    Vitamin D as One of Predicators of the Stable Viral Response to Antiviral Therapy in Patients with Chronis Hepatitis С

    Chronic hepatitis C (CHC) it is not exceptionally medical problem but a significant social and economic threat, taking into account the unfavorable consequences of this disease: cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. And as a result - the high level of disability. In the article are presented the results of examination of 41 patients with chronic hepatitis C, with 1 genotype, who received the antiviral therapy (AVT). All patients underwent determination of the level of 5-hydroxycholeсalсeferol (25-OH vit D3), vitamin D and also the study of IL-28B polymorphism as the one of predicators of response to AVT. It was demonstrated, that in patients with hepatitis was observed the deficit of 25-OH vit D3 and general vitamin D. It was established, that in patients with the normal 25-OH vit D3 level SVR (stable viral response) was observed in 1,4 times more often than in patients with deficit of 25-OH vit D3. That is the level of 25-OH vit D3 can be considered as a predicator of SVR to AVT

    Human Resources Reengineering as a Direction of the Strategy of Anti-Crisis Development of Corporate Structures

    The article substantiates the need to improve anticrisis management of changes in corporate structures by introducing technology for reengineering human resources as a mandatory component of these processes. The main reason for the introduction of it is the limited opportunities of the labour market concern providing employees for companies with the necessary professional characteristics, given into account the shortage of skilled labour in the economy of almost any country. It is shown that in accordance to the conditions of the new economy occur a radical restructuring of business processes of companies. Suggestions requiring implementation reengineering of human resources, ahead of the development and implementation of key organizational, social, technical and technological changes.The purpose of the research is to identify the tools of human resources reengineering in the context of strategy of anti-crisis development of corporate structures. The organizational and economic mechanism of reengineering of human resources in the context of strategy of anti-crisis development of corporation "Donetskstal - Metallurgical plant" is offered. It is established that for its large-scale implementation in anti-crisis management of changes in corporate structures it is necessary to master its tools from psychological to systemic. The practical significance of the developed mechanism is due to the fact that, depending on the change of the situation, it can be modified in the main directions.It is substantiated that in process reengineering of human resources requires necessary to take into account complex the factors, which are related to the business process, budget, organizational structure, system of workplaces. The influence of reengineering methods on personnel reproduction is determined. In the field of human resources management of the enterprise the elements of the strategy are systematized. It is proved that the object of reengineering of human resources of the enterprise is the process reproduction of it, which is presented as a set of parallel or sequentially interconnected stages of the life cycle of human resources. It is emphasized that in process reengineering of human resources, it is necessary to comprehensively take into account factors, which are related to business process, budget, organizational structure, system of workplaces of the corporation (human resources parameters are determined by the content of business processes; business process determines work tasks and their structure); here with the key issue is the direction of managerial influences. It is noted that in the process of human resources reengineering several situations are possible: prohibition of dismissals provided that the staff is ready to change position or profession; the company recognizes the presence of redundant employees, but will solve this problem on a voluntary basis; implementation of the forced release program. It is concluded that reengineering of human resources should be a central element of the strategy of anti-crisis development of corporate structures

    The structure of glassy HgS–GeS₂

    The glass HgS(x)-GeS2(₁₀₀-x) (0 ≤ x ≤ 50) was subjected to X-ray analysis. The radial distribution functions were calculated using the integral Fourier transformation based on X-ray scattering curves. The average interatomic distances within the first and second coordination spheres were determined. It is suggested that the transformational changes of scattering curves are related to the emergence of heterogeneity due to Hg₄GeS₆ inclusions

Встановлено необмежений ряд твердих розчинів у системі AgIn5S8–CdIn2S4–In2S3 при 870 К.     Принципы исследования деформации почвенного агрегата при взаимодействии с рабочим элементом машины

    Working elements of machines constantly or pulsewise interact with some of objects in raw materials with a difficult configuration (a root or tuber crops, vegetables, fruit, grain, soil peds) when performing technological operations in agricultural production. Expression of mechanical system by mathematical functions is needed to describe analytical such interaction. However, there are no universal methods of the description of various surfaces limited by quantity of ratios, except for spherical, cylindrical or ellipsoidal. The authors established the principles of research of deformation behavior of elements of mechanical systems described by a set of variable parameters. Physical model of the soil consisting of spherical peds was usd for this purpose. The authors gave the principles of numerical research of deformation behavior of a spherical soil ped under the influence of a disk working element of the soil-cultivating tool at change of a high number of parameters. Research of systems of analytical models of the second order with variable coefficients in partial derivatives with a set of input and output parameters can be effectively realized by numerical methods with use of the special varargin and varargout functions. Besides, theoretical value of deformation of the soil ped can be determined by numerical methods of MatLab system with use of the developed software. It is necessary to compare the limit value of deformation of the soil ped defined in laboratory conditions with theoretical one and to establish required kinematic and design data of a disk working element and the soil-cultivating tool.Показали, что при выполнении технологических операций сельскохозяйственного производства рабочие элементы машины постоянно или импульсно взаимодействуют с отдельными объектами сырья сложной конфигурации (корне- или клубнеплодами, овощами, фруктами, зерном, почвенными агрегатами). Аналитическое описание такого взаимодействия предполагает представление геометрической конфигурации элементов механической системы математическими функциями. Однако на сегодня не существует универсальных методов описания разнообразных поверхностей ограниченным количеством соотношений, за исключением сферических, цилиндрических или эллипсоидных. Установили принципы исследования характера деформирования элементов механических систем, описанного множеством переменных параметров. Для этого использовали физическую модель почвенной среды, состоящую из почвенных агрегатов сферической конфигурации. Привели принципы численного исследования характера деформирования почвенного агрегата сферической конфигурации под влиянием дискового рабочего элемента почвообрабатывающего орудия при изменении большого количества параметров. Отметили, что исследование систем аналитических моделей второго порядка с переменными коэффициентами в частных производных с множеством входных и выходных параметров может быть эффективно реализовано численными методами с использованием специальных функций varargin и varargout. Кроме этого, теоретическое значение деформации почвенного агрегата может быть определено численными методами системы MatLab с использованием разработанного программного обеспечения. Показали, что предельное значение деформации почвенного агрегата, определенное в лабораторных условиях, следует сравнить с теоретическим и установить необходимые кинематические и конструктивные параметры дискового рабочего элемента и почвообрабатывающего орудия

    Склоподібні сплави активовані іонами рідкісноземельних елементів (РЗЕ) становлять значний інтерес для розвитку оптичного зв’язку при виготовленні оптичних підсилювачів і мікролазерів. Особливу увагу приділяють стеклам, легованих ербієм, оскільки довжина хвилі випромінювання іонів ербію (1,54 мкм) є оптимальною для передачі інформації по волоконно-оптичних лініях зв’язку. У спектральному діапазоні 1450 1650 нм при кімнатній температурі досліджено спектри люмінесценції і оптичного поглинання стекол (100 X)Ag0.05 Ga0.05 Ge0.95 S 2 (X)Er2 S 3, де Х = 0,42, 0,25, 0,18 мол. % . Збудження люмінесценції пров едено довжиною хвилі 532 і 980 нм при різній потужності збудження. Вищу інтенсивність люмінесценції при однаковій потужності збудження зафіксовано при зб = 980 нм. Зафіксовану нелінійну залежність інтенсивності фотолюмінесценції від потужності збудження обумовлено апконверсійними процесами. ; Glassy alloys activated by the ions of rare-earth elements (RE) are of considerable interest for development of optical communication and photonics for fabrication of optical amplifiers and microlasers. Special attention has been turned to the glasses that doped with erbium, as wavelength of emission of erbium ions (1.54 μm) is optimum for transferring information via fiber-optic communication lines. Photoluminescence and optical absorption spectra of the glasses (100 X)Ag0.05 Ga0.05 Ge0.95 S 2 (X)Er2 S 3, where Х = 0.42, 0.25, 0.18 mol% Er2 S 3 were investigated in the spectral range 1450 1650 nm at room temperature. Excitation of luminescence was carried out using wavelengths of 532 and 980 nm at various power of excitation.     Effect of a glutathione-containing dinitrosyl iron complex on the oxidative metabolic state and crystallogenic properties of rat blood plasma: a preclinical experimental study

    Background: The multifaceted regulatory role of nitric oxide in biological systems predetermines the high value of studying the possibilities of the external control of the compound level in organs and tissues. There are several fundamentally different ways of exogenous modulation of nitric oxide metabolism. The most promising option is the use of pharmacological donors. Dinitrosyl iron complexes (DNIC) with various ligands hold a prominent place among such donors as they are considered as a natural deposited form of nitric oxide.Objective. To study the effect of a glutathione-containing dinitrosyl iron complex on the oxidative metabolism parameters and crystallogenic activity of rat blood.Methods. A preclinical experimental randomized study was conducted on 60 sexually mature male Wistar rats weighing about 250 g. The animals were divided into 6 groups, each consisting of 10 individuals. Group 1 included intact (without any manipulations) individuals. In group 2, the rats were administered daily intraperitoneal injections of 1 ml. of 0.9% sodium chloride solution for 10 days. The rats included in the other four groups received daily intraperitoneal injections of 1 ml of dinitrosyl iron complexes with glutathione ligands in an isotonic sodium chloride solution with different agent concentrations: 0.15 mM for group 3; 0.30 mM for group 4; 0.45 mM for group 5; 0.60 mM for group 6. The final indicator of the study was the assessment of the oxidative potential and crystallogenic properties of blood under the conditions of administering various doses of glutathione-containing dinitrosyl iron complexes. The following parameters were used to assess the activity of proand antioxidant systems: lipid peroxidation intensity; the total activity of antioxidant systems, and malondialdehyde concentration. The parameters for intrinsic crystallization assessment included serum facies structural index, crystallizability, assessment of the marginal facies zone, and the destruction degree of facies elements. The obtained data calculation was performed using the software packages MS Office 2013 (Microsoft Corporation, USA) and Statistica 10 (StatSoft, USA).Results. The research established that glutathione-containing dinitrosyl iron complexes have an antioxidant effect. Moreover, the manifestation of these properties demonstrates a nonlinear dependence on their dose, with a possible optimum lying in the range of 0.3–0.45 mM. The study also revealed a tendency towards crystallogenic properties activation induced by this agent, corresponding to concentrations of 0.3 and 0.45 mM.Conclusion. The undertaken studies indicate the presence of an antioxidant effect in glutathione-containing dinitrosyl iron complexes. The manifestation of these properties demonstrates a dependence on their dose with a possible optimum varying from 0.3 to 0.45 mM. The research has established the activating effect of glutathione-containing dinitrosyl iron complex injections on the crystallogenic potential of the blood serum of healthy rats. This effect consisted in an increase in the density and complexity of crystalline elements. What is more, the maximal manifestation of this tendency (for metabolic indicators as well) corresponded to concentrations of 0.3 and 0.45 mM
