PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT TERHADAP PEMBANGUNAN DI KELURAHAN LALEBATA KECAMATAN PANCA RIJANG KABUPATEN SIDENRENG RAPPANG

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi masyarakat terhadap pembangunan di Kelurahan Lalebata Kecamatan Panca Rijang Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang, Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 6.748 orang, sedangkan sampel penelitian yaitu berjumlah 99 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan teknik : Observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan dan kuisioner. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan table frekuensi dan persentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa indikator pengaruh motivasi dengan nilai 72,6% kategori baik, indikator partisipasi masyarakat dengan nilai  74,5% dengan kategori baik, dan faktor yang mempengaruhi partisipasi masyarakat terhadap pembangunan di Kelurahan Lalebata Kecamatan Panca Rijang Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang dengan nilai  82,5%  kategori bai

The Effect of Siri’s Marriage on Government Administration

Impact or influence of siri marriage on government administration in Maiwa district, Enrekang Regency ". The research aims 1) To find out the siri marriage in Maiwa district 2) To find out government administration in Maiwa district 3) To find out the influence or impact of siri marriage on government administration in Maiwa District, Enrekang Regency. The method used is descriptive quantitative research with frequency table analysis techniques to determine the condition of independent and dependent variables namely siri marriage as a variable "X" and government administration as a variable "Y", while to know associative variables using Simple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that the siri marriage in Maiwa District was caused by adultery, divorce, polygamy and the number recorded in the last 3 years was 42 couples.Based on the tabulation of the frequency of government administration implementation in Maiwa district of 63.1; adultery, divorce marriage and polygamy have an influence on siri marriage at 69.8 percent while the influence of siri marriage on government administration using regression analysis is then processed using spss version 20.00 obtained R2 or R square values from the summary table of 0.235 or 23.5 Siri marriage has an effect on government administration in Maiwa district, Enrekang Regency. The role of melatonin in the pathogenesis of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS)

The cause of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS) in humans remains obscure and probably multifactorial. At present, there is no proven method or test available to identify children or adolescent at risk of developing AIS or identify which of the affected individuals are at risk of progression. Reported associations are linked in pathogenesis rather than etiologic factors. Melatonin may play a role in the pathogenesis of scoliosis (neuroendocrine hypothesis), but at present, the data available cannot clearly show the role of melatonin in producing scoliosis in humans. The data regarding human melatonin levels are mixed at best, and the melatonin deficiency as a causative factor in the etiology of scoliosis cannot be supported. It will be an important issue of future research to investigate the role of melatonin in human biology, the clinical efficacy, and safety of melatonin under different pathological situations. Research is needed to better define the role of all factors in AIS development

The Transformation of Leadership Forms of Nasdem and Golkar Parties in Increasing Electability in Sidenreng Rappang Regency

The 2014 and 2019 elections in Sidenreng Rappang Regency marked a significant shift in political dynamics, with the Golkar Party initially dominating and then experiencing a decline in electability, ultimately being replaced by the Nasdem party. This change in political fortunes has sparked interest in understanding the strategies employed by these parties to build and maintain their electability. This research utilizes a qualitative descriptive research method, incorporating data collection techniques such as observation, literature review, and interviews conducted with the assistance of Nvivo 12 Plus data analysis software. Informants were selected through purposive sampling. The findings of this study reveal a clear transformation in the leadership approaches of both the Nasdem and Golkar parties aimed at increasing their electability in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This transformation is characterized by the adoption of a transformational leadership model. This study delves into the transformation of political party leadership, specifically within the Nasdem and Golkar parties, in the context of enhancing their electability in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. It highlights the shift in leadership strategies from traditional approaches to a more transformational style, which has played a crucial role in influencing the electability of these parties in the region
