Weblog (Bitácora o Blog) es un concepto que, aunque fue creado en 1997, actualmente está cobrando especial interés en el ámbito educativo como herramienta de intercomunicación entre profesor y alumnos. En este artículo queremos definir claramente tanto esta terminología como otra relacionada con el mismo concepto, hacer un breve recorrido por la historia más reciente e importante del Blog, y terminar con un análisis comparativo de la experiencia realizada con algunos grupos de alumnos mediante un cuaderno de Bitácora y un Foro

This article highlights the importance of a quality initial teacher formation about the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). Initial training that it should be included as a compulsory subject in the Faculties of Education and also it should be completed with an imperative continuing education for active teachers. En este artículo se revisa la importancia de la incertidumbre y la aventura que se juega en pensar la educación de un futuro arduo y trabajoso; pero más difícil aún si no se recupera lo que es la condición humana; encontrando una posibilidad y una exigencia para dicha educación tanto en el arte en particular como en la cultura en general como una de las derivas pulsionales. −5/3 Kolmogorov Turbulent Behaviour and Intermittent Sustainable Energies

The massive integration of sustainable energies into electrical grids (non-interconnected or connected) is a major problem due to their stochastic character revealed by strong fluctuations at all scales. In this paper, the scaling behaviour or power law correlations and the nature of scaling behaviour of sustainable resource data such as flow velocity, atmospheric wind speed, solar global solar radiation and sustainable energy such as, wind power output, are highlighted. For the first time, Fourier power spectral densities are estimated for each dataset. We show that the power spectrum densities obtained are close to the 5/3 Kolmogorov spectrum. Furthermore, the multifractal and intermittent properties of sustainable resource and energy data have been revealed by the concavity of the scaling exponent function. The proposed analysis frame allows a full description of fluctuations of processes considered. A good knowledge of the dynamic of fluctuations is crucial to management of the integration of sustainable energies into a grid
