HUMAN RESOURCES KNOWLEDGE SHARING PORTAL FOR TRAINING & PEOPLE CAPABILITY UNIT

The importance of knowledge sharing has been long recognized by different functions of Human Resources department in facilitating the knowledge transfer needed to reduce knowledge gap among staffs. An effective medium to share knowledge, be they in tacit or explicit forms is believed will help to help staffs to communicate and collaborate in getting the knowledge they need to perform their jobs well as these workers need to have access to vast amount of knowledge resided in documents and brains which they do not possess. This paper discussed the need of implementing a Human Resources Knowledge Sharing Portal for Training & People Capability unit, to address the problem mentioned. The portal is aimed to act as an effective sharing medium for the unit’s staffs to share work-related documents and knowledge which will be very useful to boost the unit’s productivity. This portal will also act as the stepping stone in cultivating the knowledge sharing culture within the organization for the organization’s betterment in the future

Comparison of Acquisition Software for Digital Forensics Purposes

Digital Forensics, a term that is increasingly popular with internet needs and increasing cybercrime activity. Cybercrime is a criminal activity with digital media as a tool for committing crimes. The process for uncovering cybercrime is called digital forensics. The initial stage in digital forensics is an acquisition. The acquisition phase is very important because it will affect the level of difficulty and ease in investigating cybercrime. Software acquisition will affect the abandoned artefacts and even overwrite important evidence by the software, therefore investigators must use the best software for the acquisition stage. This study shows the difference in software for the acquisition of the best Random Access Memory (RAM) such as processing time, memory usage, registry key, DLL. This research presents five acquisition software such as FTK Imager, Belkasoft RAM Capturer, Memoryze, DumpIt, Magnet RAM Capturer. Results of this study showed that FTK Imager left about 10 times more artefacts than DumpIt and Memoryze. Magnet RAM Capture the most artefacts, 4 times more than Belkasot RAM Capturer. Software acquisition with many artefacts, namely Capture RAM Magnet and FTK Imager, while for the fastest time is DumpIt and Capture RAM Magnet for software that takes a long time

Penguatan Santripreneur melalui Pemberdayaan Ekonomi di Lingkungan Pondok Pesantren

One of the factors that can support the realization of economic independence in Islamic boarding schools is the Santripreneur program. Al Islahuddiny Islamic Boarding School is one of the boarding schools that facilitates the development of santripreneur as a driver of economic activity in the Islamic boarding school environment. As a form of facilitation for the focus of developing the santripreneur, this community service activity was carried out. The method used in this community service activity is starting with the implementation of a focus group discussion (FGD) in order to formulate the root of the problem and needs and followed by entrepreneurship training by utilizing used goods as items of sale value. The economic empowerment activities of Islamic boarding schools carried out at the Al Islahuddiny Islamic Boarding School have been able to foster the spirit of innovation and creativity of students, while the student involved in this training came from 5 different units, ranging from Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs), Madrasah Aliyah (MA) to High Schools. Analisis pengaruh pengungkapan corporate social responsibility terhadap tax avoidance dengan variabel moderasi ukuran perusahaan : studi pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2020-2021

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap praktik Tax Avoidance dengan variabel moderasi ukuran perusahaan. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, dengan populasi yang digunakan adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun periode 2020-2021 dengan total 217 perusahaan manufaktur. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 57 perusahaan manufaktur dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dengan mengunduh annual report dari website www.idx.co.id. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Corporate Social Responsibility tidak berpengaruh terhadap tax avoidance. Ukuran perrusahaan mampu memoderasi pengauh Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap penghindaran pajak. Keterbatasan penelitian ini terletak pada minimnya perusahaan yang mengeluarkan annual report. Selain itu, penelitian ini hanya menggunakan satu variabel independen untuk memengaruhi variabel dependen yaitu corporate social responsibility

In the industrial era 4.0, technological knowledge, especially information technology is very important. UMKM are micro-enterprises that should have used the information access for the economic welfare of a region, but vice versa. Current problems with UMKM include lack of capital and knowledge of information technology. Winduaji village is one of the villages with UMKM actors with minimal information technology knowledge. The method of implementation is the method of discussion with the format of Training regarding identifying problems to the use of technology media. This training activity was attended by 56 participants consisting of village officials, UMKM actors, and tourism conscious reservoirs. Experimental Analysis of Web Browser Sessions Using Live Forensics Method

In today's digital era almost every aspect of life requires the internet, one way to access the internet is through a web browser. For security reasons, one developed is private mode. Unfortunately, some users using this feature do it for cybercrime. The use of this feature is to minimize the discovery of digital evidence. The standard investigative techniques of NIST need to be developed to uncover an ever-varied cybercrime. Live Forensics is an investigative development model for obtaining evidence of computer usage. This research provides a solution in forensic investigation effectively and efficiently by using live forensics. This paper proposes a framework for web browser analysis. Live Forensics allows investigators to obtain data from RAM that contains computer usage sessions.

Konsep Pendidikan Akhlak Perspektif Hadratus-Syaikh KH. Muhammad Hasyim Asy’ari

The goal of moral education in Islam is to develop positive traits in humans so that their morality will develop, so that they are always open to doing good and able to distance themselves from all forms of evil. Thus, a person can become a human being who has good morals and is responsible. Meanwhile, according to the concept of Hadratus-Shaykh KH. Hasyim Asy'ari in the book Adabul Alim Wal Muta'alim has provided an educational treatise that talks a lot about the moral education of teachers and students so that in the book we can understand and know in depth about the content of moral education properly. And he also colored education in Indonesia and among Islamic boarding schools. This research is a library research (Library Research) which is included in qualitative research. Data was collected through primary and secondary data sources after which the data was analyzed using a descriptive approach. This study states that in the book Adabul Alim wal Muta'alim, moral education is thoroughly integrated into the learning process. KH. Hasyim Asy'ari emphasized the importance of being calm and gentle for a teacher in interacting with his students. Likewise, students are expected to have morals that sincerely respect their teachers. In the context of learning, morality for students means always prioritizing learning by starting from the most important things to the depth of the discussion. The moral relationship between teacher and student actually reflects mutual respect and trust, which is built on awareness and respect between the two during the learning process. Ethics in interacting between teachers and students is considered as a real form of obedience to Allah and His Messenger. All of this shows that the harmonious relationship between the two parties cannot be separated from the spiritual values that are upheld in Islamic teaching

Perlindungan Hukum terhadap Konsumen Tahu Berformalin Berdasarkan Undang- Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen dalam Putusan Nomor : 933/Pid.B/2015/Pn Plg

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis bagaimana perlindungan hukum terhadap konsumen pembeli tahu yang menggunakan bahan tambahan pangan yang dilarang yaitu formalin berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 Tentang Perlindungan Konsumen. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode pendekatan yuridis normatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa buku-buku literatur, peraturan PerUndang-Undangan, dokumen resmi dan situs-situs internet dengan cara studi pustaka, yaitu dengan menginventarisasi data-data tersebut yang kemudian disajikan dalam bentuk uraian sistematis. Data-data yang diperoleh dianalis dan dijabarkan berdasarkan norma hukum yang berkaitan dengan objek penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data, maka dapat diambil suatu simpulan bahwa konsumen sudah mendapatkan perlindungan hukum berdasarkan Undang-undang Nomor 18 tahun 2012 tentang Pangan, dalam putusan nomor: 399/Pid.B/2015/PN.Plg dapat dilihat bahwa hakim dalam memutus putusannya, menyatakan Erna Als Amoi telah melanggar Pasal 136 huruf (b) Jo Pasal 75 Ayat (1) huruf (b) Undang-undang Nomor 18 Tahun 2012 tentang Pangan untuk menjerat Erna Als Amoi, tetapi hakim tidak secara jelas menggunakan Pasal 4 huruf (a),(c), Pasal 7 huruf (a),(b) serta Pasal 8 ayat 1 huruf (a) Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 Tentang Perlindungan Konsumen untuk menjerat pelaku usaha. Hakim dalam menerapkan hukumnya kurang lengkap dan tidak rinci, karena hanya Pasal 136 huruf b Jo Pasal 75 Ayat (1) huruf (b) Undang-undang Nomor 18 tahun 2012 tentang Pangan yang digunakan untuk menjerat Erna Als Amoi

Usulan Perbaikan Tata Letak Fasilitas PT.Promanufacture Indonesia Menggunakan Aplikasi Blocplan

Abstrak – PT.Promanufature Indonesia adalah perusahaan yang berlokasi di kawasan Industri Wijaya Kusuma Semarang Jawa Tengah, PT.Promanufacture Indonesia merupakan industri manufaktur yang memasok solusi otomatisasi perangkat lunak dan robotisasi kepada perusahaan farmasi dan juga institusi riset akademik di seluruh dunia, Produk produk PT. Promanufacture yaitu Rock Imager 2, Rock Imager 54, Rock Imager 182, Rock Imager 1000, Formulator, Nano Transfer 8 (NT8). PT. Promanufacture Indonesia mengalami kesulitan pada proses material handling dikarenakan adanya faslitas produksi yang terpisah di lantai dua, proses material handling menjadi sulit dikarenakan produknya yang berukuran besar harus melewati lift untuk di pindahkan ke proses selanjutnya, selain itu fasilitas produksi yang terpisah di lantai dua membuat jarak matrial handing lebih panjang dan juga ongkos matrial handling lebih besar. Sehingga penelitian ini ditujukan untuk memberikan usulan tata letak fasilitas pada PT. Promanufcture Indonesia yang menfokuskan semua fasilitas produksi berada di lantai satu guna mempermudah dan menghemat biaya material handling, pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan aplikasi Block Layout Overview with Computerized Planning (Blocplan) input data yang dibutuhkan dalam perancangan layout ialah data fasilitas berupa jumlah unit, luas lantai, perhitungan allowance yang digunakan, serta derajat kedekatan melalui peta keterkaitan kegiatan.Setelah dilakukan analisa dan perhitungan pada layout awal layout usulan dari aplikasi blocplan, membuat proses material handling menjadi lebih mudah tanpa melewati lift dan jarak material handling menjadi lebih pendek, untuk layout awal PT. Promanufacture Indonesia memiliki total jarak perpindahan sebesar 464.5 meter, dan pada usulan peringkat pertama menghasilkan total jarak perpindahan sebesar 289.5 meter, menghemat ongkos material handling sebesar Rp. 2,226,173.58.Kata kunci: Tata Letak Fasilitas, Ongkos Material handling, Blocplan
