    The Transformation of Marketing Communication in AI-Driven Technology

    Marketing communication is a pivotal element in the landscape of modern business, encompassing the various channels and techniques employed to convey messages to target audiences. The emergence of artificial intelligence (AI) has revolutionized various sectors, prominently including marketing communication. The integration of AI enables marketers to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of their messaging strategies through data-driven insights and automation. This essay delineates the transformative impact of AI in marketing communication, focusing on customer engagement, personalization, and analytics. The paper categorizes key concepts related to AI in marketing communication and follows a structured approach. This study addresses the research questions and offers an in-depth discussion on AI for marketing. The finding showed that AI-driven technology in marketing communication empowers marketers to create targeted marketing campaigns through ad targeting. By utilizing Machine Learning (ML), AI can differentiate between purchasing behaviour, actual conversions, and exploratory actions, enabling the retargeting of prospects with a higher likelihood of conversion.   Komunikasi pemasaran adalah elemen penting dalam lanskap bisnis modern, mencakup berbagai saluran dan teknik yang digunakan untuk menyampaikan pesan kepada target audiens. Kemunculan kecerdasan buatan (AI) telah merevolusi berbagai sektor, termasuk komunikasi pemasaran. Integrasi AI memungkinkan pemasar untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi strategi pesan mereka melalui wawasan berbasis data dan otomatisasi. Esai ini menggambarkan dampak transformasional AI dalam komunikasi pemasaran, dengan fokus pada keterlibatan pelanggan, personalisasi, dan analitik. Makalah ini mengategorikan konsep-konsep utama terkait AI dalam komunikasi pemasaran dan mengikuti pendekatan terstruktur. Penelitian ini menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan penelitian dan menawarkan diskusi mendalam tentang AI untuk pemasaran. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa teknologi berbasis AI dalam komunikasi pemasaran memberdayakan pemasar untuk menciptakan kampanye pemasaran yang ditargetkan melalui penargetan iklan. Dengan memanfaatkan Machine Learning (ML), AI dapat membedakan antara perilaku pembelian, konversi aktual, dan tindakan eksplorasi, memungkinkan penargetan ulang prospek dengan kemungkinan konversi yang lebih tinggi

    VCO merupakan salah satu produk unggulan dari buah kelapa yang memiliki manfaat baik itu di bidang makanan, Kesehatan maupun kosmetik dan saat ini dimanfaatkan oleh Masyarakat sebagai salah satu sumber pendapatan karena memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan ekonomi khususnya bagi Masyarakat Kelurahan Mondonon Kecamatan Kintom Kabupaten Banggai. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan penelitian terkait dengan produksi VCO menggunakan metode enzimatik untuk meningkatkan produksi VCO yaitu dengan menggunakan enzim bromolin ekstrak kulit nanas. Dalam penelitian ini divariasikan konsentrasi enzim masing-masing 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90% dan 100% serta diuji pula waktu produksi dengan variasi 2 Hari, 4 Hari, 6 Hari, 8 Hari, 10 Hari dan 14 Hari. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa hasil produksi VCO menggunakan enzim bromolin dari segi jumlah dan waktu jauh lebih efektif jika dibandingkan dengan produksi VCO tanpa enzim yakni 1:8 dengan persentase enzim 33,31% dan waktu produksi maksimal 8 har

    Conflict in educational organizations is often a major obstacle in achieving institutional goals. This study aims to identify and analyze innovative strategies in conflict management that can improve collaboration between teachers and management in Banggai district. The methodology used was a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and focus group discussions with education stakeholders. The results showed that open communication strategies, conflict mediation training and the application of information technology in conflict management can significantly reduce tensions and improve cooperation. In addition, adaptive and participatory leadership roles proved effective in creating a harmonious working environment. The practical implication of this research is the importance of developing policies that support proactive and sustainable conflict management. Thus, this study contributes to the literature on conflict management in the context of education and offers practical guidance for education managers in other area

    The challenge of higher education today is how graduates can have good intellectual abilities, have skills and be independent so that they can be absorbed in the world of work or even be able to create their own jobs. BPS data in 2024 recorded that the unemployment rate for higher education reached 5.25% (147,841,991) of the total population of Indonesia in 2024. This study aims to analyze the impact of the IMAM Model on understanding, skills, and independence in the context of entrepreneurship learning. The main issue raised was the effectiveness of the model in improving students' cognitive aspects, practical skills, and entrepreneurial attitudes. The method used is a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results show that the IMAM Model has a significant effect on the understanding of the concept of entrepreneurship with a tcal value of 12.182 and a P Value of 0.000. In addition, this model also has a significant effect on practical skills in entrepreneurship with a tcal value of 5.866 and P Values of 0.000. Finally, the IMAM Model has been proven to have a significant effect on independence and entrepreneurial attitude with a tcal value of 13.833 and P Values of 0.000. These findings show that the application of the IMAM Model can improve students' entrepreneurial competence as a whole

    Bahan ajar Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam proses pembelajaran, terutama dalam memperdalam pemahaman agama, menumbuhkan nilai-nilai spiritual, serta membentuk karakter siswa. Dalam konteks pendidikan inklusif, pengembangan bahan ajar PAI harus mengadopsi pendekatan yang fleksibel dan kreatif untuk memenuhi berbagai kebutuhan peserta didik, termasuk yang memiliki kebutuhan khusus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pemanfaatan bahan ajar PAI berbasis audiovisual dalam pembelajaran kontekstual di kelas inklusif SMP Lazuardi Athaillah Makassar. Menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan guru PAI sebagai objek utama. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen. Analisis data dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan, yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam penyusunan bahan ajar PAI, ada beberapa prinsip penting yang harus diperhatikan, antara lain kesesuaian materi, kesinambungan, dan kelengkapan isi. Dalam penerapannya di kelas inklusif, bahan ajar audiovisual digabungkan dengan metode pembelajaran kontekstual yang mencakup pendekatan konstruktivisme, diskusi, eksplorasi mandiri, komunitas belajar, pemodelan, refleksi, dan evaluasi autentik. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan semua peserta didik, termasuk yang memiliki kebutuhan khusus, untuk berpartisipasi lebih aktif dalam pembelajaran dengan dukungan yang sesuai

    Tantangan yang dihadapi UMKM di Kelurahan Bugis Kecamatan Dumbo Raya Kota Gorontalo, diantaranya keterbatasan pengetahuan tentang perizinan usaha, rendahnya tingkat kepatuhan terhadap sertifikasi halal dan minimnya pemanfaatan teknologi digital untuk pemasaran. Oleh karenanya, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan penguatan kepada Pelaku UMKM yang ada di Kelurahan Bugis Kecamatan Dumbo Raya Kota Gorontalo dengan metode: (1) Bimbingan Teknis Pembuatan NIB; (2) Pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan akun siHalal dan (3) Sosialisasi terkait digitalisasi pemasaran produk UMKM. Pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi terkait digitalisasi pemasaran produk UMKM, dilanjutkan dengan pemaparan materi, pelatihan dan bimbingan teknis yang dilaksanakan secara langsung terkait Pembuatan NIB dan pembuatan akun siHalal.  Output kegiatan ini, menumbuhkan kesadaran pelaku usaha UMKM agar memiliki legalitas usaha dengan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) dan sebagai penguatan kapasitas para pelaku usaha UMKM terkait sertifikasi Halal dan Pemasaran produk secara digital

    Dalam industri, pengelolaan persediaan yang efektif sangat penting untuk menekan biaya dan menjaga kelancaran produksi. CV. Indotropic Fishery menghadapi kendala dalam mengelola pasokan bahan baku gurita, yang ketersediaannya bergantung pada kondisi alam dan musim. Saat musim gelombang tinggi, sering terjadi kekurangan bahan baku yang mengganggu proses produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengendalian persediaan di CV. Indotropic Fishery dengan menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) untuk menekan biaya pemesanan dan penyimpanan. Metode yang diterapkan bersifat kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan pendekatan EOQ untuk menentukan jumlah pemesanan optimal, frekuensi pemesanan, serta level safety stock dan reorder point yang sesuai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode EOQ menurunkan frekuensi pemesanan menjadi 133 kali per tahun dibandingkan metode sebelumnya yang mencapai 276 kali. Selain itu, metode EOQ juga berhasil mengurangi total biaya persediaan sebesar Rp32.793.925 per tahun serta meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dengan menentukan safety stock sebanyak 2.124 kg dan reorder point sebesar 2.746 kg

    The purpose of this study was to determine the factors of Arabic learning difficulties experienced by students of class VIII C MTs Daarul Hikmah Luwuk. In this study, the results obtained from general factors and specific factors that affect students' difficulties in learning Arabic. In addition to obtaining these factors, this study has also presented efforts in overcoming these difficulty factors. this type of research is qualitative research and takes participants from class VIII C MTs Daarul Hikmah Luwuk. The data collection method used is in the form of questionnaires distributed to participants as well as through interviews with Arabic language subject teachers at the school. The results of the study state that the factors of learning difficulties of students in class VIII C include general factors, namely biological, physiological, psychological and environmental factors. Specific factors include school background, curriculum, difficulty memorizing vocabulary, methods and media, fluency in reading letters

    This research examines the values ??of Islamic education embedded in the cadre system of intra-campus student organizations. The aim of this research is to identify main Islamic values, understand their implementation, and evaluate the effectiveness of the cadre process in forming Islamic character in students. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of document analysis, interviews, and observation. The data obtained was analyzed thematically to identify patterns related to the values ??of Islamic education in the cadre system. The research results show that Islamic educational values ??such as faith, knowledge, and noble morals are explicitly or implicitly integrated into the cadre system. These values ??are instilled through religious character development, habituation to worship, and thematic discussions that strengthen students' understanding of Islamic teachings. Intensive assistance by senior members also supports this process. The findings show that this cadre system has a positive influence on the development of students' morals, integrity, and leadership qualities based on spiritual values. This research concludes that the integration of Islamic educational values ??in the student cadre system significantly contributes to forming strong character and leadership potential. Further research can explore more contextual and adaptive approaches to improving the cadre system in accordance with the evolving needs of students

    IMPLEMENTATION OF DIFFERENTIATED LEARNING: STUDENT AND TEACHER PERSPECTIVES IN THE CONTEXT OF MATHEMATICS IN PRIMARY SCHOOLS

    Differentiated learning is an approach that aims to accommodate students' needs and learning styles in the learning process. In learning mathematics in primary schools, students often face challenges in understanding abstract concepts, so flexible and responsive teaching strategies are required. This study aims to explore the application of differentiated learning methods in mathematics at State 2 Wameo Primary School, Baubau City, and evaluate teachers' and students' perspectives on the effectiveness of this approach. The research used a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews with teachers and students, observation of learning activities, and analysis of learning documents. Participants consisted of fourth and fifth grade students who have various learning styles, as well as teachers involved in the implementation of differentiated learning. The results show that differentiated learning helps students understand math materials better through media and tasks that suit their learning styles. However, teachers face challenges in providing equal attention, adjusting learning strategies and distributing tasks fairly due to limited time and resources. This research contributes to the development of more inclusive and adaptive mathematics learning strategies and provides a basis for educational policies that support students' diverse learning needs, but still provides a basis for educational policies that support students' learning needs
