    We report a study on the reflective performance of a dielectric meta-lattice formed by a one-dimensional periodic arrangement of silicon nanotubes. It was found that switching from transparent state to reflective state can be done by simply varying one optical parameter of the meta-lattice. The meta-lattice was shown to be capable of providing near-zero and near-unity reflectance at any desired wavelength, even in oblique incidence cases. The results are thus very promising for the development of future optical devices

    Peran Moderasi Religiusitas Terhadap Hubungan Antara Dimensi Fraud Pentagon Dengan Kecurangan Akademik

    This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the Pentagon dimension of fraud on academic fraud. The sample in this study was UPBJJ-UT Ternate students who were conducting lectures during the Covid-19 period as many as 134 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire (questionnaire). Data analysis using path coefficient analysis with the help of the Smart PLS program. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that 1) academic pressure affects academic fraud behavior; 2) opportunity does not affect academic fraud behavior; 3) rationalization affects academic fraud behavior; 4) the ability to influence academic fraud behavior; 5) personal ethics affect academic fraud behavior; Meanwhile, religiosity as a moderator does not affect the relationship between pressure, opportunity, rationalization, ability and personal ethics with academic fraud behavior. Although not large, based on the results of multi-group analysis, religiosity is proven to be moderate which will reduce the level of academic fraud. Religious students are more likely not to commit academic fraud, even though they are under pressure, have opportunities, rationalization, have abilities, and their ethics are still low. Efforts to prevent academic fraud that can be carried out at UPBJJ-UT Ternate include socialization activities that are classified as fraud and the sanctions, convincing students that fraud will be caught and will be announced, ensuring students are not in a situation where they work by fraud, showing evidence that all fraud is proven will be penalized, train students to be able to write without fraud and encourage students to have pride when acting under ethical teachings. &nbsp

    PERTUMBUHAN VEGETATIF TANAMAN SELADA (Lactuca sativa L.) MENGGUNAKAN TEKNOLOGI HIDROPONIK SISTEM TERAPUNG (THST) DENGAN PENYINARAN LAMPU LED (Light Emitting Diode) MERAH DAN BIRU DI MALAM HARI

    Penelitian bertujuan untuk memahami pertumbuhan vegetatif tanaman selada (Lactuca sativa L.) menggunakan teknologi hidroponik sistem terapung (THST) dengan penyinaran lampu LED (Light Emitting Diode) merah dan biru di malam hari. Penelitian dilakukan di Screenhouse yang berada di atas dak bangunan Rumah Griya Kads, Kelurahan Bulusan, Kecamatan Tembalang dari bulan Mei-Juni 2017. Penelitian dilakukan dengan percobaan faktorial 3x3 dalam rancangan tersarang (Nested Design) dengan 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah lama penyinaran cahaya lampu LED merah dan biru pada malam hari (0, 1,5, 3 jam). Faktor kedua adalah konsentrasi larutan nutrisi AB mix (3, 5, 7 ml/liter) tersarang pada faktor pertama. Prosedur penelitian terdiri dari pra-penelitian, persiapan pekatan nutrisi, analisis nutrisi, penyemaian, pengacakan dan tata letak, penanaman, pengumpulan data, analisis laboratorium, analisis data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Parameter yang diamati adalah (1) pertumbuhan vegetatif tanaman meliputi, tinggi tajuk, panjang akar, tajuk + akar, jumlah daun, luas daun, rasio akar tajuk, dan kadar klorofil serta (2) produksi tanaman meliputi, berat segar tajuk, berat segar akar, berat segar total, dan berat kering tajuk, berat kering akar dan berat kering total. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan konsentrasi nutrisi AB mix tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap semua paramater. Taraf 3 ml sudah cukup untuk produksi selada. Lama penyinaran lampu LED merah dan biru, menunjukkan pengaruh peningkatan tinggi tajuk 23 dan 30 HST, panjang akar, tajuk + akar, luas daun, berat segar tajuk dan klorofil total. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa 3 jam sudah cukup memberikan hasil yang baik untuk meningkatkan hasil tanaman selada

    This research has an aim to observe the production of lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) on hydroponic technology of floating system with red and blue LED (Light Emitting Diode) at night. This research was conducted inside the Screenhouse in which located on the top of Griya Kads House building, Bulusan Village, Tembalang Sub-district from May to June 2017. The research was conducted by 3x3 factorial experiments in Nested Design with 3 replications. The first factor was 0, 1.5 and 3 hours irradiation of red and blue LED lights at night. The second factor was 3, 5 and 7 ml/liter of AB mix nutrient concentration which was nested in the first factor. The data collected were fresh weight, dry weight and root canopy ratio. The results of the study showed that the treatment of AB mix nutrient concentration had no significant effect on all parameters. The production of lettuce with level of 5 ml concentration of AB mix was quite good, yet 3 ml and 7 ml levels didn’t improve lettuce production. The duration of red and blue LED irradiation only resulted in an increase in the production of canopy fresh weight. This research can be concluded that 3 hours was sufficient to give the good results to improve the results of lettuce plants production.     Attitude towards entrepreneurship development courses of MOOCs

    Purpose – The purpose of the study was to explore the attitude of faculty members and students of two open universities – Bangladesh Open University (BOU) and Universitas Terbuka (UT) (Open University of Indonesia) towards entrepreneurship development courses of massive open online courses (MOOCs). Design/methodology/approach – The mixed-method research design was employed for this study. A self-structured survey questionnaire and focus group discussions (FGDs) were used to collect quantitative and qualitative data. A total of 66 faculty members and 149 tertiary level students of BOU and UT were selected as respondents. These respondents were selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data were analysed using quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques. Findings – The findings revealed that both universities' faculty members and students possessed a positive attitude towards entrepreneurship development courses of MOOCs (EDCM). However, this positive attitude of both groups was significantly different. Originality/value – The policy recommendations could provide a strategic approach to developing various types of courses within the MOOC, which are attractive as a means of developing entrepreneurship in Bangladesh and Indonesia. It also aggressively promotes EDCM for the academic community in particular and society, in general, to elaborate on their entrepreneurial spirit. Nevertheless, before introducing MOOCs, an empirical study regarding MOOCs readiness is essential for both universities

    Pentingnya menggunakan media pembelajaran untuk generasi alpha dapat dilihat dari tuntutan zaman yang semakin serba digital, di mana teknologi telah menjadi bagian yang tak terpisahkan dalam aktivitas keseharian. Media pembelajaran yang terintegrasi dengan teknologi mampu memfasilitasi pengajaran yang lebih menarik dan cocok dengan gaya belajar generasi alpha yang dominan dengan penggunaan teknologi.  Penelitian ini menggunakan kuasi eksperimen untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran literacy cloud terhadap minat baca dan keterampilan membaca pemahaman siswa kelas 4. Populasi dalam penelitian ini melibatkan total 749 siswa kelas 4 yang berada di gugus 056. Sampel nya terdiri dari 70 siswa di SDN Buaran Mangga II dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data melibatkan angket, tes, observasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan literacy cloud berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan minat baca dan keterampilan membaca pemahaman siswa, dengan nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol. Implikasi penelitian ini memberikan wawasan kepada guru dan sekolah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan literacy cloud sebagai sumber rujukan yang berharga. Penelitian ini juga berkontribusi pada pemahaman tentang efektivitas literacy cloud sebagai media pembelajaran dalam konteks pendidikan, memberikan dasar bagi pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan berorientasi teknologi, dan memberikan panduan praktis bagi guru dalam meningkatkan minat baca dan keterampilan membaca pemahaman siswa
