Biofloc technology application in aquaculture to support sustainable development goals

Biofloc technology (BFT) application offers benefits in improving aquaculture production that could contribute to the achievement of sustainable development goals. This technology could result in higher productivity with less impact to the environment. Furthermore, biofloc systems may be developed and performed in integration with other food production, thus promoting productive integrated systems, aiming at producing more food and feed from the same area of land with fewer input. The biofloc technology is still in its infant stage. A lot more research is needed to optimise the system (in relation to operational parameters) e.g. in relation to nutrient recycling, MAMP production, immunological effects. In addition research findings will need to be communicated to farmers as the implementation of biofloc technology will require upgrading their skills

PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS KOMPUTER TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA TUNARUNGU TENTANG SISTEM PENCERNAAN PADA MANUSIA DAN HUBUNGANNYA DENGAN KESEHATANDI SMPLB

ABSTRACTA hindrance in hearing impacted to the difficulty in getting information. It influenced the student’s intelligence development. Hearing impairment students’ intelligence was not different with the normal students potentially. Hearing impairment students relied more on sighting sense in the process of obtaining information, therefore to optimize getting information for hearing impairment students could be done by visual media repeatedly and continually. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to know the influence of learning based computer toward learning result of hearing impairment students about human absorption system and the connection with healthy in SMPLB Karya Mulia Surabaya.This research kind used pre experiment with one group pre-test post-test design. The data collection technique used was test. The data analysis used statistic non parametric with Wilcoxon Match Pairs Test kind. The data analysis result obtained from Z counted (ZH=2,021) was greater than critic value of Z table 5% i.e. 1,96.The research conclusion was that there was significant influence between learning based computer toward learning result of hearing impairment students about human absorption system and the connection with healthy in SMPLB Karya Mulia Surabaya.Keywords: learning based computer, learning result of human absorption system and the connection with health

Penerapan Metode Circuit Learning Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa

Tujuan penelitian tindakan kelas atau yang dikenal sebagai PTK merupakan salah satu hal mendasar yang dapat dilakukan oleh guru sebagai seorang peneliti. Pelaksanaan sebuah penelitian tindakan kelas umumnya dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya nilai hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian tindakan kelas dilaksanakan karena rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPA mengenai materi sistem pencernaan manusia. Keadaan ini disebabkan oleh banyaknya istilah sains dan proses pencernaan yang perlu dipelajari dan dipahami siswa serta upaya guru dalam penyampaian materi masih terlalu monoton dan dirasa membosankan oleh siswa. Oleh karena itu, penerapan metode circuit learning dipilih pada pelaksanaan PTK di kelas lima sekolah dasar agar dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Dari hasil pengamatan dan penelitian yang dilakukan, dapat dibuktikan bahwa hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan karena dengan penerapan metode ini, siswa diarahkan juga dikondisikan untuk selalu melakukan pengulangan materi yang telah dibahas sebelumnya. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan, hasil penelitian yaitu seluruh siswa terbukti mampu mencapai nilai di atas standar ketuntasan minimum. Selain itu pula, pemetaan konsep, media visual, serta audio visual dimanfaatkan sebagai pendukung keberhasilan penerapan metode ini. Dengan demikian, pemanfaatan metode circuit learning dapat menjadi salah satu pendekatan alternatif yang dapat digunakan dalam rangka meningkatkan pemahaman serta kemampuan siswa dalam memperoleh hasil belajar yang lebih baik.

FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KELENGKAPAN PENGUNGKAPAN LAPORAN KEUANGAN PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

Changing economic conditions affecting many businesses. Moreover, in the free market economy, the business is expected to maintain its business in a way to compete in sekor capital market for investors looking for candidates that will assist companies in strengthening their funds. To be able to attract potential investors, the company faced in the condition to be more transparent in the financial reports. The broad financial disclosure reports that made the company the higher the level of confidence in prospective investors to infuse capital. Disclosure of information financial reports can be grouped into two, namely the mandatory and voluntary disclosures. This study aims to test the empirical influence liquidity ratio, profitability ratio and the size of the company's level of completeness of financial reports on manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Population in this research is a manufacturing company in the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2008 - 2010 as many as 30 companies and use the sample purposively sampling so that the number of samples used to 15 companies that meet the criteria. Analysis techniques used are regression linier berganda. Research results show that partial and simultaneously there is no significant influence between the Liquidity Ratio, Profitability Ratio, and Company Size on the level of completeness of financial reports on manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange

MENINGKATAN PRESTASI BELAJAR KELILING BANGUN DATAR DENGAN PERMAINAN DAN METODE GASING PADA SISWA KELAS III SDN I PADI TULAKAN PACITAN TAHUN PELAJARAN 2022/2023

Learning mathematics is a teaching and learning process built by the teacher to develop students' creative thinking in constructing a procedural knowledge of mathematical material. This study aims to determine the increase in student achievement due to the implementation of the mathematical method of top material circumference and area of ​​flat shapes in class III students at SDN 1 Padi, Tulakan sub-district, Pacitan Regency. This research is a quantitative research. The type of research is pre-experiment using the one group pretest-posttest research design. We conduct PTK with the method (collaboration classroom action research), namely collaboration with supervising teachers. Based on research data in the field, the researchers presented data on increasing the ability to determine the area and perimeter of simple mathematical flat shapes through the Gasing game for third grade students at SD Negeri 1 Padi Tulakan Pacitan. Teacher and student activities in teaching and learning activities obtained data on the process of teaching and learning activities of teachers and students each cycle has increased. The final score on teacher activity increased from 72.2 in cycle I to 82.3 in cycle II. Likewise, student activity increased from 68.3 in cycle I to 78.2 in cycle II

Daya Antibakteri Tepung Cacing Tanah (Lumbricus Rubellus) Terhadap Pertumbuhan Bakteri Vibrio Harveyi Secara in Vitro [Antibacterial Activity of Earthworm Powder (Lumbricus Rubellus) to Vibrio Harveyi Growth's in Vitro]

Vibrio harveyi is the most common pathogenic agent of Penaeus monodon and causing large economic losses to the shrimp farming industry. Antibiotic has been used as the diseases treatment, but it has been banned due to the side effects. This problem was required an alternative solution by using natural material, such as earthworm powder (L. rubellus). This research was conducted to know the bacterial growth inhibition V. harveyi by using earthworm powder (L. rubellus). The research method is experimental and data analysis done descriptively. Inhibition of V. harveyi growth was tested using disc diffusion method. Earthworm powder concentrations are 0, 25, 50, 75, 100 % (w/v) and chloramphenicol disc (30µg), each treatment was repeated three times. The main parameter observed was the size of diameter inhibition zone (mm) which formed around the disc paper after incubation within 24 hours. The data analysis was done descriptively by comparing sensitivity level each treatment. Results showed that earthworms powder (L. rubellus) from the lowest concentration (25% w/v) to the highest concentration (100% w / v) were not able to inhibit V. harveyi growth
