bubble by the current reaction to the global slowdown. A prudent counter-cyclical policy is necessary, and we should not ignore the medium and long-term sustainability.

BOOK BORROWING ANALYSIS : UNIKA SOEGIJAPRANATA LIBRARY WITH MULTILAYER PERCEPTRON

The Unika Soegijapranata library plays an important role as an information center and learning resource for students, researchers and the wider community. Despite its function, the library has not conducted comprehensive studies on visitors using algorithmic methods. Therefore, this study aims to analyze and classify the number of library visitors using the multilayer perceptron algorithm. The dataset used consists of 49,668 visitor records from 2019 to 2023. Data processing is performed after preprocessing steps such as data cleaning and feature selection. The multilayer perceptron model is trained and evaluated to produce clustering results based on book borrowing quantities. The results show that the highest book borrowing frequency occurred in 2022, while the lowest was in 2021. The Faculty of Psychology recorded the most book loans. Based on K-Means clustering, borrowers can be divided into three clusters representing different quantities. This research demonstrates the effectiveness of the multilayer perceptron algorithm in analyzing library visitor data. The classification results provide insights into visitor patterns and borrowing behaviors that can help inform operational decision making at the Unika Soegijapranata library

PRAKTIK-PRAKTIK SEKSUAL KALANGAN MAHASISWA DI UNIVERSITAS NEGERI SURABAYA

Abstrak Fenomena free sex dikalangan mahasiswa marak terjadi diberbagai wilayah Indonesia. Hal tersebut dipengaruhi beberapa faktor, diantaranya adalah keluarga, teman pergaulan, pengetahuan tentang pacaran sampai melakukan seks bebas, pengetahuan tentang seksualitas, pengetahuan tentang praktik-praktik seksual, pengetahuan tentang penyakit seks dan motif-motif seksual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola-pola praktik seksual kalangan mahasiswa di UNESA. Fenomena seksual ini dapat dikaji dengan menggunakan konsep seksualitas Michel Foucault. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif diskriptif dengan pendekatan diskursus Michel Foucault. Lokasi penelitian ini di Universitas Negeri Surabaya (UNESA). Subyek dalam penelitian ini dipilih dengan cara Snowball Sampling dari Key Informan yang berinisial LE, yang akan menunjukkan mahasiswa pelaku seks bebas. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan pemanfaatan data primer yakni melalui observasi dan wawancara secara indepth, sedangkan pemanfaatan data sekunder yakni berupa referensi buku, artikel (internet, skripsi, dan jurnal) maupun referensi dari hasil penelitian sebelumnya. Teknik analisis data dengan cara memetakan temuan data yang kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teori. Berdasarkan konsep teori seksualitas Michel foucault mendekontuksikan bagaimana larangan atau yang di anggap pelanggaran mengenai seks bebas itu diciptakan. Hasil dari penelitian ini peneliti menemukan empat pola hubungan seks mahasiswa. Pertama, seks sebagai bentuk perlawanan, kedua, seks sebagai mekanisme survival, ketiga, seks sebagai komersial dan yang keempat, seks sebagai bentuk kebebasan. It is influenced by several factors , such as family, friends, relationships , knowledge of the courtship until promiscuous, knowledge about sexuality , knowledge of sexual practices , knowledge about STDs and sexual motives . This study aims to determine the patterns of sexual practices among students in UNESA . Sexual phenomena can be studied by using the concept of sexuality Michel Foucault . This research method is descriptive qualitative approach to discourse Michel Foucault . The location of this research at the State University of Surabaya ( UNESA ) . Subjects in this study were selected by means of the Snowball Sampling of Key Informants initials LE , which will show the student sex offenders . Utilization data collection techniques using the primary data through observation and indepth interviews , while the use of secondary data in the form of reference books, articles ( internet , thesis , and journals ) and references from previous research . Mechanical analysis of data by mapping the data findings were analyzed by using the theory . Based on the theory of sexuality Michel Foucault's concept mendekontuksikan how prohibition or that is considered a violation of free sex was invented . The results of this study, researchers found four patterns of sex student . A CURRICULUM MANAGEMENT FOR SUBJECT ON THE MODIFIED TEACHING FACTORY ON THE YOGYAKARTA SCHOOL

The curriculum management in modifying subjects based on the method of the modified teaching factory at MAN 2 Bantul has something special in the current era. Students learn a lot about IT support and industrial factories. IT support develops a transcript, coding/labelling, grouping, comparing & contrasting, and interpreting code. The paper was written from a thesis which was processed using qualitative research methods with a case study approach. The paper discusses curriculum management planning in a practical skills program with a self-independent tool pattern.  The development of students affects assessment-based curriculum in the ability of educational institutions with the collaboration of the company factory on partnership. The base curriculum is confirmed for the implementation of modified teaching factory learning on the block system learning strategy and the requiring teachers to modify learning. The teachers must have more skills to develop the curriculum. In teaching and learning at MAN 2 Bantul, the process comes with quite complicated challenges so that in some skill programs such as product marketing subjects, there are several obstacles. PEMBUATAN APLIKASI PEMBELAJARAN TENTANG PROSEDUR KESELAMATAN KERJA DI LABORATORIUM KIMIA UNTUK SISWA SMA

Prosedur keselamatan kerja di Laboratorium Kimia merupakan materi yang penting untuk diketahui siswa SMA, karena dalam bekerja di Laboratorium tidak menutup kemungkinan terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Akan tetapi, siswa SMA kurang mendapatkan materi tersebut. Dengan demikian dibutuhkan aplikasi pembelajaran yang membahas prosedur keselamatan kerja di Laboratorium Kimia secara keseluruhan. Dasar teori yang digunakan untuk membuat aplikasi ini adalah teori tentang prosedur keselamatan kerja di Laboratorium Kimia, teori peralatan di laboratorium kimia, teori pembelajaran multimedia, teori media pembelajaran, dan teori gaya belajar anak. Analisis yang dilakukan adalah melakukan wawancara dengan guru kimia SMA, melakukan penyebaran kuesioner untuk siswa SMA, menganalisis media yang ada, analisis permasalahan, dan menganalisis kebutuhan sistem. Setelah tahap analisis dilakukan, maka tahap selanjutnya adalah melakukan desain untuk pembuatan aplikasi. Desain yang dibuat meliputi desain user interface, desain karakter dan sebagainya. Desain tersebut lalu diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan software Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effect, Adobe Audition, dan Adobe Flash. Setelah tahap implementasi selesai dilakukan, maka dilakukan proses uji coba dan evaluasi. Uji coba verifikasi untuk memastikan bahwa aplikasi bebas error. Setelah itu dilakukan uji coba validasi kepada guru kimia SMA dan siswa SMA. Hasil yang diperoleh pada saat melakukan uji coba validasi yaitu aplikasi pembelajaran yang telah dibuat dapat membantu siswa untuk memahami dan memperoleh pengetahuan tentang prosedur keselamatan kerja di Laboratorium Kimia.&nbsp

PROSES PEMBENTUKAN KATA MAJEMUK DARI KANJI 目(ME ; MOKU) 目（め；もく）からなる複合語の語構成

Thesis supervisor Lina Rosliana, S.S., M. Hum. This thesis discusses about “The Process of Forming Compound Word Made from Kanji 目 (me; moku)”. The purpose of this thesis is to describe the formation process and meaning of compound word that one of the elements is kanji 目 (me; moku). Also describe relations between compound word’s elements. The data of this research obtained from a digital dictionary named “Japanese” and an online dictionary named “Goo Jisho”. The data were collected using note taking technique. To analyze the compound word structure and meaning, author used distributional method continued with immediete constituent analysis technique. Then, to analyze the relationship between the elements, author also used distributional method but continued with interruption technique. Based on the data analysis, the result show that the compound word that one of the elements is kanji 目 (me; moku) can be found in compound word of noun, compound word of verb and also compound word of adjective. The meaning contained in a compound word can come from the lexical meaning of its two elements, the lexical meaning of one of the elements or new meaning. PENGARUH PENERAPAN PRINSIP GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN DENGAN PERTUMBUHAN PENJUALAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA PERUSAHAAN SUB SEKTOR INDUSTRI KIMIA DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of good corporate governance principles on financial performance with sales growth as an intervening variable in chemical industry sub-sector companies on the Indonesian stock exchange. The sample used in this study amounted to 60 which were obtained from 12 chemical sub-sector companies for 5 years (2018-2022). The sampling technique is to use purposive sampling. The analysis used is descriptive analysis with hypothesis testing using classical and path assumption models through SPSS software. This study uses secondary data, namely the annual report of money published through the website www.idx.co.id and through the company's official website. The results showed that Good Corporate Governance has a negative and significant effect on Financial Performance. Good corporate governance on financial performance through sales growth rate obtained negative and insignificant results
