The Effects of Moderate-Severe Plaque Psoriasis on Patient Well-Being and Prevention of Flares

Psoriasis is a chronic skin condition that is indicated by red, patchy and scaly skin that can be painful when irritated. Patients with psoriasis have an increased risk for a number of chronic diseases. Despite the expansion of treatments for moderate-to-severe psoriasis over the last decade, patients may still find that treatment strategies are not as successful, leaving them dissatisfied with their treatments. A relationship built upon trust between the nurse and the patient diagnosed with psoriasis may serve to help ensure optimal care. A comprehensive literature review was performed and found that best practices for patient management need to include education that covers information regarding treatments, biological therapies, optimizing patient fidelity to treatment, and management of other side effects/ comorbidities. A study is proposed to investigate the impact of the nurse-patient relationship on patients’ perceptions about their disease management in relation to psoriasis and outcomes of care

PERANCANGAN AUTOMATIC TRANSFER SWITCH (ATS) BERBASIS ARDUINO UNO DENGAN SENSOR PZEM-004T

Energi listrik merupakan salah satu jenis energi utama yang menjadi kebutuhan manusia dan digunakan secara kontiniu untuk berbagai keperluan. Salah satu sistem yang penting dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan listrik adalah sistem jaringan distribusi. Sifatnya yang komplek dan jika terjadi gangguan pada sistem jaringan distribusi dapat memutus aliran listrik ke konsumen. Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) merupakan suatu perangkat yang mampu bekerja otomatis untuk menyesuaikan perubahan penggunaan sumber listrik utama ke sumber listrik cadangan ketika suplai dari sumber listrik utama ke beban terputus. Penelitian ini fokus pada perancangan sistem Automatic Transfer Switch berbasis Arduino Uno sehingga dapat melakukan switching tegangan PLN ke sumber tegangan cadangan dari aki dengan kapasitas 20Ah. Metodologinya adalah merancang sistem ATS dengan menggunakan beberapa peralatan hardware dan software berupa Arduino Uno sebagai mikrokontroler, modul PZEM-004T sebagai sensor tegangan untuk mendeteksi sumber tegangan dari PLN, battery sebagai energi cadangan , dan   software Arduino IDE. Hasil penelitian menunjukan sistem ATS mampu memindahkan suplai energi dari PLN ke battery dengan jeda waktu antara 1 menit 45 detik hingga 1 menit 55 detik. Sedangkan pemindahan energi dari battery ke PLN tidak memiliki waktu jeda

This essay, composed over a span of eight months, was developed through a collaboration meant to redefine notions of writing that excludes people with disabilities. As post-colonial/collaborative composition theory suggests (Davies, 1992), the author and the writer of the narrative are two distinct people. While the author constructed the words verbally through a series of ongoing dialogues, the writer transcribed, edited, and re-ordered the text. Douglas Biklen’s book, Communication Unbound (1993), inspired us to explore these non-traditional ways of “writing” that, while grounded in conversation and collaboration, also disrupt models of efficiency and individualism

Pelecehan seksual adalah segala bentuk tindakan yang dilakukan oleh lawan jenis. Itu adalah tindakan seksual dan korban merasa tidak nyaman melakukannya. Pelecehan seksual meliputi tingkat ringan berupa kontak verbal, fisik, dan visual, serta tingkat berat khususnya pemerkosaan. Pelecehan seksual sering kali terjadi karena adanya keinginan dan kesempatan pelaku untuk melakukan pelecehan serta rangsangan dan dorongan dari korban untuk melakukan pelecehan. Metode yang digunakan, khususnya metode sosialisasi, antara lain dengan menyebarkan informasi mengenai dampak yang terjadi pasca pelecehan seksual terhadap korban maupun orang tua korban pelecehan seksual. Berdasarkan hasil dalam pengabdian Masyarakat ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kekerasan seksual yang terjadi di Indonesia terus meningkat. setelah membaca program kerja yang dilaksanakan dalam laporan magang. Experimental Investigation of Mass Transfer between Water Film and Moist Air

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem experimentální trati pro měření přestupu hmoty z vodorovného vodního filmu. Pro návrh trati je vytvořen zjednodušený matematický model, který pro výpočet přestupu tepla a hmoty využívá kriteriální rovnice. V navržené trati je provedeno měření přestupu hmoty v režimu smíšené konvekce, dále je analyzováno vertikální teplotní pole nad vodním filmem vykazující komplexní charakter v důsledku kombinace nuceného proudění a sekundárního proudění vyvolaného vztlakovými silami.Diploma thesis is focused on the design of experimental test rig for measurement of mass transfer from horizontal water film. A simplified mathematical model based on criterion equations is developed for the purpose of test rig's design. Two measurements are carried out in the test rig: mass transfer measurement in a regime of mixed convection and experimental analysis of vertical temperature field above the water film. The temperature field shows a complex behaviour due to a combination of forced flow and secondary flow caused by buoyancy forces

ABSTRAKT: Tématem této práce je řešení úloh z oblasti elektrických obvodů. Teorie elek- trických obvodů je velmi široké téma, proto se tato práce se zabývá pouze úzkou podskupinou. Jedná se pouze o elektrické obvody, ve kterých zdroje dodávají proud a napětí buď o konstantním stejnosměrném průběhu, nebo průběhu harmonickém. Dále se těmito obvody zabýváme pouze v ustáleném stavu. Může to působit jako velké zjednodušení dané problematiky, ale vět- šina elektrických zařízení pracuje právě na stejnosměrné nebo harmonické napájení. Tato práce si klade za cíl vymezit vztahy pro řešení vybraných elektrických obvodů z mnohem širší problematiky teorie elektromagnetického pole. Na zá- kladě těchto vztahů existují různé metody a postupy pro řešení elektrických obvodů. Na řešených příkladech pak bude ukázáno použití jednotlivých me- tod. ABSTRACT: The subject of this thesis is solving problem from the domain of electrical circuits. Because the theory of electrical circuits itself is a broad subject, this thesis is going to focus only on a small subcategory, mainly electrical circuits, where the power sources supply the current and voltage either at a constant direct flow or with a harmonic waveform. Furthermore these circuits will be discussed only in their stabilized state. This may seem as a gross simplification of the subject, but majority of electronic devices works with direct or harmonic power supply. The goal set for this thesis is to define relationships for the design of selected electrical circuits derived from the much broader theory of electromagnetic field. Various methodologies and procedures for the design of electronic ci- rcuits exist, that are based on these relationships. These methods will be illustrated on solved examples. Teacher Ethnographic Research as Epistemology: Using Ethnographic Research to Develop Reflexive Educators in Diverse Classrooms

Based on fieldwork, interviews and ethno-graphic research of student teachers, reflectivity is revealed as an important starting point for teachers working with diverse and multilingual students. Reflecting assist individuals as they attempt to assimilate a new cultural complexity, particularly one that is as complex as a classroom full of adolescents. Reflexive practices are essen-tial to meet the learning needs in a multilingual, multicultural and global state. Ethnographic research can indeed provide a springboard into the development of reflective and reflexive educators

This study aims to determine the effect of Regional Native Income (PAD) and General Allocation Fund (DAU) on Capital Expenditure in Regencies/Cities in Papua and West Papua Provinces. The population in this study is all regencies and cities in Papua and West Papua Provinces in 2019-2020. Data collection techniques use documentation methods. which was obtained directly from the official website of the Director General of Regional Financial Balance for the fiscal year 2019-2020 through the www.djpk.kemenkeu.go.id. The data analysis method used in this study is Multiple Regression Analysis with the help of SPSS 21. The results showed that partially regional original income had a positive effect on Capital Expenditure, but not significantly, the General Allocation Fund, had a positive and significant effect on Capital Expenditure and simultaneously PAD and DAU had a positive but not significant effect on Capital Expenditure
