PENGARUH DIFERENSIASI PRODUK DAN CITRA MEREK SMARTPHONE XIAOMI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN DI KOTA JAKARTA UTARA

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh diferensiasi produk dan citra merek smartphone Xiaomi terhadap kepuasan konsumen di kota jakarta utara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para pengguna smartphone merek xiaomi di kota jakarta utara,dengan metode pengambilan sampel adalah probability sampling. Sampel yang diperoleh sebesar 100 responden. Data yang diperoleh dianalisi dengan menggunakan teknik analisis structural equation model (SEM) dengan alat uji statistik PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui software SmartPLS . Data yang dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan hasil yang signifikan antara diferensiasi produk (X1) Smartphone Xiaomi terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y) di kota Jakarta Utara, karna hasil dari T-statistic pada Path Coefficients yaitu 6,320 dan P-Value sebesar 0,000. Nilai T-statistic > 1,96 dan nilai P-Value 1,96 dan nilai P-Value 1.96 and P-value 1.96 and P-value <0.05. It can be concluded that the brand image variable is the dominant variable in influencing consumer satisfaction in North Jakarta.Keywords: Product Differentiation, Consumer Satisfaction, and Brand Imag

Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Two Stay Two Stray untuk Meningkatkan Pemahaman Konsep Pola Bilangan Siswa SMP

Students must understand mathematical concepts. However, the observations revealed a lack of students' understanding of mathematical concepts because learning conditions remain conventional. The teacher is dominant in conveying information, and students only memorize concepts in the form of formulas without understanding. The Two Stay Two Stray model can increase the understanding of these concepts. This model is applied to the topic of number patterns. This study aimed to examine the achievement of students' minimum criteria of mastery learning (known as KKM in Indonesia)and their improvement in understanding the concept after implementing the model in Year 8 at one of the junior high schools in Aceh Besar, Indonesia. This research is quasi-experiment type using pre-test and post-test. This study selected the population of all Year 8 students of the school studied, and the sample was 20 Year 8 students. Data collection involved giving five short answer questions during the pre-test and post-test. The data were analyzed using the Gain Score and t-test. The results concluded that students could achieve the KKM, and their understanding of the concept was increased to the medium category

DISIPLIN KERJA PADA DINAS PENGENDALIAN PENDUDUK DAN KELUARGA BERENCANA (DPPKB) KABUPATEN KARAWANG

Kantor Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana (DPPKB) Kabupaten Karawang merupakan instansi pemerintahan yang memiliki peran penting dalam pengendalian jumlah penduduk yang ada di kabupaten karawang melalui program keluarga berencana (KB). Kerja Praktik dilaksanakan dengan cara magang kerja disuatu instansi atau perusahaan didaerah Karawang terkait dengan tujuan memberi wawasan kepada mahasiswa tentang dunia kerja yang sebenarnya. Laporan Kerja Praktik ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Disiplin Kerja pada Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk Keluarga Berencana. Salah satu indikasi rendahnya kualitas Pegawai Negeri Sipil Daerah tersebut adalah adanya pelanggaran disiplin yang banyak dilakukan oleh Pegawai Negeri Sipil Daerah. Metode dasar dalam memperoleh data yaitu dengan cara wawancara langsung, pengamatan, serta observasi langsung ke lapangan. Hasil laporan Kerja Praktik ini menunjukkan bahwa kondisi tingkat kedisiplinan pegawai pada Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana (DPPKB) Karawang sudah cukup baik, walaupun didapati beberapa pegawai yang masih belum menjalankan tugasnya sesuai dengan job desk, dan terdapat beberapa pegawai datang dan pulang tidak sesuai dengan jam dan waktu yang sudah ditentukan oleh Dinas. Kendala yang dihadapi oleh seorang Pegawai Negeri Sipil dalam Peningkatan Disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil adalah Kurang tegasnya Sanksi yang diberikan oleh Pejabat yang berwenang serta lunturnya Kedisiplinan Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Adapun penyelesaian permasalahan tersebut ialah dengan memberikan sanksi dan tindakan yang lebih tegas terhadap setiap pelanggaran agar setiap pegawai bisa lebih Disiplin lagi dalam segala hal dan dapat memberikan efek jera agar Pegawai yang lain tidak meniru atau melakukan pelanggaran serupa atau lebih berat lagi

PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR SATUAN POLISI PAMONG PRAJA KOTA KARAWANG

Tujuan Penelitian Ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Di Karawang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Kualitatif, Subjek dalam penilitian ini adalah seluruh kasubag dan staff Pegawai umum yang ada di Kantor Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Karawang. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi kerja merupakan unsur penting di dalam sebuah organisasi/instansi, sebab dengan adanya motivasi kerja dapat menciptakan semangat kerja sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Student's Perspective On Learning English Phonemes

Studying phonemes is a part of phonology, so writing this article is about learning basic phonemes. Phonemes are the basic level of phonological learning because phonemes are the smallest basic units that form the elements that make up speech sounds. Therefore, in this article we will study the basic phoneme which is the smallest functional unit of language. a phoneme cannot stand alone because a phoneme has no meaning, but its role is very important because a phoneme can distinguish meaning. For example, the phonemes [l] and [r]. If we separate these two phonemes, we will definitely not understand their meaning. A phoneme has an identity basis which is called the meaning distinguishing function of the sound units of language. Optimalisasi Kompetensi Profesional Guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama Melalui Kegiatan Pengembangan Asesmen Formatif Literasi Sains

The scientific literacy formative assessment is an instrument designed with the aim of improving students' scientific literacy skills. Based on interviews conducted with the Principal of SMP Negeri 4 Langsa, it is known that the teachers' skills in compiling scientific literacy formative assessment instruments are still low. This is because training regarding formative assessment of scientific literacy has not been evenly distributed among teachers at SMP Negeri 4 Langsa. Therefore, it is necessary to hold training in preparing formative assessments of scientific literacy for teachers at SMP Negeri 4 Langsa. Methods for implementing activities include: 1) planning, 2) implementation, 3) monitoring and evaluation. This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge, understanding and skills of junior high school teachers in Langsa City in developing learning assessments in the form of scientific literacy formative assessments. The results of the PKM activities showed that the pre-test and post-test scores for teachers' scientific literacy formative assessment knowledge increased from an average of 72 to an average of 84. The satisfaction questionnaire also showed that teachers were satisfied with the PKM activities. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze leadership style, employee performance and the influence of leadership style on the performance of employees of PT Lintas Mediatama Bandung. This study uses a non probability sampling technique with a type of census. The population in this study were thirty employees of PT Lintas Mediatama Bandung. All population members are used as samples. Data collection methods are divided into primary data and secondary data. primary data collection using observation, questionnaires, and interviews. Secondary data collection uses literature studies and scientific journal references. This study aimed to discover the technique of singing in growing students' memory in the subjects of aqidah morality at MIN 1 Aceh Tengah. The research method used is qualitative. Sources of data in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using observation and interviews. Meanwhile, data analysis uses analysis according to Miles and Huberman, including data reduction, display, and verification.
