Language Policy and its Reflection in Teaching Russian at the Czech University of Life Sciences (CULS) in Prague

Nationwide teaching of Russian within all types of schools ended in the Czech Republic after 1989. Russian, along with other foreign languages then ranked among the optional subjects. This also happened at our university after the revolution where teaching of Russian was not interrupted, even though the number of students dropped drastically. A significant increase in the number of students interested in the Russian language was observed at the turn of the millennium. Diagnostic of movement system, physical fitness condition and quality of life of peritoneal dialysed patients

Introduction : Chronic renal failure and dialysis treatment can cause varying degrees of complications. Most often, those are cardiovascular complications. There is demonstrated the impact of these complications in musculoskeletal system, especially in the area of physical condition. The importance of physical activity defined volume and intensity in patients with chronic renal failure treated with peritoneal dialysis, is particular in the prevention and prevention of possible negatives arising from the treatment and the disease itself. The own disease also has a big impact on the quality of life for dialysis patients and their loved ones. Objective: The influence of the three-month physical intervention on the musculoskeletal system, physical fitness and quality of life in peritoneal dialysed individuals. Methods of solution: We observed a group of mixed peritoneal dialysis patients from the Clinic of Nephrology TC IKEM Prague. The group consisted of six patients, four men and two women with different duration of the treatment period. Evaluation of the musculoskeletal system, physical fitness and quality of life took place in two stages - input and output measurements. Landed servitudes (according to the new Civil Code)

Tato práce pojednává o služebnostech, zejména o pozemkových služebnostech dle nového občanského zákoníku. Jejím cílem je podat ucelený přehled o tomto institutu, především o možnostech nabytí služebnosti, zániku, právních poměrech ze služebnosti a o zásadách, které zákon v souvislosti s úpravou služebností zmiňuje, a které budou nápomocny v předcházení sporů mezi stranami. Stěžejní část práce je zaměřena na vybrané typy pozemkových služebností, které se nachází v zákoně č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník. There are analyzed all possible ways of creation and abolishment of servitudes and the new Civil Code also contains many rules and principles which belong to servitudes and will help to prevent the disputes between parties. Life and Work of Mikhail Chekhov in the context of Historical Development of Russian Drama

The thesis analyzes the historical development of Russian drama and it also discusses various acting techniques and their development. It focuses on efforts to create a method or system of acting which would help the actors perform characters in a natural and persuasive way. In this context, the thesis deals with Mikhail Chekhov - actor, director, theater director, teacher, theorist of acting, but also a Russian emigrant or nephew of Anton Pavlovich Chekhov. Chekhov was a student of K. S. Stanislavsky. He worked in the Moscow art theatre and later founded and participated in the work of theatre studios in Europe and the United States of America. He dedicated a substantial part of his life to pedagogical and theoretical work. Imagination and reality of independent living of people leaving the orphanage

Cílem práce bylo popsat oblast bydlení se zaměřením na osoby, které prošly ústavní výchovou. Teoretická část se věnovala popisu systému ústavní výchovy, z jakých právních předpisů vychází. Dále byly popsány rodiny, jejichž děti končí v ústavní výchově, byly zhodnoceny výhody a nevýhody systému a kdo jsou aktéři zapojení do řešení problematiky. Jedna kapitola se věnovala problematice bydlení, tomu, jak systém v České republice funguje a jaké jsou možnosti po odchodu z ústavní výchovy, kde hledat bydlení a případně další pomoc. V praktické části bylo účelem zjistit odpověď na výzkumnou otázku ?Jaké jsou představy osob o jejich bydlení po odchodu z dětského domova a jaká je realita?? Výzkum byl realizován pomocí dotazníku, rozhovorů se sociálními pracovníky, kteří pracují s osobami po odchodu z dětského domova a také s uživateli služeb, kteří prošli dětským domovem. Výzkumná data byla doplněna analýzou dokumentů, která se věnovala tomu, jaké mají mladí lidé možnosti v oblasti bydlení a zaměstnání.Katedra pedagogikyObhájenoThe aim of the study was description of the housing sector with a focusing on people who have undergone institutional care. The theoretical part is devoted to the description of the institutional educational system, especially of the lawmaking system. There were described families whose children end up the institutional care, there were also evaluated the advantages and disadvantages of the system and who are the actors of solving problems. One chapter included the issue of housing, how the system works in the Czech Republic and what are the options after leaving institutional care and where to look for any further housing or an assistance. The practical part of the study was founded out the answer of the question "What are the imagination of persons about their housing after leaving the children's home and what the reality is?" The research was conducted by using a questionnaire and interviews with social workers who work with people leaving the children's home and also with service users with their life experiences of children's home.
