    The process of educating a child must pay attention to the right theory so that children can absorb and receive lessons, and can apply them well. This study aims to describe the learning theory of humanism in learning Islamic religious education. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study format. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of humanism learning theory in Islamic education is evidenced by several facts, namely, learning  conditions, student conditions, and the existence of activities that support the application of the concept of humanism learning. This implementation can also produce active learning, one ofwhich is the discussion and presentation method, which aims to train the independence and courage of students to express their opinions. Community social activities, which aim to train students' socialization and empathy for their environment. Mentoring and coaching, which aims to shape the character and improve the morals of students, reduce juvenile delinquency, and improve student achievement

    The Qur'an implies that the work of human evaluation is an important task in the series of educational processes carried out by educators. The focus of this research is How the basic concept of evaluation of education perspective of the Qur'an. The method used in this research with the approach of literature studies through library sources related to the concept of evaluation of education perpetif Qur'an and from various other literature sources. Then analyzed and presented the findings of the data objectively. The results showed that in this evaluation activity the system used should be based on the Quran and Sunah. Then in evaluating Islamic education requires procedures that must be used including planning, implementation, implementation monitors, data processing, reporting, and the use of evaluation results. Furthermore, in its implementation, some evaluation principles must be aimed at a good goal in a contingency, objective, thorough or comprehensive

    Desentralisasi pendidikan merupakan suatu bentuk reformasi yang perlu dijalankan dengan baik, salah satunya dengan menerapkan Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS). Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui implementasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) di SMPN 3 Negeri Besar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan sumber data primer yang diperoleh melalui wawancara dan sumber data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui media online. Analisis datanya yaitu dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan MBS sudah diterapkan SMPN 3 Negeri Besar, Negeri Besar, Way Kanan dengan melakukan tiga gerakan inspiratif yaitu (1) Program manajemen sekolah terbuka dengan melakukan pendekatan dengan komite dan orang tua siswa, (2) Program jumpa kopi sebagai tingkatkan minat baca, dan (3) program SIMAK atau Sinergi Interaksi Memantau Aktif Pembelajaran di Kelas. Dengan adanya program MBS, diharapkan dapat mewujudkan tujuan pendidikan secara efektif dan efisie

    Madrasah Ibtidaiyah is an educational institution that has a strategic role in embedding religious values early on in students. In everyday life religious value is a character value that affects the choice of the way or the purpose of action from several alternatives and leads to behavior and satisfaction. In the face of the disruption era and the moral degradation as it is today, this religious character is indispensable for students to perform praiseworthy morality and to avoid unblemish morality. The focus of this research is to describe the model of religious character planting in Madrasah and teacher learning planning of Aqidah Akhlak as an effort to planting the character of religious students at MIN 3 Way Kanan . Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis of data in qualitative research is inductive i.e. withdrawal of sympulsion is common from the field data. The results show the religious values instilled in MIN 3 Way Kanan covers the value of discipline, honesty, responsibility, sincerity, tolerance, mutual respect, and caring for the environment

    The management of educational institutions or organizations is a very important issue in the world of education. Because, the success of an educational institution depends on the leadership of the head of madrasah. This research aims to find out the implementation of democratic leadership style and transformational head of Madrasah in MAN 1 Tulang Bawang Barat Lampung province. The method used is descriptive analysis using qualitative approach. This study uses primary data sources obtained through interviews and secondary data sources obtained through online media. The results showed that the ability of the principal to implement the vision and mission in improving the quality of education in MAN 1 Tulang Bawang Barat can be seen from the behavior of the principal in carrying out the preparation of the school's vision and mission with a joint discussion, the creation of an education program guided by the quality standards of education, and promoting civility, as well as mobilizing school residents to participate in improving the quality of education. The ability of the principal to communicate effectively in improving the quality of education in MAN 1 Tulang Bawang Barat is reflected in the principal's behavior in cultivating a disciplined lifestyle and interacting directly with school residents and in problem solving through a system of discussions, meetings, or deliberations. then, the ability of the principal in developing academic and non-academic programs that can produce good quality for the school.

    This study aims to describe the theory of learning cognitivism in learning according to the views of David P. Ausebel and Robert M. Gagne. This research uses a qualitative approach to content analysis and descriptive research design. The results of this study show that cognitive learning theory is more concerned with the learning process than the learning outcomes themselves. Ausubel's theory of meaningful learning occurs when a person learns by associating new phenomena into the structure of their knowledge. In the process of learning a person constructs what he has learned and associates new experiences, phenomena and facts into the structure of their knowledge. According to Rober M. Gagne, learning is a set of processes that are internal to each individual as a result of the transformation of stimuli derived from external events in the environment of the individual concerned (conditions). According to Robert Gagne, learning should be able to give rise to learning events and cognitive processes
