    Praktek Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) 2016dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri1 Pakem, bertujuan untuk memberikan pengalaman dan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa dalam bidang pembelajaran dalam rangka melatih dan mengembangkan potensi keguruan atau kependidikan. Praktek Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) dapat memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk mempelajari, mengenal, dan melaksanakan praktik pembelajaran kelas, serta dapat digunakan oleh mahasiswa dalam meningkatkan kemampuan untuk menerapkan ilmu pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang telah dikuasai secara interdisipliner ke dalam kehidupan nyata disekolah. Selain itu, PPL dapat menambah pengalaman dan wawasan dalam proses KBM, agar nantinya mahasiswa mempunyai bekal untuk terjun kedalam dunia pendidikan sebagai tenaga pendidik. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara dengan berbagai pihak, ditemukan beberapa personal atau permasalahan yang ada di SMP Negeri 1 Pakem. Melihat situasi dan kondisi tersebut,maka dibentuk suatu rancangan program kerja PPL sebagai upaya menangani permasalahan yang ada. Program Kerja Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) yang dirancang meliputi pembuatan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), analisis ulangan harian, program tahunan, dan program semester. Secara keseluruhan program kerja PPL dapat terlaksana dengan baik dan lancar. Hasil dari program kerja meliputi: terbuatnya Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), pembuatanan alisis ulangan harian, program tahunan, dan program semester. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan PPL yaitu mahasiswa mendapatkan pengalaman nyata berkaitan dengan perencanaan, penulisan perangkat pembelajaran, proses pembelajaran dan pengelolaan kelas. Mahasiswa telah dapat menerapkan dan mengembangkan ilmu serta ketrampilan yang dimiliki sesuai dengan program studi masingmasing

    The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the audit committee, firm size, leverage and sales growth on tax avoidance. The independent variables used are audit committee, company size, leverage and sales growth. The dependent variable used is tax avoidance. The population in this study are food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016-2020 period. The sampling method used is purposive sampling method with a sample of 11 companies during the observation period of 5 consecutive years so that the total sample is 55. The analysis method of this study uses multiple linear regression. Data calculation uses SPSS version 25.The results show that the audit committee and sales growth have no effect on tax avoidance, where the number of audit committees is only to meet government regulations, sales growth where sales growth increases or decreases have the same obligation to pay taxes.     The role of celebrity radio DJs in contemporary radio industry: a case study of Prambors network

    In music radio broadcasts, radio DJs play an important role in the success of broadcast programs. The words and expressions used are very important in building relationships with the listener. As a form of business development, Prambors Radio forms a network that broadcasts homogeneous content simultaneously. For efficiency reason, the company uses national television celebrities as radio DJs for the listeners’ needs. This study uses the commercial radio station Prambors Radio Network broadcast in nine cities in Indonesia as an exemplar for understanding the commodity process of radio workers. Using Vincent Mosco's key theories, the commodification of labor, to explain how services and ideas transform into commodities or trade objects, this research argues that Prambors Network uses national celebrity radio DJs not only to broaden the broadcast reached, but also to attract advertisers as well. Celebrity radio DJs, in particular, are leased by the company to the fans and are expected to increase audience number (share) for the benefit of client products. Through qualitative interviews with radio owners, workers, and observations, this research shows that Prambors Network has created a new strategy to build proximity with listeners by utilizing celebrity radio DJs for AC Nielsen radio rating and number of listeners. Their fame is used in all radio promotional materials, both on prime time morning show and promotion of the radio brand itself. The results of the exploitation of national celebrities as radio DJs are marginalization of local human resources and the broadcasting of Jakarta-centric information

    Broadcasting Law 32/2002: A Case of the Indonesian Government’s Indecisiveness towards the Implementation of Radio Network

    Even though the growth of radio networks in Indonesia has only reached number 15, these networks have branches in all major cities by transferring the ownership of local radios. Radio network is regulated but only in terms of quantity and share of ownership. Broadcast licenses are issued only for limited areas, but with the development of technology, broadcast coverage area becomes unlimited. The 2002 Indonesian Broadcasting Law No.32 manages the amount of local content percentage, and regulatory process and actions for violating local content regulations are difficult to do. The duality of regulatory authority between the Ministry of Communication and Informatics of the Republic of Indonesia and the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission causes the regulations to be very flexible, leaving gaps that tend to benefit radio owners and exclude public interests. This article investigates the extent of the implementation of the Indonesian Broadcasting Law on radio network in Indonesia. This study uses a critical paradigm to uncover the reality and criticism of the dominant system formed by a series of social, political, and economic factors. Mosco identifies the existence of relations between social agents and social practices in which structuration in the theory of political economy of the media means building relationships for the interests of the capitalists. This is reinforced by Antonio Gramsci’s concept of hegemony, stating that the authorities want to dominate profits. The discussion on networked radio in this article identifies that regulatory loopholes are used by established radio owner groups for opportunities to concentrate radio ownership nationally

    Does Fintech Literation Affect Cashless Society And Individual Shopping Culture?

    AbstractThis research examined the impact of financial technology literacy on the phenomenon of cashless society and the changes of individual spending culture in the millennial generation.  Respondents in this study were the millennial generation, particularly those born and grew up amid the technology advances. They live in such different Indonesia cities as Jakarta, Bogor, Tangerang (Jabodetabek). This study employed the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) to perform the data analysis. The result showed a significant positive effect of fintech literacy on a cashless society, fintech literacy on the individual shopping culture changes, cashless society on the personal shopping culture changes, and fintech literacy on the individual shopping culture changes through cash less society. The results also show an increased cashless society the millennial fully understand the financial technology literacy. This condition will affect the change of the individual spending culture. The increased cashless society phenomenon will affect the culture individual spending changes. The results are beneficial for the government’s financial technology policy, and the fintech companies can make use of it as the evaluation material and as a motivation to innovate the fintech based business

    Pandemi Covid-19 telah menyebabkan keterbatasan interaksi antar masyarakat, selain itu juga menyebabkan tidak dapat dilaksanakannya KSM-T kelompok 86 secara bersama-sama di satu lokasi sehingga terbagi menjadi 3 (tiga) lokasi yaitu, Kabupaten Malang, Kabupaten Sampang, dan Kabupaten Bima. Salah satu permasalahan yang ada dalam masyarakat, adalah kurangnya kepedulian tentang pentingnya menerapkan protokol kesehatan di masa pandemi Covid-19. Terkait hal tersebut mahasiswa KSM-T Kelompok 86 mengangkat program penerapan protokol kesehatan di masa pandmi Covid-19 yaitu:1) Meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya menerapkan protokol kesehatan; 2) Membantu Pemerintah Desa dan masyarakat sekitar untuk mencegah penularan Covid-19; 3) Membantu memutus rantai Covid-19 berbasis wilayah. Hasil dari pogram kerja yang telah diterapkan adalah terciptanya kesadaran masyarakat untuk mematuhi protokol kesehatan dalam upaya penanggulangan penyebaran Covid-19 di lokasi tempat tinggal masing-masing peserta KSM serta meningkatnya kesadaran dan pengetahuan tentang bahaya Covid-19 di kalangan masyarakat. Selain itu masyarakat mulai rutin memakai masker, handsanitizer, dan menjaga jarak ketika melakukan interaksi dengan masyarakat lainnya
