    Generation Z's Determinants for Using Online Food Delivery in Jakarta

    One of the Indonesia's leading online food delivery services is Shopee Food. It has competed with other big players. This application has caught the attention of users, even those from the Z generation, who are known for their easy-to-move characteristics and are close to technological applications but sensitive to user experience. This generation's convenience is influenced by many factors. This study analyzes the factors that influence attitudes and behavior for sustainable use of this application in Jakarta. Quantitative data is collected using a survey and questionnaire. This PLS-SEM modeling study shows that after using the service in this application, the user's hedonic motivation must be followed by comfort and usability. The user will evaluate the post-use usefulness of the previous experience to form an attitude toward the next perceived experience. Behavioral intentions toward sustainable use are encouraged. This study highlights the importance of usability and ease of use in determining user comfort. Generation Z does not easily form positive usage attitudes until the benefits of the next experience are the same or better

    Human Resource Management Practices and Entrepreneurship Performance in the Agricultural Sector: Indonesia Study

    Entrepreneurship is driving growth in Indonesia's agricultural sector, but the link between it and Human Resource Management (HRM) practices is largely unknown. A quantitative study aims to investigate this relationship. This research surveyed 355 agricultural companies in different areas and sub-sectors using a questionnaire designed for cross-sectional research. on their HR practices and entrepreneurial performance. Using Smart-PLS 4, a strong correlation between HRM strategies and entrepreneurial behavior and performance founded. HRM practices like hiring qualified staff, providing training, fair compensation, and promoting engagement can encourage entrepreneurial behavior among employees, leading to better agricultural enterprise performance. Prioritizing HRM strategies that support an entrepreneurial culture can increase productivity, promote sustainability, and motivate the workforce to tackle industry challenges

    This study focuses on the extent to which commuter train users are satisfied with the services provided by service providers. The purpose of this study was to find out the level of satisfaction of commuter train users while at the same time providing service improvement efforts to be used as evaluation material for service providers. The method used is Service Quality and Zone of tolerance with the help of a questionnaire that is prepared according to the five dimensions of service quality and refers to PM. 48 of 2015. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires containing 23 statement attributes to respondents, respondents in this study were commuter train users who had an age range of 17-50 years and used commuter trains at least four times a week. The data analysis method uses gap 5 ServQual and Zone of tolerance calculation. The results showed that the value of the ServQual gap in all statement attributes in the questionnaire was negative, then there were several statement attributes that were still below the tolerance zone and there were requests from potential users about the queue time when entering the station. The conclusion of this study is that commuter train users are still not satisfied with the services provided and there are priority service improvements that must be considered by PT. KCI

    Bibliometric Analysis of Global Engagement Research: Trends, Prolific Authors, and Impact in Environmental Science and Business & Economics Fields

    Global engagement has become vital to academic research, particularly in economics and environmental science. This bibliometric analysis utilizes Scopus Analyze and VOSviewer to explore trends, prolific authors, and the impact of global engagement research in these fields, identifying research gaps in reputable international databases like Scopus. The study aims to provide insights into the implications of global engagement on society, economy, and environment. Data from 105 papers were collected, with reputable international journals being the dominant source. Findings indicate a rising interest in global engagement research from 2014 to 2023, with the United States leading in contributions, followed by the United Kingdom, Australia, and other countries. Themes prevalent in the research include education and sustainable development, focusing on cross-cultural learning experiences and the need for international cooperation to address global challenges. In environmental science, scholars explore sustainable development, the sustainable ocean economy, and the impact of economic growth on environmental sustainability, seeking to design effective strategies for green technologies and sustainable practices. This study's valuable insights contribute to business, economics, and environmental science, guiding future research and understanding global engagement's implications in various domains while identifying research gaps that offer opportunities for further investigation into novel aspects of global engagement

    Gen Z Digital Leadership through Social Media

    Born within specific timeframes, typically five to ten years, individuals form distinct generational cohorts that share everyday experiences and traits influenced by the technology that evolves during their formative years. Generation Z, encompassing those born between 1996 and 2006, navigated their childhood, adolescence, and young adulthood with the companionship of smartphones, tablets, social media, online gaming, and various digital interaction platforms. This exploration into Generation Z digital leadership through social media using qualitative methods with netnography and literature review illuminates the dynamic interplay between generational disparities and the evolving digital landscape. New findings underline that if leadership goals and purposes are explicit, Gen Z leaders' disclosures may be perceived as fair by followers, enhancing interaction quality and shaping follower perceptions positively. Social media possesses the potential to bridge gaps, serving as a powerful tool for fostering cohesion and connectivity for Generation Z within a broader range of social contexts. This study found that initiative and high impact are among the main characteristics of Gen Z digital leaders who prefer online over offline discussions. The development and expression of social media consist of personal growth, learning new things, and developing skills and voice. Gen Z digital leaders are found to use social media in various contexts, such as fostering collaboration, building networks, and inspiring action. Gen Z also face challenges while using social media, as they are faced with passivity and communication failure. At the same time, they are blessed with opportunities such as amplifying underrepresented voices, impacting, influencing others, and even inspiring action. Supporting and integrating Gen Z digital leadership skills in practices means knowing the cohort closely, fostering digital literacy in senior generations that work together with them, understanding personal strength, and creating opportunities in the leadership area with safe online environments

    Analisis Pengaruh Digital Marketing, Brand Awareness dan Campus Facilities terhadap Enrollment Intention pada Sebuah Perguruan Tinggi Swasta

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memverifikasi apakah ada pengaruh langsung dari digital marketing, brand awareness, campus facilities terhadap enrollment intention. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Perguruan Tinggi AMIK Citra Buana Indonesia dengan menggunakan metode survei dengan analisis jalur yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis dan 121 sampel yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif digital marketing terhadap enrollment intention. (2). Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif brand awareness terhadap enrollment intention. (3) Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif campus facilities terhadap enrollment intention. (4) Terdapat pengaruh positif langsung digital marketing terhadap brand awareness (5) Terdapat pengaruh positif langsung digital marketing terhadap campus facilities (6) Terdapat pengaruh positif digital marketing terhadap enrollment intention di mediasi oleh brand awareness (7) Terdapat pengaruh positif digital marketing terhadap enrollment intention di mediasi oleh campus facilities. Digital marketing menciptakan keinginan mendaftar calon mahasiswa, digital marketing melalui brand awareness berkontribusi pada keinginan untuk mendaftar. Selain itu, campus facilities juga memainkan peran penting dalam mempengaruhi keputusan calon mahasiswa untuk mendaftar, karena fasilitas yang baik dapat meningkatkan daya tarik kampus dan menguatkan niat pendaftaran.     Desain Kruk Multifungsi Untuk Membantu Aktivitas Perkuliahan Mahasiswa Difabel

    Penyelenggaraan pendidikan pada dasarnya memberikan kesempatan kepada semua peserta didik tanpa memandang keterbatasan fisik, seperti peserta didik difabel. Fasilitas pendukung di kampus masih belum dapat mendukung untuk mahasiswa tersebut untuk beraktivitas di lingkungan kampus, terutama mahasiswa yang menggunakan kursi roda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan desain dan alternatif prototipe alat bantu berjalan yaitu Kruk yang telah diperbaiki fungsinya dan ditambahkan fitur tambahan agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa yang menggunakan kursi roda. Proses desain yang dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan referensi sumber data terkait aspek ergonomi dan metode tahapan proses desain menggunakan Design thinking disertai dengan peta empati sebagai dasar identifikasi kebutuhan dari mahasiswa difabel tersebut. Hasil akhir uji coba penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prototipe Kruk dengan desain yang diperbaharui dapat membantu mahasiswa difabel dalam beraktivitas diarea kampus yang tidak dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan kursi roda, seperti aktivitas di perpustakaan dan  melalui jalan sempit. Tindak lanjut untuk kedepannya dari penelitian ini adalah pengembangan desain lanjutan agar prototipe layak untuk tahap produksi massal dan pengujian lebih lanjut terkait fungsi, keawetan produk, dan optimalisasi penggunaan produk oleh mahasiswa difabel pengguna kursi roda.

    Implementasi Prinsip Desain Universal Pada Ruang Terbuka Aktif (Studi Kasus : Tebet Eco Park)

    Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis ketersediaan fasilitas pada Tebet Eco Park terutama bagi penyandang disabilitas. Tebet Eco Park telah diresmikan oleh Pemerintah DKI Jakarta sebagai salah satu ruang terbuka aktif yang berskala kawasan dengan luas area 7,3 hektar. Ruang terbuka tersebut sudah seharusnya dapat dengan mudah diakses oleh seluruh masyarakat tanpa terkecuali. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang dilanjutkan dengan analisis preskriptif dengan membandingkan  keadaan eksisting Tebet Eco Park dengan 7 Prinsip Desain Universal dalam Peraturan PUPR No.14/PRT/2017 dan Universal Design Handbook, 2011. Dari temuan studi tersebut, dari tujuh prinsip desain universal, prinsip “Sederhana dan intuitif” memiliki persentase paling tinggi yaitu mencapai 94%.     Stigma negatif ibu sebagai orang tua tunggal, terlebih dengan kondisi memiliki anak berkebutuhan khusus di masyarakat melatarbelakangi penelitian ini dilakukan. Untuk itu penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan penggambaran ibu sebagai orang tua tunggal dengan anak berkebutuhan khusus di film Wonderful Life. Metode penelitian menggunakan semiotik Roland Barthes agar dapat memberikan pencerahan pada masyarakat terkait stigma negatif ibu tunggal. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa karakter ibu tunggal masih dijadikan sebagai komoditas untuk menarik simpati. Ibu tunggal dalam praktik budaya patriarki yang berlaku di Indonesia khususnya pada lingkup keluarga, masih diposisikan sebagai subordinat. Temuan penelitian ini mengkonfirmasi sejumlah mitos ibu tunggal di masyarakat. Diantaranya ibu tunggal objek seksualitas, perilaku anak merupakan tanggung jawab ibu, ketidakberdayaan perempuan sebagai ibu tunggal, dilema ibu tunggal sebagai economic provider, dan ketergantungan ibu tunggal pada support systems keluarga

    Role of Product Innovation and Brand Image Toward Customer Interest and Its Implication on Electronic Products Purchase Decision

     PT. TJA is one of the importer companies that has a variety of electronic products and is a supplier and distributor of cleaning service tools and various cleaning tools. This study aims to analyze the effect of product innovation and brand image on customer interest which has an impact on purchase decisions for PT TJA's products. Sources of data used for research are secondary data and primary data. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents and through literature review. The independent variables are product innovation and brand image, the mediating variable is customer interest and the dependent variable is purchase decisions. The method of analysis in this study uses linear regression analysis with SPSS 22. Total respondents in this study is 140 folks, all respondents had made purchases and used products which were sold by PT TJA. The results of this study indicates that all variables have an effect on purchase decision
