Inclusive pion production in 360 GeV/cpp interactions

In a study of proton-proton interactions at √s=26GeV, inclusive distributions of single pions and systems of pions of various charge combinations are presented, as well as the production ratio obtained in association with various trigger particles. The results are compared to current phenomenological models in an attempt to understand multiparticle productions in hadron collisions

Measurement of electroweak parameters from hadronic and leptonic decays of the Z 0

We have studied the reactions e + e − →hadrons, e + e − , μ + μ − and τ + τ − , in the energy range 88.2 GeV. A total luminosity of 5.5 pb −1 , corresponding to approximately 115000 hadronic and 10000 leptonic Z 0 decays, has been recorded with the L3 detector. Объектом исследования подсистема коррозионного мониторинга электрохимической зашиты магистрального газопровода. Цель работы – проанализировать управление системой электрохимической зашиты магистрального газопровода в условиях вечной мерзлоты. В результате анализа установлено, что ПКМ-ТСТ-КонтКорр удовлетворяет требованиям системы управления техническим состоянием и целостностью площадных объектов организации.The object of study is the subsystem of corrosion monitoring of electrochemical protection of the main gas pipeline. Analysis of transverse momentum distributions for pp interactions at 360 GeV/c in the framework of a quark-diquark fragmentation model

Using a quark-diquark fragmentation model, in which either the Field-Feynman or the Lund model is coupled with a quark-diquark distribution function, we study transverse momentum distributions,pT, for the inclusive reactions pp→hadron +anything at 360 GeV/c. We find that a primordial mean transverse momentum <kT>0.4 GeV/c can well reproduce the pT 2 distributions of charged hadrons, π0,K s 0 , Λ0,K∗ and ∑∗ and the Feynman x-pT correlations. We confirm that a diquark in a proton plays an important role in reproducing the x-p T correlation of Λ0

InclusiveK's and Σ's production in 360 GeV/c ρρ interactions using the European hybrid spectrometer

We have studied the inclusive production of strange meson and baryon resonances in 360 GeV/c pp interactions. Cross sections for K+(892) and K–(892) are estimated to be 4.42±0.62 mb and 2.54±0.47 mb respectively and those for ∑+(1385) and ∑–(1385) are 0.67±0.11 mb and 0.26±0.07 mb respectively. Longitudinal and transverse momentum distributions for K (892) and ∑(1385) are presented, as well as for their decay products K0 and Λ. An estimation is given on the K(1430) and ∑ (1915) productions
