Efficiency of use of national games of Yakut people in studies of physical training in a higher education institution
The purpose of the present research is to demonstrate experimentally the positive effect of the Yakut national games on the formation of the basic physical qualities of the students of the university. The students of NEFU participated in research. In studies of experimental groups Yakut national games with objects and without objects were included. Traditional games of Yakut people in the lessons on physical education, served as means of dynamic development of physical qualities such as strength, speed, flexibility, endurance and agility

The authors thank Ph. D. M. K. Alibaeva, Ph. D. I. A. Gudkova and Ph. D. I. V. Korolkova for participation in the research. The review summarizes experimental data on the phase formation, structure and properties of new complex oxide compounds group - triple molybdates containing tetrahedral molybdate ion, two different singly charged cation, together with tri- or divalent cation. The several structural families of these compounds were distinguished and it shown that many of them are of interest as luminescent, laser, ion-conducting or nonlinear optical materials. The work is executed at partial support of the Russian Foundation for basic research (projects No. 08-03-00384, 13-03-01020 and 14-03-00298)
AI MENTORING AS A FORM AKMEOLOGICHESKOJ ORIENTED PROFESSIONAL INTERACTION
Optimization of professional relationships in the "mentor- apprentice" promotes the formation of a professional orientation akmeologicheskoj both subjects interaction. On the one hand , mentoring is one of the oldest and most effective ways to acquire knowledge and skills of young employees of the company in the process of adapting to a new team . On the other - allows teacher to identify their professional and personal opportunities and consciously decide to choose the optimum time of interaction with the students, based on their individual characteristics, as well as improve their own skills.ΠΠΏΡΠΈΠΌΠΈΠ·Π°ΡΠΈΡ ΠΏΡΠΎΡΠ΅ΡΡΠΈΠΎΠ½Π°Π»ΡΠ½ΡΡ

The presented data of domestic and foreign literature reveal the etiology and pathogenesis of burn anemia caused by the development of systemic inflammatory response (SIR) and blood loss. Manifestations of SIR are characterized by a decrease in the areas of erythropoiesis, inadequate reaction to endogenous and exogenous erythropoietin, a decrease in serum iron, the death of erythrocytes as a result of endogenous intoxication, the development of DIC syndrome, thermal and non-immune hemolysis of erythrocytes, and severe metabolic disturbances. Developing burn anemia progresses as a result of hemorrhage with multiple dressings and operations, as well as bleeding in patients with erosive and ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract. Domestic and foreign experience with blood transfusions in the past century indicates the need for blood transfusions during the development of moderate severity of anemia (hemoglobin less than 90 g/l), burn patients, which will increase the effectiveness of treatment, reduce the time of hospital stay and expenses.ΠΡΠ΅Π΄ΡΡΠ°Π²Π»Π΅Π½Π½ΡΠ΅ Π΄Π°Π½Π½ΡΠ΅ ΠΎΡΠ΅ΡΠ΅ΡΡΠ²Π΅Π½Π½ΠΎΠΉ ΠΈ Π·Π°ΡΡΠ±Π΅ΠΆΠ½ΠΎΠΉ Π»ΠΈΡΠ΅ΡΠ°ΡΡΡΡ ΡΠ°ΡΠΊΡΡΠ²Π°ΡΡ ΡΡΠΈΠΎΠ»ΠΎΠ³ΠΈΡ ΠΈ ΠΏΠ°ΡΠΎΠ³Π΅Π½Π΅Π· ΠΎΠΆΠΎΠ³ΠΎΠ²ΠΎΠΉ Π°Π½Π΅ΠΌΠΈΠΈ, ΠΎΠ±ΡΡΠ»ΠΎΠ²Π»Π΅Π½Π½ΠΎΠΉ ΡΠ°Π·Π²ΠΈΡΠΈΠ΅ΠΌ Ρ ΠΎΠ±ΠΎΠΆΠΆΠ΅Π½Π½ΡΡ

Development of Fluorescent IsocoumarinβFused Oxacyclononyne β 1,2,3βTriazole Pairs
Fluorescent isocoumarin-fused cycloalkynes, which are reactive in SPAAC and give fluorescent triazoles regardless of the azide nature, have been developed. The key structural feature that converts the non-fluorescent cycloalkyne/triazole pair to its fluorescent counterpart is the pi-acceptor group (COOMe, CN) at the C6 position of the isocoumarin ring. The design of the fluorescent cycloalkyne/triazole pairs is based on the theoretical study of the S1 state deactivation mechanism of the non-fluorescent isocoumarin-fused cycloalkyne IC9O using multi-configurational ab initio and DFT methodologies. The calculations revealed that deactivation proceeds through the electrocyclic ring opening of the Ξ±-pyrone cycle and is accompanied by a redistribution of electron density in the fused benzene ring. We proposed that the S1 excited state deactivation barrier could be increased by introducing a pi-acceptor group into a position that is in direct conjugation with the formed C=O group and has a reduced electron density in the transition state. As a proof of concept, we designed and synthesized two fluorescent isocoumarin-fused cycloalkynes IC9O-COOMe and IC9O-CN bearing pi-acceptors at the C6 position. The importance of the nature of a pi-acceptor group was shown by the example of much less fluorescent CF-substituted cycloalkyne IC9O-CF
Controlled drug release from electrospun PCL non-woven scaffolds via multi-layering and e-beam treatment
Currently, electrospun synthetic bioresorbable polymer scaffolds are applied in regenerative medicine and tissue engineering as targeted drug delivery devices because of their mechanical and physico-chemical properties. To control the rate of polymer degradation and drug release from polymer scaffolds, surface modification techniques are widely used. In this study, paracetamol-loaded poly (Ξ΅-caprolactone) electrospun fibrous scaffolds were treated by the pulsed electron beam irradiation. Pure control PCL scaffold, as well as scaffolds with four paracetamol concentrations (2 wt./wt. %, 8 wt./wt. %, 16 wt./wt. %, and 32 wt./wt.%) were modified. The mechanical and chemical properties and morphology of modified materials were examined. The sustained release of the model drug over a period of one hour for both non-treated and treated samples was demonstrated. It was shown that treatment leads to an increase in drug release rate and does not change surface morphology of scaffolds and fibers diameter distribution
Anesthetic management of minimally invasive intervention in children's oncohematology: preoperative patient management protocol
Preoperative patient management protocol in the complex anesthetic support of minimally invasive interventions in pediatric oncology is described.Β Choice of general anesthesia method was determined by the specific clinical situation by analyzing all of the following factors: airwayΒ management, necessity and anticipated duration of unconsciousness, the need for analgesia, necessity and duration of immobilization, preventionΒ of hypothermia, the presence and severity of disturbances in the hemostatic system, comfort for the child and his representativesΒ (parents). Basic techniques of child preoperative examination, as well as the methodology for predicting the risk of perioperative adverseΒ events are described.</p
