    Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Tembang Macapat Berbasis Video Interaktif

    . Learning Macapat song in elementary school is one of the efforts to preserve the cultural heritage of the nation. Evidence from the field suggests that conservation efforts Song Macapat facing obstacles the lack of media that can be used to improve presentation skills and understanding of the meaning contained in the song Macapat. This research aims to develop learning media Macapat song format interactive video using the Research and Development. Results of the study at an early stage is the prototype of an interactive video that will be tested at the research stage berikutnya.Penelitian preceded by a preliminary study in the form of data collection activities Song Macapat learning process in primary school without the use of interactive video learning media, in this case the sample was taken five schools Laweyan base in the District of Surakarta. Based on the average value of macapat class IV study sample, obtained an average of 75.35. The average value most in the range of grades 70-79 as many as 4 schools with sufficient predicate. The next range is 80-89 as many as 1 school with a good rating. While the range of 60-69 and 90-99 there are no schools that received the title less and very good. Thus the need for appropriate learning media to get maximum results in learning Macapat song

    THE EFFECT OF FEATURE VIDEO ON THE ABILITY OF PRE-SERVICE TEACHERS TO APPRECIATE INDONESIAN TRADITIONAL ARTS

    This paper is the research result that aimed to determine the effect of video-feature learning media on the ability of pre-service elementary school teachers to appreciate Indonesian traditional arts. The research method used was true experiment with a between-subject design (two experiment control group design). The population of this study was 600 students of elementary school teacher education at a university in Surakarta with a sample of 120 students assigned to the experimental and control groups. The sampling technique used was random sampling. The instrument validity used content validity and construct validity to test the validity of test instruments and media. The data were collected using tests and interviews. They were then analysed using t-test with SPSS 16 for windows. The results of the study showed that there is a difference in the ability to appreciate arts between the students in the control and experimental groups. This can be seen from the mean pre-test score of the experimental class of 13.727 which experienced an increase from the initial test (pre-test) of 10.045. On one hand, the mean post-test score of control class was 9.909 which experienced a slight increase from the mean of the initial test (pre-test) of 9.818. The conclusion of this study is that the video-feature media influences the ability of the pre- service teachers of elementary school teacher education program.

    Abstract: This article is the result of research which is aiming to increase social skills with using Cooperative Learning model of type Numbered Heads Together experiment based on five grade students SDN Gajahan, Colomadu, Karanganyar at academic year 2012/2013. This form research is research action class that consists of two cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementing, observation, and reflection. Using data collection techniques interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using interactive model according to Miles dan Huberman consists of four components, namely, data collection, data reduction, cereal offering data and conclusion. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the application of the Cooperative Learning model of type Numbered Heads Together-based experiments can improve the social skills on five grade students SD Gajahan, Colomadu, Karanganyar. The average value of social skills of precycle is 57,24; cycle I 67,45; cycle II 69,95 which means the social skills of student in learning science light materials increased as much as 12,71%. Abstrak: Penulisan artikel ini merupakan hasil dari penelitian yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan sosial melalui model Cooperative Learning tipe Numbered Heads Together berbasis eksperimen pada siswa kelas V SDN Gajahan, Colomadu, Karanganyar tahun pelajaran 2012/2013. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif menurut Miles dan Huberman terdiri dari empat komponen, yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, sajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model Cooperative Learning tipe Numbered Heads Together berbasis eksperimen dapat meningkatkan keterampilan sosial siswa kelas V SDN Gajahan, Colomadu, Karanganyar. Nilai rata-rata keterampilan sosial prasiklus adalah 67,45; siklus I 68,86; siklus II 69,95 yang berarti keterampilan sosial siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA materi Cahaya meningkat sebanyak 12,71%.     PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR PKn TENTANG KEBEBASAN BERORGANISASI MELALUI MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING

    Abstract: The purpose of this research is to improve learning outcomes PKn Civics on freedom of association with the model of learning problem based learning in the fifth grade students of SDN II Lumbungkerep, Wonosari, Klaten school year 2011/2012. This is evident in the first cycle the percentage of mastery learning students showed an increase of 15 students or 75% of the total 20 students. In the second cycle the percentage of mastery learning students again showed an increase of 17 students or 85% of the total 20 student. Based on these results, it was concluded that the model of learning problem based learning can improve learning outcomes PKn Civics on freedom of association in class V SDN II Lumbungkerep, Wonosari, Klaten school year 2011/2012 Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar PKn tentang kebebasan berorganisasi dengan model pembelajaran problem based learning pada siswa kelas V SDN II Lumbungkerep, Wonosari, Klaten tahun ajaran 2011/2012. Hal ini terbukti pada siklus I persentase ketuntasan belajar siswa menunjukkan peningkatan sebanyak 15 siswa atau 75% dari jumlah keseluruhan 20 siswa. Pada siklus II persentase ketuntasan belajar siswa kembali menunjukkan peningkatan sebanyak 17 siswa atau 85% dari jumlah keseluruhan 20 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran problem based learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar PKn tentang kebebasan berorganisasi pada kelas V SDN II Lumbungkerep, Wonosari, Klaten tahun ajaran 2011/2012.     PENGGUNAAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROBLEM POSING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN OPERASI HITUNG PECAHAN

    Abstract: The purpose of this research is to improve the operation of fragtion arithmetic skill through problem posing model. This research used a classroom action research method with 2 cycles. The research subject is the fifth grade students of State Primary School of 01 Kalijirak Tasikmadu Karanganyar in the academic year 2012/2013 consist of 33 students. Its data were gathered through observation, in-depth interview, documentation, and test. The data were then analyzed by using an interactive model of analysis. The average score of class before action (pre-cycle) is 67; in cycle I the average score improves to 76; and in cycle II improves to 86. Based on the results of the analysis, a conclusion is drawn that using problem posing model can improve the operation of fragtion arithmetic skill for the fifth grade students of State Primary School of 01 Kalijirak Tasikmadu Karanganyar in the academic year 2012/2013. Teknik pengumpulan datanya yaitu: observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan tes. Teknik analisisnya adalah model analisis interaktif. Nilai rata-rata kelas yaitu pratindakan sebesar 67; siklus I naik menjadi 76 dan pada siklus II naik menjadi 86. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model Problem Posing dapat meningkatkan keterampilan operasi hitung pecahan pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 01 Kalijirak Tasikmadu Karanganyar tahun ajaran 2012/2013.     Abstract: One form of cultural heritage of Indonesia, especially Java is a manuscript containing the ideas of Javanese poets or writers. The manuscripts can be found in both Javanese and Latin script. Fiat Sana Sunu is one of the Javanese manuscripts by R. Ng. Yasadipura II which is phenomenal because it contains the teachings of noble mind that are still relevant applied today. This paper analyzes the content of Fiber Sana Sunu philology method which includes descriptive description of manuscripts and descriptive analysis. It was found that SeratSana Sunu contains messages about good behavior, noble character, commands people to always work and study hard to get success in life and maintain harmony of life by preserving harmony with society and environment.Abstrak: Salah satu bentuk warisan kebudayan Indonesia khusunya Jawa adalah manuskrip yang berisi gagasangagasan pujangga-pujangga atau sastrawan Jawa. Naskah-naskah tersebut dapat ditemukan dalam bentuk tulisan beraksara Jawa maupun aksara latin. Serat Sana Sunu adalah salah satu manuskrip Jawa karya R. Ng. Yasadipura II yang sangat fenomenal karena berisi ajaran budi pekerti luhur yang masih relevan diterapkan pada masa sekarang. Makalah ini menganalisis isi Serat Sana Sunu metode filologi yang meliputi deskripsi manuskrip dan penyajian analisis secara deskriptif. Ditemukan bahwa Serat Sana Sunu berisi pesan tentang perilaku baik, karakter mulia, memerintahkan orang untuk selalu bekerja dan belajar keras untuk mendapatkan kesuksesan dalam hidup serta menjaga keselarasan hidup dengan melestarikan kerukunan dengan masyarakat dan lingkungan.Kata kunci: Serat Sana Sunu, metode filologi, budi pekert

    Abstrak.Pendidikan karakter adalah pendidikan budi pekerti yang melibatkan aspek pengetahuan (cognitive), perasaan (feeling), dan tindakan (action). Pendidikan karakter merupakan upaya yang sengaja dirancang untuk membangun dan mengembangkan nilai-nilai moral dan perilaku. Ajaran-ajaran moral dan perilaku sebenarnya telah lama dikenalkan dan diajarkan oleh masyarakat Jawa melalui produk-produk budaya Jawa. Sejak dulu masyarakat Jawa telah mengajarkan ajaran moral dan diwariskan kepada generasi sekarang untuk pembinaan budi pekerti. Ajaran-ajaran moral oleh orang Jawa tidak hanya disampaikan melalui bahasa tutur, akan tetapi disampaikan juga melalui berbagai simbol budaya orang Jawa, salah satu diantaranya adalah melalui seni karawitan. Karawitan merupakan salah satu bagian dari budaya Jawa yang lahir karena kebutuhan dan tuntutan rasa estetik musikal dari masyarakat pendukungnya sebagai manifestasi dan kristalisasi rasa estetik masyarakat Jawa. Dalam seni karawitan terkandung ajaran moral yang bersumber dari kebudayaan Jawa. Ajaran moral atau pendidikan karakter dalam seni karawitan mencakup berbagai hal, termasuk sembilan pilar dalam pendidikan karakter yang telah diamanatkan undang-undang. Keberhasilan penyajian sebuah gending sangat bergantung kepada kebersamaan semua pengrawit, dengan kata lain karawitan merupakan produk kebudayaan Jawa yang menekankan kebersamaan atau gotong royong yang merupakan salah satu karakter kepribadian nusantara yang bersumber dari kearifan lokal.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan karakter, simbol budaya Jawa, seni karawita

    Abstract: The purpose of this research is to improve macapat tembang understanding in local language learning through the application of interactive video learning media in elementary school students. R & D (Research & Development) is done through several stages namely (1) stage analysis; (2) design stage; (3) development stage; (4) validation stage; and (5) evaluation stage. The results showed that the use of interactive video learning media can improve the understanding of Tembang Macapat in elementary school students. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tembang macapat dalam pembelajaran bahasa daerah melalui penerapan media pembelajaran video interaktif pada siswa sekolah dasar.     The Surakarta Karaton Karawitan which has lived and developed for centuries in the Javanese culture and its distribution leaves many questions, especially those related to the aesthetic concept of the Surakarta Karaton karawitan. The description of the Surakarta Karaton Karawitan musical concept as a reference for the Surakarta community has not been widely revealed. This article aims to reveal and describe one of the aesthetic concepts of the Surakarta Karaton Karawitan, namely the concept of nengsemaken. The paradigm of text and context is used to see the Surakarta Karaton Karawitan events as readable sentences or texts. Texts or sentences have tendency with certain meanings that show certain thoughts that ultimately produce meaning. The concept of interpretation of Clifford Geertz was used to read and interpret musical events in the Surakarta Karaton.     MEDIA KOMIK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN MENULIS KARANGAN

    Abstract: This article represent the result of research to improve the writing text skill by using comic media on the fourth grade students of SDN I Mendak Delanggu Klaten at 2012/2013 Academic Year. The type of research is classroom action research (CAR), it conducted two cycles, each cycles conducted four phases, there are planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. Subject of the research is the fourth grade students of SDN I Mendak at 2012/2013 Academic Year amounting to 18 students. Data is collected by using interview, observation, documentation, and test. Data is analyzed by using an interactive analysis model, it conducted four component, that are data collection, data reduction, display data, and drawing conclusion or verification. The average writing text skill before the action (precycles) among students was 67,5, in first cycle, the average grade increased to 71,17 and second cycle, the average grade increased to 84,22. Before action of the research, students who acquired KKM grade ≥75 were 7 students (38,89%), in the first cycle the number of students increased to 9 students (50%) and in the second cycle, the number of the students increased again became 15 students (83,33%). The conclusion from the research is using comic media can improve the writing text skill. Abstrak:. Penulisan artikel ini merupakan hasil dari penelitian yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis karangan dengan media komik pada siswa kelas IV SDN I Mendak Delanggu Klaten 2012/2013. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus, tiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SDN I Mendak yang berjumlah 18 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif yang terdiri dari empat komponen yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, sajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Nilai rata-rata keterampilan menulis karangan sebelum tindakan hanya sebesar 67,5, pada siklus I menjadi 71,17, dan pada siklus II semakin meningkat menjadi 84,22. Sebelum dilaksanakan tindakan, siswa yang memperoleh nilai diatas KKM (≥75) hanya sebanyak 7 siswa (38,89%), pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 9 siswa (50%), dan pada siklus II meningkat lagi menjadi 15 siswa (83,33%). Simpulan penelitian ini adalah penggunaan media komik dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menulis karangan. Kata kunci: media komik, menulis karangan
