The purpose of this study was to find out how the management of students at SDIT Ummatan Wahidah. The research methodology is a qualitative research method with a phenomenon-oriented approach in conducting research. information was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The findings of the study indicate that SDIT Ummatan Wahidah was established for 10 years creating outstanding students with the concept of student management at SDIT Ummatan Wahidah through student planning activities, student development, student evaluation, and transfers

    In the midst of intense competition between educational institutions today, it is necessary to have a strategy for educational institutions to continue to exist and be of high quality. Every educational institution should have a strategy in efforts to develop educators, because this will have an impact on the quality of the institution. The facts obtained are that the strategies used in development efforts, especially educators, are still less than optimal, resulting in the low quality of an educational institution. This is certainly a concern for all of us, so it is necessary for us to find solutions to these problems. This research is a field research conducted at MadrSasah Tsanawiyah Baitul Makmur, Curup District, Rejang Lebong Regency. The approach used is a qualitative descriptive approach. Sources of data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The data is then tested for validity, then analyzed through the process of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the development of teaching staff at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Baitul Makmur Curup was in the good category, but this needs to be improved. The development of educators at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Baitul Makmur Curup is carried out in several steps, including developing programs/planning, determining needs, determining targets, determining programs, identifying program implementation, implementing programs and evaluating program implementation. Meanwhile, the method of developing educators at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Baitul Makmur Curup is on the job training, consisting of job rotation, training, guidance / counseling, job instructor training, demonstrations, and temporary assignments, while off the job training (Training outside of work), consisting of courses, education and training, workshops, seminars, Subject Teacher Consultations, and comparative studies. Thus, it is hoped that Madrasah Tsanawiyah Baitul Makmur can excel in all fields and be able to compete with other Islamic educational institutions

    This study aims to find out how the role of teachers in instilling religious education to children with autism or children with special needs, education for children with special needs is not the same as other normal children's education here the role of the teacher is very important in conveying material to be given to students. This research is a type of library research using the approach of Islamic religious education. The results showed that the morals of students included a very important and major element in the process of Islamic education, in this case the role of Islamic religious education teachers was very important in shaping the character of autistic children so that they could play a role as a pointer, controller, directing the behavior and actions of students. Moral development must be supported with comprehensive Islamic knowledge, faith and at the same time true faith so that it can develop the basic potential of humans to be kind, think well and behave well. Conclusion, Islamic education teachers have an important role in directing and guiding the morals of autistic children, moral development in autistic children is also one step to educate autistic children so that they can develop according to their age.     Organizational behavior management through group counseling discussions as a radicalism preventive effort

    Lembaga dakwah kampus (LDK) or Da’wah organization in campus as a student organization that concentrates on the Islamic teaching. This research uses a descriptive approach. In general, this study describes the behavior of radicalism and organizational behavior management among students of LDK members in IAIN Curup and the effect of group counseling activities on radicalism and organizational behavior management. To measure radicalism in this study is to use a closed questionnaire, the questionnaire was arranged based on the lattice that has been made based on theory by determining variables, sub variables and indicators of research. The researcher wanted to see the management of organizational behavior through the Group Counseling Disscussions as a radicalism preventive effort at Da’wah organization in IAIN Curup. Moreover, the findings show that, among the Da’wah organization’s members, radicalism it indicates that the behavior of radicalism in the category is quite radical. Group dynamics that occur in group counseling discussions are also good as seen from the enthusiasm and cohesiveness of students in discussions. The radicalism behavior and organizational behavior management before being given group counseling discussion activities are not the same as radicalism behavior and organizational behavior management after group counseling discussions

    This qualitative research raises the theme of Madrasah Head Policy Management in improving the quality of education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Rejang Lebong, the results of the study indicate that the quality of education can be achieved by prioritizing madrasas in curriculum development and teacher professional development through the activities of Teacher Working Groups, Madrasah Head Policy Management can be done through internal and external factors of madrasas in fostering teacher honesty, appreciation, harmonious and humane climate of communication of democracy between leaders and teachers, Principals of madrasas foster a conducive atmosphere of madrasas, foster a sense of responsibility to teachers in teaching, through coordination with district leaders, madrasa committee and the community, so that the quality of education can be improved

    Interest has a very important role in learning. This interest leads to motivation in learning and it can improve learning outcomes. This study focused on understanding and exploring the strategies used by teachers of SDIT Rabbi Radhiyya Curup to increase student's interest in learning and to express students' responses in Online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach in which the principal, the vice-principal of curriculum, the teachers, and students were the informants of this research. The data were collected by conducting semi-structured interviews which were analyzed by using the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed that the strategies used by the teacher to increase students' interest in learning were to provide students with an understanding of the importance of learning, to make learning material brief, clear, and interesting, to use simple and interesting media, and to conduct regular and continuous evaluations. Online learning, students get something fun, but they lack togetherness with their friends

    This research is a field research using a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study can be concluded that the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in the Aqidah Akhlak Subject at SDIT BIN BAZ has been running well even though it is not yet at the maximum stage, the desert council has followed the provisions in accordance with the 2013 curriculum as a guide in teaching and learning activities, but the Implementation Plan Learning still follows the regulations from Permendikud Number 22 concerning Basic and Secondary Education Process Standards and has not followed Circular Number 14 of 2019 concerning Simplification of the Learning Implementation Plan. The difficulty in implementing the 2013 curriculum in the subject of Aqidah Akhlak is more due to the lack of facilities and infrastructure to assist in the teaching and learning process and besides that the teacher council has difficulty in assessing students using the 2013 curriculum because there are many points or aspects that need to be considered for conducting assessments and towards students
