    Characterization of Blood Donor Defferal at Blood Donation Unit Indonesian Red Cross Bojonegoro

    Availability of safe blood and blood products is a critical component in improving adequate blood supply and blood products. Blood donation collected from 1% of the population is usu­ally the minimum requirement to meet a country’s most basic need for blood. Blood product declare as a life saving product which treat diseases and maintains health. Safety blood donor plays a vital role for donor and recipient. Recruiting donor should follow criterias during blood selection. This study aimed to analysis of blood donor referral in blood donation unit of Bojonegoro following some characteristics such as hemoglobin levels, blood pressure, and consumption. This study was conducted by reviewing the deferral donor records during June to July 2022 at Blood Donation Units Bojonegoro. Out of the 668 screened prospective donors, 117 (17%) were deferred. Hemoglobin levels was the major (90% from 117) cause of temporary deferral as well as the second cause of overall deferrals. Blood pressure and latest consumption  time constituted 9% and 1% of the deferral cases, respectively. From 117 deferred donor, deferral rate among male donors was 53% (62 donor). Among female donors, it was 47% (55 donor). Thus, the prevalence of deferral was significantly higher among female donors than among male donors. The writer want knows skill level what covered in the English national examination 2012/2013 for senior high school and skill level appropriate or not for senior high school with use cognitive domain of taxonomy of educational objective theory. Cognitive domain is which concerned with knowledge outcomes and intellectual abilities and skills. This includes the recall or recognition of specific facts, procedural patterns, and concepts that serve in the development of intellectual abilities and skills. There are six major categories. The purpose of this research is to find out cognitive domains of taxonomy of educational objective theory covered in the English national examination item 2012/2013 for the senior high school. This is an qualitativedescriptiveresearchdesign, because this research does not use the research data such as number. It describes what cognitive domains of Taxonomy of educational objective theory are covered in English national examination item 2012/2013 for senior high school. The data were collected by using documentary method. There are 20 packages in English National Examination 2012/2013for Senior High School. But the writer takes 5 packages to analysis. They are B23, B24, B25, B26, B27. Consist of listening, reading and writing. Listening consist of 15 items, reading section consist of 30 test item, writing consist of 5 test item. All of test type in items used in English National Examination (UN) for Senior High School 2012/2013 is Multiple-choice item. The result of the data for analyzing the cognitive domain of taxonomy of educational objective theory are covered test items of package B23, B24, B25, B26, B27 in the English national item 2012/2013 for senior high school in listening section mostly used level of comprehension, reading section were in the level of knowledge and comprehension. But the cognitive domain in reading section mostly used level comprehension, and the cognitive domains in writing section were application and synthesis. It means that level of difficulties of each test items in listening, reading and writing section is appropriate with the level of knowledge which is owned by the Senior High School students. From the facts above, so that the writer suggeststhat the item test of English national examination should be compatibility with the level of knowledge which is owned by the Senior High School students, the teacher should give more attention on the cognitive domain of taxonomy of educational objective theory or skill level difficulties and graduated competence standard (SKL) to give try out in preparing the English national examination for the students, because the entire test item of English examination test cover in SKL, the students should able to identify the skill level difficulties and graduated competence standard (SKL) to predict the answer of the test item, because it will make the students easier to do the test, the government especially the Education National Standard Board (BNSP) who set the test of English national examination should be more careful in arranging the test. Although the test is good, the test item need revised in the skill level of difficulties of students especially, test typing, test instruction, SKL covers in the entire test item

    Batik is one of Indonesia's ancestral cultures that has existed since the royal era and even today. As is the case with Tanjung Bumi written batik in Paseseh Village, Tanjung Bumi District, Bangkalan Regency. The people in Paseseh Village make batik as an artistic value that should be preserved, so that batik becomes a tradition that is inherent in the social life of the community. Tanjung Bumi written batik has developed from year to year, starting from motifs, isen-isen and even coloring. The beginning of the development of Tanjung Bumi written batik was marked by the change in isen-isen which was initially in dots then became in lines. This study uses historical research methods with a focus of study to analyze how the development of the Tanjung Bumi written batik motif in Paseseh Village, Tanjung Bumi District, Bangkalan Regency in 1990-2010 and analyze how the social and economic impacts of the development of the Tanjung Bumi written batik motif in Paseseh Village , Tanjung Bumi District, Bangkalan Regency 1990-2010. The results in this study discuss starting from the early history of Tanjung Bumi written batik in Paseseh Village, Tanjung Bumi District, Bangkalan Regency, the development of Tanjung Bumi written batik motifs in Paseseh Village, Tanjung Bumi District, Bangkalan Regency in 1990-2010, the development of the Tanjung Bumi written batik coloring process.     An evaluation study of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) using recombinant GRA1 protein for detection of igg antibodies againts Toxoplasma gondii infections

    Reliable laboratory testing is important to detect Toxoplasma gondii infection and focuses on improving the low cost and easy to use the diagnostic instrument. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method can be used to determine a large number of samples within a short period of time which based on antibody or antigen detection. We tested the sensitivity and specificity of GRA1 protein of as antigen using the ELISA method to toxoplasmosis diagnosis and compared it with commercial ELISA kit. Seventy sera samples were collected and tested using indirect ELISA, commercial ELISA kit and GRA1 protein-coated as antigen. The results showed 48 and 51 samples had positive IgG antibody using ELISA-GRA1 and commercial ELISA kit, respectively. The GRA1 sensitivity and specificity on ELISA were 100% and 86.36%, respectively. Whereas positive predictive value (PPV) was 94.11%. This result indicated that the recombinant GRA1 protein is a highly immunogenic protein in human toxoplasmosis and marker for toxoplasmosis screening

    INDONESIA: Manfaat yang dapat dirasakan secara langsung dengan adanya buku teks yaitu dapat menunjang pencapaian kurikulum. Penanaman nilai-nilai dalam dunia pendidikan menjadi suatu hal yang penting untuk dilaksanakan guna mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Salah satu nilai yang harus dimuat dalam buku teks dan ditransmisikan dalam proses pendidikan adalah nilai-nilai islam Wasathiyyah/moderasi beragama. Nilai-nilai tersebut sangat penting diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari guna menjunjung tinggi persatuan, kemaslahatan, dan perdamaian dunia. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk (1) Untuk mengetahui sistematika pemetaan kompetensi inti dan kompetensi dasar pada buku PAI dan Budi Pekerti kelas 1 SD (2) Untuk mengetahui materi pokok islam Wasathiyyah yang ada di dalam buku teks PAI dan Budi Pekerti kelas 1 SD (3) Untuk mengetahui muatan nilai-nilai islam Wasathiyyah yang terkandung dalam teks buku pelajaran PAI dan Budi Pekerti kelas 1 SD Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan jenis penelitian pustaka (library research). Untuk analisis data peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis isi (content analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Buku PAI dan Budi Pekerti SD kelas 1 dikembangkan dengan menjabarkan KI dan KD menjadi tema, kemudian penyusunan sistematika buku mengikuti alur pembelajaran saintifik, mulai dari mengamati, bertanya, mengumpulkan informasi, menalar dan mengkomunikasikan. (2) Materi pokok di dalam buku teks pelajaran PAI dan Budi Pekerti tingkat SD kelas 1 semester 1 secara implisit maupun eksplisit mengandung nilai islam Wasathiyyah. Yakni memuat nilai-nilai I’tidal (tegak lurus), Qudwah (kepeloporan), Tasamuh (toleransi) serta La ‘Unf (anti kekerasan). (3) Muatan nilai islam Wasathiyyah dalam teks-teks kalimat pada buku pelajaran PAI dan Budi Pekerti tingkat SD kelas 1 semester 1 diantaranya adalah Nilai Tasamuh (toleransi) dengan indikator kasih sayang dan tolong menolong. Nilai I’tidal (tegak lurus) dengan indikator wajib beriman kepada Allah, selalu taat kepada Allah, percaya dan yakin bahwa Allah ada dan esa. Nilai qudwah (kepeloporan) dengan indikator santun dan berbudi luhur, bekerja keras, hidup bersih dan membaca basmalah tiap mulai memulai pekerjaan. Nilai La ‘Unf (anti kekerasan) dengan indikator bertubat dan meminta maaf ketika berbuat salah. ENGLISH: The existence of textbooks can directly support the achievement of the curriculum. In education, the inculcation of values becomes an important thing to be implemented so that educational goals can be achieved. One of the values that must be transmitted in the educational process and contained in textbooks is the Islamic values of Wasathiyyah/religious moderation. These values are very important to apply in everyday life in order to uphold unity, benefit and world peace. This research was conducted with the aim of (1) To find out the systematic mapping of core competencies and basic competencies in Islamic religious education and morals books for grade 1 elementary school (2) To find out the subject matter of Islamic Wasathiyyah in the Islamic and ethical religious education textbooks Class 1 elementary school character (3) To find out the content of Wasathiyyah Islamic values contained in the text of the Islamic Religious Education and Moral Education textbook class 1 Elementary School. The research approach used by researchers is a descriptive qualitative approach, with a type of library research. For data analysis, researchers used content analysis techniques. The results of the study showed that: (1) Islamic Religious Education and Moral Education textbooks for grade 1 elementary school semester 1 were developed by describing KI and KD into themes, then the systematic arrangement of the books followed the flow of scientific learning, starting from observing, asking questions, gathering information, reasoning and communicating. (2) The main material in the Islamic Education and Moral Education textbooks for grade 1 semester 1 Elementary School implicitly or explicitly contains Wasathiyyah Islamic values. Namely, it contains the values of I'tidal (perpendicular), Qudwah (pioneering), Tasamuh (tolerance) and La 'Unf (anti-violence). (3) The content of Wasathiyyah Islamic values in sentence texts in Islamic Religious Education and Moral Education textbooks for grade 1 elementary school semester 1 includes the Tasamuh Value (tolerance) with indicators of compassion and mutual help. The value of I'tidal (perpendicular) with the obligatory indicator of having faith in Allah, always being obedient to Allah, believing and believing that Allah exists and is one. The value of qudwah (pioneering) with indicators of being polite and virtuous, working hard, living cleanly and reciting basmalah every time you start a job. The value of La' Unf (anti-violence) with indicators of repentance and apologizing when you do something wrong. ARABIC: يمكن لوجود الكتب المدرسية أن يدعم بشكل مباشر تحقيق المناهج الدراسية. في التعليم ، يصبح غرس القيم أمرًا مهمًا يجب تنفيذه حتى يمكن تحقيق الأهداف التعليمية. من القيم التي يجب نقلها في العملية التربوية والمتضمنة في الكتب المدرسية القيم الإسلامية للوسسطية / الاعتدال الديني. هذه القيم مهمة للغاية لتطبيقها في الحياة اليومية من أجل دعم الوحدة والمنفعة والسلام العالمي. تم إجراء هذا البحث بهدف (١) لمعرفة الخرائط المنهجية للكفاءات الأساسية والكفاءات الأساسية في كتب التربية الدينية الإسلامية والأخلاق للصف الأول الابتدائي (٢) لمعرفة موضوع الوساطية الإسلامية في الإسلام. وكتب التربية الدينية الأخلاقية الصف الأول شخصية المدرسة الابتدائية (٣) لمعرفة محتوى قيم الوساطية الإسلامية الواردة في نص كتاب التربية الدينية الإسلامية والتربية الأخلاقية الصف الأول المدرسة الابتدائية نهج البحث الذي يستخدمه الباحثون هو نهج وصفي نوعي ، مع نوع من البحوث المكتبية. لتحليل البيانات ، استخدم الباحثون تقنيات تحليل المحتوى. تظهر نتائج الدراسة أن: (١) رسم الخرائط المنهجية للكفاءات الأساسية والكفاءات الأساسية في دروس التربية الدينية الإسلامية ودروس الخصائص في الصف الأول الابتدائي يشير إلى لائحة وزير التربية والتعليم والثقافة في جمهورية إندونيسيا. قانون رقم ٣٧ لسنة ٢٠١٨ بشأن تعديل لائحة وزير التربية والتعليم والثقافة رقم ٣٤ لسنة ٢٠١٦ بشأن الكفاءات الأساسية ودروس الكفاءة الأساسية في منهاج ٦٠١٣ في التعليم الابتدائي والثانوي.     Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY) adalah lembaga yang menghasilkan tenaga kependidikan yang telah berusaha meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan agar mampu menghasilkan lulusan yang lebih baik dan lebih profesional. Salah satu cara yang dapat ditempu antara lain adalah dengan program PPL (Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan) secara terpadu. Program PPL bertujuan untuk sarana pembentukan dan peningkatan kemampuan profesional calon guru. Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) itu sendiri merupakan mata kuliah wajib yang harus ditempuh oleh setiap mahasiswa kependidikan di Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Dalam hal ini, penyusun melaksanakan Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) di SMP Negeri 5 Depok yang terletak di Kabupaten Sleman. Praktik pengalaman lapangan ini bertujuan mendapatkan pengalaman tentang proses pembelajaran dan kegiatan persekolahan lainnya yang digunakan sebagai bekal untuk menjadi calon tenaga pendidik. Praktikan diharapkan mampu untuk memiliki nilai, sikap, pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan sebagai seorang pendidik. Pelaksanaan kegiatan PPL dimulai dari observasi hingga pelaksanaan PPL yang terbagi menjadi beberapa tahap yaitu persiapan mengajar, pelaksanaan mengajar, dan evaluasi hasil mengajar. Dari hasil observasi dilaksanakan pada tanggal 8 Agustus 2015 diketahui beberapa permasalahan di sekolah maupun potensi yang sebenarnya dapat dikembangkan di sekolah tetapi belum diberdayakan. Adapun Kegiatan PPL yang dilakukan meliputi tahap persiapan, praktek mengajar, dan analisis hasil. Praktik mengajar dilaksanakan tanggal 10 Agustus 2015 sampai 12 September 2015. Pada tahap pelaksanaan, mahasiswa diberi kesempatan mengajar sebanyak 13 kali. Pelaksanaan PPL dilaksanakan di kelas VII C, VII D, dan VIII A. Hasil dari pelaksanaan PPL selama satu bulan di SMP Negeri 5 Depok ini dapat dipetik hasilnya oleh mahasiswa berupa penerapan ilmu pengetahuan dan praktik keguruan dalam di bidang Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia yang diperoleh di bangku perkuliahan. Meskipun demikian, tetap masih ada hambatan dalam pelaksanaan PPL. Penyusun menghimbau supaya hubungan kerja sama antara pihak sekolah dan UPPL-UNY tetap terjaga dengan baik

    When viewed from its variety, Arabic can be divided into two forms: standard variety Arabic (fushah) and non-standard variety Arabic (amiyah). In Arabic, the sounds of vowels and consonants can change according to the speakers, such as the Egyptian speakers 'amiyah, who could not pronounce Arabic fusha perfectly, and vice versa. This led to the appearance of sound changes between the two varieties of language. This study aims to analyze the forms of sound changes 'amiyah Egyptian dialect (BADM) and Arabic fushah (BAF). In this research, researchers will analyze using Crowley's theory of sound change. The data in this study is in the form of lyrics of 5 songs by Nancy Ajram, Lebanese nationality, but his work dialect Egypt. The results showed that BADM and BAF have differences in pronunciation that cause the appearance of sound changes. The types of sound changes that occur following Crowley's theory are (1) lenition and fortition, (2) tough loss, (3) good addition, (4) metathesis, (5) assimilation, and (6) tone changes

    The processing of blood components is an act of separating the components of donor blood through a process by taking into account the quality and safety of blood component products. Its process produce various type of blood component, such as Packed Red Cell, Liquid Plasma, Thrombocytes Concentrate and Fresh Frozen Plasma. The quantity of each blood production depends on the mount of demant from hospital to threat the patient for transfusion. Indonesia Red Cross especially in Blood Donor Unit of each region have a important duty to collect and process the whole blood component as much as it needed. This type of research is a descriptive study with a cross sectional approach. The population used was the production of PRC, LP, TC and FFP  at UDD PMI Bojonegoro from June to July 2022 as many as 2124 kolf. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data analysis using univariate analysis which is presented in the form of a frequency distribution table and ghraphic for daily production. Production of blood components as much as 2124 kolf, Production of PRC as 984 kolf (46%), LP as 904 kolf (43%0, TC as 200 kolf (9%), and FFP as 36 kolf (2%). The highest blood component production is PRC, followed by LP, TC and FFP, respectfully. Â
