    Forest development in Indonesia has a long-term vision where forestry can benefit the community by managing forest resources sustainably and optimally. In the utilization of forests, the government conducts partnerships with communities living around forests and conducts empowerment programs with the term social forestry where one of the programs in social forestry is forestry partnership. Forest Village Community Institute (LMDH) is a form of forestry partnership formed through Perum Perhutani's cooperation with the community around the forest. Banyuwangi Regency is an area that implements forestry partnerships with the form of LMDH. LMDH Kemuning Asri is one of the LMDH in Banyuwangi Regency located in Gombengsari Village, Kalipuro Subdistrict, Banyuwangi Regency which is also the location of this research. This study aimed to analyze the impact of social forestry programs on the welfare of forest farmers in LMDH Kemuning Asri using the Multiple Linear Regression method. The results of the research obtained that the welfare of farmers was influenced by changes in labor variables, partnerships, mentoring, and implementation participation with a strong relationship rate. The result of the regression model met the assumption of regression because no autocorrelation, multicollinearity, or heteroscedasticity problems. The regression models also met the assumption of normality. Pembangunan hutan di Indonesia memiliki visi jangka panjang dimana kehutanan dapat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat dengan mengelola sumber daya hutan secara lestari dan optimal. Dalam pemanfaatan hutan pemerintah melakukan kemitraan dengan masyarakat yang hidup di sekitar hutan dan melakukan program pemberdayaan dengan istilah perhutanan sosial dimana salah satu program dalam perhutanan sosial adalah kemitraan kehutanan. LMDH merupakan bentuk dari kemitraan kehutanan yang dibentuk melalui kerjasama Perum Perhutani dengan masyarakat sekitar hutan. Kabupaten Banyuwangi merupakan daerah yang menerapkan kemitraan kehutanan dengan bentuk LMDH (Lembaga Masyarakat Desa Hutan). LMDH Kemuning Asri merupakan salah satu LMDH di Kabupaten Banyuwangi yang terletak di Kelurahan Gombengsari, Kecamatan Kalipuro, Kabupaten Banyuwangi yang juga merupakan lokasi penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak program perhutanan sosial terhadap kesejahteraan petani hutan di LMDH Kemuning Asri dengan menggunakan metode Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah kesejahteraan petani di pengaruhi oleh perubahan variabel tenaga kerja, kemitraan, pendampingan dan partisipasi pelaksanaan dengan tingkat hubungan yang kuat dan model regresi yang dihasilkan memenuhi asumsi regresi karena tidak ditemukan masalah autokorelasi, multikolinieritas, heteroskedastisitas serta model regresi juga memenuhi asumsi normalitas

    MAKING OF NATURAL PLANT GROWTH REGULATOR (PGR) IN THE TELADAN FARMER'S GROUP OF SUMBERJAMBE DISTRICT, JEMBER, EAST JAVA

    Some organic ingredients are known to contain nutrients and natural plant growth regulators (PGR), such as coconut water, young corn, sprouts, banana weevil, bamboo shoots. These materials are also a substrate for multiplying local microorganisms that are good for the soil. Therefore, the purpose of  this activities in the Teladan’s Farmers Group, is to introduce, improve skills and implement local microorganism fermentation technologies (bio activators) using organic materials that contain natural plant growth regulators. This activity uses direct methods and practices for making natural PGR. The training participants attended by 100% participants. Besides, during the extraction and fermentation activities of organic materials, it was seen that participants knew the sequence of procedures for making natural PGR from the results of discussions and questions and answers. The results obtained in the pre-test mean the understanding of natural PGR is 53, while the post-test mean score after implementation is 80. There is a significant increase in participants' knowledge about organic growth regulators.. In practice, about 80% of participants have been able to extract and mix ingredients for the fermentation process.     THE EFFECTS FERMENTED NATURAL PLANT GROWTH REGULATOR ON PRANCAK 95 TOBACCO (NICOTIANA TABACUM L. VAR PRANCAK 95) ACCLIMATIZATION

    Prancak 95 tobacco has the potential to be developed in Indonesia because it has a distinctive aroma and a nicotine content of 2.13%. The quality of this tobacco raw material must be improved and started from the use of quality seeds through in vitro culture techniques. However, several things that must be considered are the acclimatization stages. One of the efforts to increase the growth of seedlings during the acclimation can be done by providing natural plant growth regulators (PGR) from extracts of organic materials such as coconut water, young corn, sprouts, and banana weevil that has been fermented in advance using EM-4 bioactivators . Based on this, the purpose of this study was to determine the optimal concentration of natural growth regulators in the acclimatization of Prancak -95 tobacco. This study uses a non factorial randomized block design with four treatments concentrated solution of natural growth regulators, which include: Control (no treatment), 10; 25; and 50 ml/L. The observed variables included the number of leaves, leaf area, plant height, and root length. Data analysis using Analysis of Variance  (ANOVA) Test and continued with Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) Test at 95% confidence level to find out the best treatment. Based on the results of research that has been carried out for 60 days of observation, it can be concluded that the application of natural PGR is able to spur the growth of seedlings during the acclimatization period. Spraying application at a concentration of 10 ml / L can increase the number of leaves, leaf area, number of roots and height of Prancak 95 tobacco seedlings

    Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisa apakah faktor citra merek, persepsi terhadap kualitas dan harga mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian terasi puger di pasar Tanjung, pasar Kepatihan dan pasar Gebang Kabupaten Jember. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Dalam penelitian ini cara pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling yaitu kepada konsumen yang melakukan pembelian terasi puger yang tersebar di pasar Tanjung, pasar Kepatihan dan pasar Gebang Kabupaten Jember. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode analisis statistik dan metode analisis regresi yang meliputi uji validitas dan reabilitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji determinasi, uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa tiga variable independen yaitu citra merek, persepsi terhadap kualitas dan harga memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap variable dependen yaitu keputusan pembelian terasi puger. Pengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian terasi puger terbesar terdapat pada persepsi terhadap kualitas yaitu 0,817 kemudian di ikuti oleh citra merek yaitu sebesar 0,262 sedangkan harga memiliki nilai yang sangat rendah yaitu sebesar 0,009 yang berarti tidak signifikan. Sedangkan secara serempak citra merek, persepsi terhadap kualitas dan harga mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian sebesar 33,895 dengan F table sebesar 2,69 yang berarti f hitung > f tabel sehingga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan

    Innovation is needed in all areas including the processed agribusiness fisheries. The purpose of this study was to innovate a skipjack tuna product with the addition of banana heart abon. The sample of this study used 30 panelists with vulnerable age of 25-40 years with a sample of concentration of banana heart addition by 0%, 30%, 50%, 70%. Instrument used in this research is koesioner. Univarit and bivarite data analysis (One Way Anova and Friedman with alpha of 0,05). The results of this study found that abon skipjack tuna with the addition of a banana heart of 30% gives the preferred level to the panelist larger by an average of 4.04% of the abon without the heart and 50% and 70% banana heart abon. Result of normality test with Friedman test in can that there is influence of concentration of banana heart addition to aspect of color, taste, texture and aroma abon skipjack tuna

    Daya saing yang cukup tinggi serta kualitas jeruk yang diminati pasar hanya pada jeruk besar, maka jeruk–jeruk yang kecil dan cacat akhirnya memiliki harga jual sangat rendah, sehingga perlu adanya cara atau inovasi agar dapat menambah nilai jual. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan untuk menyikapi masalah ini. Pelatihan pembuatan dan pengemasan sari buah jeruk siam ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan nilai jual jeruk siam kecil yang murah dan tidak termanfaatkan menjadi produk yang lebih berkualitas dari segi rasa, kemasan dan daya simpan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta pelatihan pembuatan sari buah jeruk siam kancil kelompok tani jeruk Sumber Joyo sangat antusias untuk mendapatkan ilmu dan keahlian guna menambah nilai jual jeruk siam serta alat-alat yang digunakan dalam pelatihan secara bersama-sama dapat dioperasikan dengan baik
