Beneng taro is a perennial of Araceae and becomes a new commodity in Indonesia. The research aimed to evaluate the growth and yield of beneng taro on various statuses of soil organic carbon (SOC). Three genotypes of taro, i.e., beneng Banten, beneng Bondowoso, and East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) fodder taro were planted in three SOC levels, i.e., 1.79, 2.94, and 4.09% in a randomized split block design in the Leuwikopo Experimental Station, IPB from April to December 2021. SOC was designed by adding cow manure. The results showed that there was no interaction between genotypes and SOC. The increase in SOC from 1.79 to 4.09% did not significantly affect growth but significantly affected the diameter and yield of beneng and NTT fodder taro. An increase in SOC above 1.79% markedly decreased tuber diameter, but conversely increased fresh tuber weight. Tuber weight increased by 5.6% and 12.1% with an increase in SOC from control to 2.94% and 4.09%, respectively. The increase in tuber weight was supported by the trend of increasing biomass weight and the number of roots. SOC source in the present study was cow manure which may also contribute some nutrients, therefore, further research is needed using neutral organic carbon sources to determine the effect solely. The Moroccan Higher Education knows many problems, especially those concerning the quality of its services and its environment. Thus, this sector has known many reforms without reaching the expected results. Therefore, it is necessary to determine its weak points to have a better reform. The mainly objective of this study is a sensitization of policy makers to develop a national quality assurance system in universities. Based on the level of student satisfaction on many internal and external services of the Faculty of Sciences of Kenitra (Morocco), and comparing the results with those of a similar work previously done, we evaluated the evolution of quality of services and the environment of this establishment. The results showed that between the two surveys the degree of student satisfaction on many quality indicators significantly increased. Contrary to the results of the survey conducted during the academic year 2011/12, where there was a negative opinion of student satisfaction on 72% of all surveyed indicators, the 2015 survey did showed a negative opinion on 16% of all the indicators

Since 1956, year of the independence of Morocco, the quality of education has suffered from many problems. The education system has known reform after reform without achieving the desired results. Thus, in the hope of participating in the development of a solution for this problem "chronic", this sector needs a profound diagnosis, which determines its weak points that block, and the constraints that oppose to the improving of Moroccan education. In the present work we contributed with a diagnosis whose purpose and to assess the degree of satisfaction of the students of the Faculty of Sciences of Kenitra (Morocco) of some activities or educational variables. The results show that among the 22 variables studied, the degree of student satisfaction exceeds 55% for 6 variables, between 45% and 55% for 4 variables, of 40% to 45% for 7 variables, and superior to 40% for 17 variables. The satisfaction rate is therefore less than 40% for only 5 variables. The dissatisfaction of students affects four areas of study ie study program, product availability and Lab equipment, student evaluation means and the conditions of the realization of end of Project study

This paper focuses on the challenges and issues of detecting malware in to-day's world where cyberattacks continue to grow in number and complexity. The paper reviews current trends and technologies in malware detection and the limitations of existing detection methods such as signature-based detection and heuristic analysis. The emergence of new types of malware, such as file-less malware, is also discussed, along with the need for real-time detection and response. The research methodology used in this paper is presented, which includes a literature review of recent papers on the topic, keyword searches, and analysis and representation methods used in each study. In this paper, the authors aim to address the key issues and challenges in detecting malware today, the current trends and technologies in malware detection, and the limitations of existing methods. They also explore emerging threats and trends in malware attacks and highlight future directions for research and development in the field. To achieve this, the authors use a research methodology that involves a literature review of recent papers related to the topic. They focus on detecting and analyzing methods, as well as representation and extraction methods used in each study. Finally, they classify the literature re-view, and through reading and criticism, highlight future trends and problems in the field of malware detection

Phytophthora-citrus interactions and management strategies: a review

Citrus production is declining worldwide due to several biotic and abiotic factors. The diseases caused by Phytophthora spp. present major economic risks since they are soil-borne and spread quickly if environmental conditions are favorable, or irrigation is poorly managed. Phytophthora species are present in all citrus-producing areas around the world causing significant losses in crop yield and affecting tree health. Bark infection, damping-off, root rot, gummosis, brown rot, and cortical root rot are among the typical symptoms caused by Phytophthora spp. The pathogenicity of Phytophthora spp. depends mainly on the specific interactions between the isolates and citrus cultivars. The use of molecular technologies has allowed the study of Phytophthora-citrus interactions, leading to the identification of several classes of effector proteins secreted by Phytophthora spp. that challenge plant homeostasis and contribute in different ways to disease development and the elucidation of defense mechanisms employed by the host plant. Comprehensive management is need of time to conquer Phytophthora spp. for better root health and citrus productivity

The earthquake on Friday, February 25, 2022, centered 18 km northeast of Simpang Empat city with a magnitude of 5.2 M, occurred at 08.35 WIT. After 4 minutes, there was a larger aftershock with a magnitude of 6.2 M. The earthquake that hit Nagari Malampah, Pasaman District and Nagari Kajai, Pasaman Barat District, which caused a number of people to die and minor, moderate to severe damage to people’s houses. Based on the large number of houses damaged, it is necessary to assess the vulnerability of buildings in Nagari Kajai. The vulnerability assessment was obtained from the results of building evaluations where the results of building vulnerability were in the moderate vulnerability category 47 houses and 53 houses with high vulnerability. Most of the vulnerability occurred due to community buildings that were not built according to building standards therefore it was necessary to educate the public on how to repair houses that meet house standards. This paper provides one solution to the community whose houses were damaged through community service activities which the Team carried out with training activities for retrofitting community houses that were moderately or lightly damaged and provided examples. Retrofitting houses is highly expected by the community
