The study of how relationship attribute affect bank customer's saving behaviour: case study in Ipoh, Perak / Aufal Fazan Aziz

Saving is an important part of consumer financial decision making. Compared with other products, saving products are often regarded as more complex and difficult to evaluate due to their sophistication, uncertainty and long-term horizon. Therefore, many consumers decide on saving after consultation with a financial advisor. The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship of how duration of the relationship, the bank advisor's understanding of the customer's context and the customer's trust in the advisor are subjectively perceived by bank customers, and how these affect their saving behaviour, as defined by monthly flows to mutual funds and the financial products bought and held in stock. The researchers identify issues pertaining to effects of financial advisory service on saver's portfolio outcomes. Some research shown that financial advisors have not been able to improve savers' risk weighted return net of fees and instead of de-biasing savers' portfolio, financial advisors have reinforced biases. The research show that larger funds and many banking's activities occurred after meeting of financial advisory services. While this research finds larger volumes of savings after the use of financial advice, there is also a growing body of behavioural science research that deepens knowledge on how the relationship evolves that stimulates the saving volumes and reinforces saving behaviour

Основные результаты.Святое Таинство Исповеди представлено как проявление искреннего покаяния верующего в своих грехах, с верой в Бога-Творца, в Его милость, с надеждой на исправление жизненных проступков через отпущение грехов священником. По признанию, одним из побудительных факторов можно считать страх и набожность человека. Главной целью религиозного обряда было укрепление соблюдения в обществе христианских нравственных норм нравственности и гражданского права. Религиозный обряд должен был вызвать у верующего самооценку деятельности и мыслей, совесть совести и самонаказание. Религиозный обряд в жизни православного прихожанина выполнял оздоровительную, информационно-развивающую, интеграционную, коммуникативную и дисциплинирующую функции. Отчуждение личности от церковного единства, от Бога, раньше считалось грехом. Время от времени речь приближалась к практике психоаналитической беседы. Понятие греха понималось как нарушение христианских заповедей и ценностей вследствие собственных действий. Существовали разные списки греховных моделей поведения. Священник играл значительную роль в совершении религиозного обряда. XVII-XIX вв. отмечены активной церковной дисциплиной жизни украинского общества. Основные принципы исповедального обряда изложены в «Требнике» 1646 г. П. Могилы. Присутствие прихожанина на исповеди фиксировалось в исповедных записях. Implementation of Music Media to Increase Optimism in Lorenza FC Football Players

Many efforts are used by increasing the optimism of football athletes. However, there are still few research results that examine to increase optimism in football players by implementing music in their activities. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the presence or absence of the influence of music implementation on increasing the sense of optimism of football players. This study is a quantified study with pretest posttest control group design experimental techniques to analyze the presence or absence of the influence of music implementation on increasing the sense of optimism of football players in groups that are implemented music or not. The study involved 22 randomly selected athletes from one of the football groups in Boyolali. which is divided into two groups that represent each of those approaches. The results of the pre-test and post-test are quantitatively analyzed through statistical prerequisite tests, and hypothesis tests using the T-test. From the results of the analysis, it was found that there was a significant influence in the implementation of music media on increasing the sense of optimism of football athletes which was indicated by an increase in average optimism of 25.83% which experienced an increase in optimism with an average of 14.63%

Morphometric analysis of the phrenic nerve in male and female Wistar-Kyoto (WKY) and spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR)

Ventilatory differences between rat strains and genders have been described but the morphology of the phrenic nerve has not been investigated in spontaneously hypertensive (SHR) and normotensive Wistar-Kyoto (WKY) rats. A descriptive and morphometric study of the phrenic nerves of male (N = 8) and female (N = 9) SHR, and male (N = 5) and female (N = 6) WKY is presented. After arterial pressure and heart rate recordings, the phrenic nerves of 20-week-old animals were prepared for epoxy resin embedding and light microscopy. Morphometric analysis performed with the aid of computer software that took into consideration the fascicle area and diameter, as well as myelinated fiber profile and Schwann cell nucleus number per area. Phrenic nerves were generally larger in males than in females on both strains but larger in WKY compared to SHR for both genders. Myelinated fiber numbers (male SHR = 228 ± 13; female SHR = 258 ± 4; male WKY = 382 ± 23; female WKY = 442 ± 11 for proximal right segments) and density (N/mm²; male SHR = 7048 ± 537; female SHR = 10355 ± 359; male WKY = 9457 ± 1437; female WKY = 14351 ± 1448) for proximal right segments) were significantly larger in females of both groups and remarkably larger in WKY than SHR for both genders. Strain and gender differences in phrenic nerve myelinated fiber number are described for the first time in this experimental model of hypertension, indicating the need for thorough functional studies of this nerve in male and female SHR

The article is a review of the book: Shakespeare and Cinema. Adaptation Strategies and their Socio-Cultural Contexts (Shakespeare i kino. Strategie adaptacyjne i ich konteksty społeczno-kulturowe) by Olga Katafi asz. In this book the Author analysis 28 chosen fi lm version of Shakespeare dramas adopted by famous directors in 1935–2011. Katafi asz examines especially strategies of adaptations reading in esthetical, political and historical dimensions. The article refers to order of the book which was determined mainly by chronology and begins with Max Reinhardt’s and William Dieterle’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream (1935); then analyses the adaptation strategies prevailing in movies directed by: Laurence Olivier, Orson Welles, Grigorij Kozincev, Akira Kurosawa, Roman Polański, Kenneth Branagh, Peter Greenaway, Richard Loncraine, Baz Luhrmann, Julie Taymor, Ralph Fiennes and Michael Radford; Ernst Lubitsch’s To Be or Not to Be (1942) and Alan Johnson’s To Be or Not to Be (1983). The paper applies to the work of one of the most important Polish writers of the last decade. Bargielska combines bold poetic experiments with a keen testimony of an ordinary life of a young woman, who experiences life in the beginning of the 21st century in Poland. On the one hand, the poet declares a conservative worldview (her value system is based on the “trinity”: Catholicism, heterosexuality, motherhood), on the other hand, she brutally and mercilessly uncovers the subjugation of a woman in the world of a male-dominated language. Her writing deconstructs this system, as it discovers the literature as a space for the practice of personal freedom beyond the slogans and ideological divisions; she manages to create her own independent form of existence.
