    The research is aimed to explore and analyze: 1) The implementation of local management information system and controlling activities; 2) Significant influence of local management information system implementation and controlling activities on the quality financial statements; 3) Signifacant influence of local management information system implementation on the quality financial statements; 4) Significant influence of controlling activities on the quality financial statements. The test result find that: a) The implementation of local management information system and controlling activities have significancy influence on the quality financial statements. b) The implementation of local management information system has positive but insignificant influence on the quality financial statements. This is shown by coefficient regression value of 0.089 or 0,89 % with significant value of 0,090. c) controlling activity has significant influence of the quality of financial statements with coefficient regression value of 0.190 or 19,0 % and significant value at 0,000

    Background: According to WHO 2012 there are 839 million cases of hypertension, patients with hypertension more experienced by women (30%) and men (29%). Hypertension is an increase in blood pressure exceeding 160/95 mmHg. One of the causes of hypertension is anxiety. Nursing interventions that can be given is by performing progressive muscle relaxation techniques. Purpose: This study aims to knowing the influence of progressive muscle relaxation techniques to the level anxiety and decrease blood pressure of hypertensive patients in Islamic Hospital Siti Khadijah Palembang. Method: Pre experimental method is implemented in this study with one group pre-posttest design and sample of 20 people. Result: The level of anxiety before the technique of progressive muscle relaxation is severe anxiety(90%), moderate anxiety(10%) and the level of anxiety after the technique of progressive muscle relaxation is severe anxiety(80%), mild anxiety(5%) while blood pressure before the technique of progressive muscle relaxation is severe hypertension(25%), moderate hypertension(75%) and blood pressure after the technique of progressive muscle relaxation is moderate hypertension(35%), mild hypertension(65%). The result of statistical test using Spearman test obtained p value the level anxiety 0,001 and p value blood pressure 0,001 which means there was significant influence of progressive muscle relaxation techniques to the level anxiety and decrease blood pressure of hypertensive patients.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui problematika dalam konseling multikultural antara konselor dengan konseli berdasar perbedaan budaya di SMA N 1 Prambanan Sleman Yogyakarta berfokus pada aspek pemahaman konseling multikultural, kesadaran budaya, pesan verbal dan non verbal (gestures). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Subyek penelitian adalah satu guru BK yang pernah melakukan konseling multikultural. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara dan observasi langsung. Keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi metode dan triangulasi sumber, yaitu dengan membandingkan data yang diperoleh dari berbagai sumber yaitu subyek dan key informan serta menggunakan berbagai metode yaitu observasi dan wawancara. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya beragam problematika antara konselor dengan konseli berdasar perbedaan budaya di SMA N 1 Prambanan Sleman Yogyakarta, yaitu 1) Aspek pemahaman konseling multikultural subyek belum memahami tentang teori, teknik-teknik layanan yang relevan digunakan dalam konseling multikultural, karena belum pernah mempelajarinya; 2) Aspek kesadaran budaya berupa penerimaan yang kurang baik dengan wujud prasangka subyek terhadap konseli, seperti konseli Jawa tidak tepat waktu, konseli Jawa tertutup akan permasalahan sendiri; 3) Aspek bahasa verbal subyek belum paham terhadap bahasa verbal konseli yaitu bahasa Jawa kromo karena subyek kesulitan dalam memahami tingkatan-tingkatan pada bahasa Jawa kromo dan aspek bahasa non verbal secara umum subyek mengerti tentang bahasa non verbal, tetapi dalam prakteknya sering kesulitan mengartikan bahasa non verbal konseli seperti makna diam, kontak mata, menganggukan kepala, nada bicara, tertawa terbahak-bahak, menundukkan wajah.     Akurasi arah kiblat Masjid Agung Banten

    Sofwan Jannah dalam blognya menyatakan bahwa arah kiblat Masjid Agung Banten tidak tepat mengarah ke Ka’bah tetapi mengarah ke Afrika Selatan. Menghadap kiblat merupakan syarat sahnya salat, sehingga tidak sah salat tanpa menghadap kiblat. Oleh karena itu, keakuratan arah kiblat menjadi hal yang sangat penting. Masjid Agung Banten merupakan situs bersejarah peninggalan Kesultanan Banten. Masjid ini didirikan pada masa pemerintahan Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin, putera Sunan Gunung Jati, pada tahun 1566 M atau bulan Zulhijjah 966 H. Dari latar belakang tersebut penulis merumuskan 2 pokok bahasan yakni: 1). Bagaimanakah akurasi arah kiblat Masjid Agung Banten? 2). Faktor-faktor apa yang menyebabkan kemelencengan arah kiblat Masjid Agung Banten? dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana keakurasian arah kiblat Masjid Agung Banten dan juga untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab kemelencengan arah kiblat Masjid tersebut. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian berupa sumber data primer yakni posisi arah kiblat Masjid Agung Banten dan buku Benda Cagar Budaya dan Situs Kepurbakalaan Provinsi Banten yang diterbitkan oleh Dinas Pendidikan Pemerintah Provinsi Banten, serta sumber data sekunder yang terdiri dari bahan tertulis (dokumentasi). Metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Setelah data terkumpul, kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik analisis verifikatif, yaitu dengan cara menguji kembali arah kiblat Masjid Agung Banten untuk mengetahui keakurasian arah kiblatnya. Setelah penulis melakukan observasi, dapat diketahui bahwa posisi arah kiblat Masjid Agung Banten yang ada saat ini yaitu 800 40’ 21,3’’ dari titik utara ke barat, 90 19’ 38,7’’ dari titik barat ke utara, dan azimuth kiblatnya 2790 19’ 38,7’’ UTSB. Padahal posisi arah kiblat yang seharusnya bagi Masjid Agung Banten sebesar 250 16’ 22,13’’ dari titik barat ke utara atau 640 43‘ 37,87’’ dari titik utara ke barat atau 2950 16’ 22,13’’ UTSB. Dan dari hasil tersebut, maka dapat diketahui bahwa arah kiblat Masjid Agung Banten mengalami kemelencengan sebesar 150 56’ 43,43’’ kurang ke utara. Dengan demikian, dapat dikatakan bahwa arah kiblat Masjid Agung Banten tidak akurat. Menurut hemat penulis, ada dua faktor penyebab adanya kemelencengan arah kiblat Masjid Agung Banten. Faktor pertama, Sultan menentukan arah kiblat dengan patokan arah barat, karena arah kiblat Masjid Agung Banten saat ini lebih mengarah ke barat, karena mungkin adanya kesalahan dalam pembangunan masjid sehingga masjid ini tidak persis menghadap ke barat tetapi 90 19’ 38,7’’ ke arah utara. Faktor kedua, Sultan menentukan arah kiblat Masjid Agung Banten sudah sesuai dengan kondisi geografis Indonesia yang tidak berada di timur Mekah secara persis namun sedikit mengarah ke selatan (tenggara), sehingga Sultan menentukan arah kiblat Masjid Agung Banten menghadap ke barat serong ke utara (barat laut), meskipun pada kenyataannya masih kurang 150 56’ 43,43’’ ke arah utara untuk sampai pada arah kiblat yang seharusnya

Health education on personal hygiene is still concern not only for healthy children but also for children with disabilities. One of the ways is with audiovisual methods. This study aimed to analyze the effect of health education on personal hygiene with audiovisual methods. The study design used was pre-experiment without a control group. The number of samples was 30 using total sampling technique. Knowledge of personal hygiene before health education (pre-test) was mostly insufficient category, after being given health education (post-test) mainly was in proper group. The pre-test attitude was in low category, and the post-test was still the same. Pre-test and post-test of behavior were mostly being practiced. Pre-test and post-test of self-efficacy were in low category. There was an influence of health education on personal hygiene with audiovisual methods on the level of knowledge in intellectually disabled children (p<0.05), but there was no effect on attitudes, behaviors, and self-efficacy in intellectually disabled children

    The influence of students’ learning interest, attitude, and perception on teacher’s teaching technique toward math learning outcome of the Eight Grade Students at State Secondary Schools in Bulukumba. Mathematics learning outcomes one of measuring tools to know the quality of a mathematics learning outcomes; however; this research is limited into learning interest, attitude, and student’s perception on teaching method. It aims to reveal the influences of learning interest and student’s perception on teaching method toward students’ mathematics learning outcomes both directly and indirectly through attitude to mathematics subject of the eight grade students at state secondary schools in Bulukumba. Population of this research was 235 students at class VIII of 34 state secondary schools in Bulukumba, in academic year of 2013/2014 which included in A, B, and C accreditation. The sample was taken though proportional stratified random sampling. Moreover, the instruments used in this research were: 1)scale of learning interest, 2) scale of student’s perception on teaching method, 3) scale of attitude in mathematics aa well as mathematics learning outcome test. Data analysis applied a descriptive statistics and SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis. The result shows that: 1) most of eight grade students of state secondary school in Bulukumba have 84% students with a good learning interest, 76.5% of them have a good perception on teaching method, and 77% of them have a good attitude to the mathematics subject; 2) learning interest and student’s perception have a significant positive influence to the attitude in mathematics learning; 3) learning interest, students perception on teaching method, and attitude toward mathematics subject has a significant positive influence toward mathematics learning outcomes; 4) learning interest has a significant positive influence to the student’s perception on teaching method; 5) learning interest has a significant positive influence indirectly though the attitude toward mathematics learning outcomes; and 6) students’ perception on teaching method has a significant positive influences indirectly through the attitude toward mathematics learning outcomes

    ERRORS BY AUTO-MORPHOLOGICAL ANALYSIS IN A CHILDREN STORY CORPUS: AN EVALUATION OF MORPHIND PROGRAM

    Indonesian Morphological Tool, Morphind, is meant to make a proper morphological analysis before doing further automatic language processing.Morphind is applied to enrich raw Indonesian text with morphological information, the preprocessing stage of an Indonesian corpus. In this study, the data is obtained from children's stories in the website ceritaanak.org by taking 500 types of total 2101 types. The purpose of this study is to identify and classify the types of errors present in data processing using morphind program. In the analalysis I uses the method Introspective and Dictionary Indonesian (KBBI) to validate the analysis. The findings of this research suggest that there are still many aspects that can be improved about morphind. Recommendations are fixing the data base especially for OOV (out of vocabulary) and dictionary accuracy, improving the display for the Allomorph, and improving the algorithm for morpheme segmentation

(di bimbing oleh Mahmud Tang dan Munsi Lampe) \ud Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pola-pola pewarisan nilai budaya lokal pada\ud masyarakat Bugis dalam membentuk karakter anak di Desa Madello, Kecamatan Balusu, Kabupaten\ud Barru serta menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mendukung pola-pola pewarisan nilai budaya lokal pada\ud masyarakat Bugis dalam membentuk karakter anak di Desa Madello, Kecamatan Balusu, Kabupaten\ud Barru. \ud Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif analitis yang berusaha\ud mengungkapkan bagaimana peran masyarakat dalam proses pembentukan karakter anak yang\ud berdasar pada nilai budaya lokal. Mulai dari pemahaman orang tua tentang nilai nilai utama\ud kebudayaan bugis, sampai pada kepatuhan anak, lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara\ud sengaja(purposive) dengan memilih desa madello, kecamatan balusu, kabupaten barru sebaga lokasi\ud penelitian, karena merupakan salah satu dari sekian banyak suku bugis yang masih mematuhi nilanilai\ud utama\ud kebudayaan\ud bugis.\ud \ud Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kejujuran, kecendekiawan, kepatutan, usaha dan siri\ud yang merupakan nilai utama kebudayaan Bugis di mana sebagai pedoman hidup yang memuat\ud ketentuan-ketentuan yang telah dijadikan dasar mengenai apa yang harus dilakukan dan apa yang\ud tidak boleh dilakukanNilai nilai utama kebudayaan Bugis merupakan warisan leluhur yang senantiasa\ud terus dilestraikan sebagai nilai nilai ideal historis yang dianggap tauladan untuk ditiru.
