Este trabajo presenta una propuesta de codificación morfosintáctica para corpus de referencia en lengua española basada en los estándares de la Text Encoding Initiative (TEI), The Network of European Reference Corpora (NERC) y The Expert Advisory Group on Language Engineering Standards (EAGLES) tal y como se presenta en (Martín de Santa Olalla, 1994). Presentamos también el trabajo de creación de etiquetador morfosintáctico que utiliza el conjunto de etiquetas que ésta contiene

The present article is centred in one of the conflicts less known about relations Catholic Church-Spanish State after Council Vatican II: the one who could be called «case Palenzuela», a matter of possible indictment that never went so far as to take place because of the events in spanish politics (the change in Presidency of Government, when Carlos Arias Navarro relieved murdered Admiral Carrero Blanco), betting for a line of dialogue opened with the Holy See (fastly frustrated by facts like «case Añoveros») that, in any case, never went so far as to obtain fruits of authentic trascendency.El presente artículo se centra en uno de los conflictos menos conocidos de las relaciones Iglesia-Estado en el Posconcilio: el que podríamos llamar caso Palenzuela, un asunto de posible enjuiciamiento que nunca llegó a producirse por el devenir de la política española, que conllevó un cambio en el Gobierno (Carlos Arias Navarro en lugar del fallecido Almirante Carrero Blanco) en el que se apostó por una línea de diálogo abierto con la Santa Sede (rápidamente frustrada por hechos como el caso Añoveros) que, sin embargo, nunca llegó a obtener frutos de auténtica trascendencia

La ley del divorcio de junio de 1981 en perspectiva histórica

La Ley del divorcio fue uno de los asuntos más polémicos de la corta gestión del Gobierno Calvo-Sotelo, y demostró la fuerte diversidad ideológica que existía en la UCD, principalmente entre los demócratacristianos y los socialdemócratas. La cuestión fundamental que este estudio pretende dilucidar es si realmente el problema era ideológicamente tan conflictivo o si éste fue aprovechado para provocar la ruptura del partido; cuál fue la actitud de la Iglesia en todo este proceso; y si ciertamente la sociedad demandaba la Ley del divorcio que finalmente se aprobó en el Parlamento, o ésta, al contrario, fue excesivamente progresista.The Law for divorcment was one of the more polemic affairs during the short gobernment of President Calvo-Sotelo, and showed the strong ideologic diversity in the UCD, mainly between the christian-democrats and the socialdemocrats. The main question that this article wants to check is ií really the probiem was so strong ideologicly or if it was really used for breaking the political party; which was the behaviour of the Catholic church along the conflict; and if certainly the society was asking for the Law for divorcment that finally passed the Parliament, or if, on the other hand, was too progresist

El clero contestatario de finales del franquismo. El caso Fabara

Council Vatican II (1962-1965) supposed a very important change in many aspects of catholic faith, included the concept of Church. A part of clergy considered that it was the moment to break with the rigid structures of this institution, based in the importance of hierarchy and order, and it meant an unavoidable conflict with the different ecclesial authorities. In the case of Spain, this problem turned bigger because of the confusion of changes in Catholic Church with the targets for democratization of a society that was under authoritism of Franco&rsquo;s RegimeEl Concilio Vaticano II (1962-1965) supuso un extraordinario cambio en muchos aspectos de la fe cat&oacute;lica, entre los que debe incluirse el concepto de Iglesia. Un sector del clero consider&oacute; que era el momento de romper con las r&iacute;gidas estructuras de la instituci&oacute;n, basadas en la importancia de la jerarqu&iacute;a y el orden, lo que supuso un inevitable conflicto con las diferentes autoridades eclesiales. Controlling Groundwater Exploitation Through Economic Instruments: Current Practices, Challenges and Innovative Approaches

Groundwater can be considered as a common-pool resource, is often overexploited and, as a result, there are growing management pressures. This chapter starts with a broad presentation of the range of economic instruments that can be used for groundwater management, considering current practices and innovative approaches inspired from the literature on Common Pool Resources management. It then goes on with a detailed presentation of groundwater allocation policies implemented in France, the High Plains aquifer in the USA, and Chile. The chapter concludes with a discussion of social and political difficulties associated with implementing economic instruments for groundwater management

Social factors related to the clinical severity of influenza cases in Spain during the A(H1N1)2009 virus pandemic

Background During the 2009 influenza pandemic, a change in the type of patients most often affected by influenza was observed. The objective of this study was to assess the role of individual and social determinants in hospitalizations due to influenza A (H1N1) 2009 infection. Methods We studied hospitalized patients (cases) and outpatients (controls) with confirmed influenza A (H1N1) 2009 infection. A standardized questionnaire was used to collect data. Variables that might be related to the hospitalization of influenza cases were compared by estimation of the odds ratio (OR) and 95% confidence intervals (CI) and the variables entered into binomial logistic regression models. Results Hospitalization due to pandemic A (H1N1) 2009 influenza virus infections was associated with non-Caucasian ethnicity (OR: 2.18, 95% CI 1.17 − 4.08), overcrowding (OR: 2.84, 95% CI 1.20 − 6.72), comorbidity and the lack of previous preventive information (OR: 2.69, 95% CI: 1.50 − 4.83). Secondary or higher education was associated with a lower risk of hospitalization (OR 0.56, 95% CI: 0.36 − 0.87) Conclusions In addition to individual factors such as comorbidity, other factors such as educational level, ethnicity or overcrowding were associated with hospitalization due to A (H1N1) 2009 influenza virus infections
