L’ impact de l’audit social sur l’engagement organisationnel des salariés : Cas des entreprises exportatrices de la région Souss Massa (Etude descriptive)

Les recherches en sciences de gestion ont proposé un ensemble de travaux centrés sur la thématique de l’audit social et celle de l’engagement organisationnel. Toutefois, la recherche parait limitée sur l’interaction de ces deux variables. Ce qui nous a ce qui nous pousse à intégrer une troisième variable celle de l’intention de quitter l’entreprise. Les objectifs principaux de notre recherche sont : Comment faire pour fidéliser les salariés, pour qu’ils restent dans l’organisation ? Comment tirer profit de ces éléments tout en leur assurant l’épanouissement et la réalisation de soi ? Quelles pratiques de GRH faut-il appliquer, et créer s’il le faut, pour responsabiliser ces « porteurs du savoir » et les pousser à donner le meilleur d’eux-mêmes ? Autant de questions se posent pour les responsables des ressources humaines. Nous avons opté pour le secteur de l’industrie agroalimentaire (IAA) a la région de Souss Massa comme terrain d’investigation. Ce dernier est considéré parmi les six secteurs émergents appelés à jouer le rôle de locomotive économique du pays. Genetic and Modifiable Risk Factors Contributing to Cisplatin-Induced Toxicities

Effective administration of traditional cytotoxic chemotherapy is often limited by off-target toxicities. This clinical dilemma is epitomized by cisplatin, a platinating agent that has potent antineoplastic activity due to its affinity for DNA and other intracellular nucleophiles. Despite its efficacy against many adult-onset and pediatric malignancies, cisplatin elicits multiple off-target toxicities that can not only severely impact a patient’s quality of life, but also lead to dose reductions or the selection of alternative therapies that can ultimately affect outcomes. Without an effective therapeutic measure by which to successfully mitigate many of these symptoms, there have been attempts to identify a priori those individuals who are more susceptible to developing these sequelae through studies of genetic and nongenetic risk factors. Older age is associated with cisplatin induced ototoxicity, neurotoxicity and nephrotoxicity. Traditional genome-wide association studies have identified single nucleotide polymorphisms in ACYP2 and WFS1 associated with cisplatin-induced hearing loss. However, validating associations between specific genotypes and cisplatin-induced toxicities with enough stringency to warrant clinical application remains challenging. This review summarizes the current state of knowledge with regard to specific adverse sequelae following cisplatin-based therapy with a focus on ototoxicity, neurotoxicity, nephrotoxicity, myelosuppression and nausea/emesis. We discuss variables (genetic and nongenetic) contributing to these detrimental toxicities, and currently available means to prevent or treat their occurrence

INFORMATION POUR LA PRISE DE DÉCISION DANS LES STRUCTURES CERTIFIÉES ISO 9001 VERSION 2008: PERCEPTION DE L’INFORMATION FORMELLE ET INFORMELLE PAR LES GESTIONNAIRES (ÉTUDE DE CAS)

In the field of Managerial Work Job and Behaviors (MWJB), many research studies have focused on managerial behavior in the workplace. Several models have thus been developed. They all described a particular way of manager’s real work. With the quality movement, many managers adopt the quality management approach. They aim to improve organizational image, management, communication… But also find themselves having to follow a certain style of management. The question that arises is: will these managers really adopt the quality management style? In this paper, we present an empirical study which aims to answer this question. The field of this research was limited to « management of information for decision making ». And we choose Mintzberg’s model as reference of MWJB. By using a case study of two Moroccan public institutions certified ISO 9001 version 2008, we examined the manager's perception towards formal and Informal information. The main result found that information coming from the quality Management System ISO 9001 (QMS) is very much appreciated by managers. We also found that the QMS had to a certain extent modified manager's perception towards formal and informal information. However, regarding different kinds of formal and informal information, the general order of manager’s information preferences is dictated by other factors, notably the synthetic and the opposable character of information. Also, it was found that certain managerial preferences, such as e-mail, could be used more to maximize the returns of the QMS

A hybrid framework for evaluating the performance of port container terminal operations: Moroccan case study

This work intends to integrate artificial neural network (ANN) and data envelopment analysis (DEA) in a single framework to evaluate the performance of operations in the container terminal. The proposed framework is based on three steps. In the first step, a proposed identify the performance measures objectives and the indicators affecting the system. In the second step, the efficiency scores of the system are computed by using the Charnes Cooper and Rhodes (CCR) model (oriented inputs). In the last step, the Moth Search Algorithm (MSA) is employed as a new method for training the Feedforward Neural Network (FNN) to determine the efficiency scores. Use of DELPHI-AHP Method to Identify annd Analyze Risks in Seaport Dry Port System

The dry port concept has recently gained rising consideration in the multimodal transport context from the point of view both of researchers and stakeholders related to the benefits of the seaport dry port system. Given the relevance of the topic, the present paper aims to identify the potential risk factors of the three major parts that constitute the seaport dry port system and present a conceptual framework to facilitate risk factors analysis. Based on a three-step approach, starting with a systematic literature review, which resulted in 204 collected and examined papers, which allowed identifying 181 potential risk factors with an average of 60 risk factors in each major part of the studied system. In addition, we used a survey based on the Delphi technique to ensure a good extraction of data from 12 selected experts related to the seaport dry port system; then, we used the MCDM (Multiple-Criteria Decision-Making) method AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) in order to: 1) present a hierarchy that simplifies the complexity of the studied system in an organized structure; 2) analyze and assess risk factors based on the identified criteria. A case study involving the Moroccan seaport dry port system of Casablanca illustrates that the seaport part is critical and any major risk factor in this part can even paralyze the operations of the whole system, especially if that risk factor belongs to the human factors category or economic risk category, which is also considered in the study as a critical category

Cet article a pour objet la conversion à l’islam du Béninois El Hadj Akan Charif Vissoh, dont la famille, mahi (fon), se partage entre cultes vodun et catholicisme. Tentant l’expérience de la co-écriture entre le converti lui-même, devenu imam de la mosquée centrale d’Allada et le chroniqueur de sa conversion, l’article propose tout à la fois une histoire de vie, un récit de conversion, un plaidoyer « réformiste » au nom des convertis à l’islam du Sud-Bénin et une relecture anthropologique et historique critique de ce narratif dans ses diverses articulations. Quelques comparaisons sont esquissées avec les trajectoires d’autres convertis autochtones du Ghana et de la Côte-d’Ivoire au XXe siècle. Cross Glances about a Story of Religious changement in Contemporary BeninThis article recounts the conversion to Islam of El Hadj Akan Charif Vissoh, born in Benin to a Mahi (Fon) family following the traditional vodun cults and Catholicism. Co-written by the convert himself, later imam of Allada’s central mosque, and the chronicler of his conversion, it presents a life history, a conversion narrative, a "reformist" speech for the defense of converts to Islam in Southern Benin as well as a historical cum-anthropological analysis of this multilayered discourse.  In a comparative perspective, the article also sheds light on the experiences of other converts to Islam in XXth century southern Ghana and southern Côte-d’Ivoire. The conclusion revisits the debates on religious conversion in Africa and beyond

Systematic Review of Literature on Dry Port Concept Evolution

Dry port plays an important role in supply chain management and mitigates seaport problems. The aim of this paper is to review the dry port concept over the different phases. Today there are different types of dry ports, different interpretations on the dry port life cycle, and different relations with seaport. We will provide a clear vision on the concept development and the advantages that can be added to the seaport and transportation flow. Then, the study will show the evolution of the research community interest on the concept. In the first step, we will briefly present all the challenges faced by seaports today. Next, we will undertake a systematic literature review in order to provide a global vision able to answer questions concerning dry port concept, types, research evolution. Finally, we will present some research topics that open for us at the dry port seaport system
