Prakriti indicates the predominance of natural Doshas which may interfere with the normal human physiology. The day of Ovulation may have some relation with Prakriti of females. In this competitive era females are facing many problems related to their menstruation such as painful menses, irregular menses, etc. in their adolescent age without any specific pathology in their reproductive system, which may cause problems related to infertility. Thus the present study enlightens the relation between Pitta Pradhan Prakriti females and Ovulation with the help of Basal Body Temperature method (BBT method). Methodology: To record the day of Ovulation in 30 Pitta Pradhan Prakriti females, basal body temperature method was selected. For confirmation, USG of ten females was done. Applications of proposed thought: In Pitta Pradhan Prakriti females by BBT method, we can observe that, whether the Ovulation is early or late as compared to normal 14th day of Ovulation and what are the effects of Pittadhikya on menstrual symptoms. Knowing the day of Ovulation will be helpful for identifying safe period and danger period. Conclusion: Pitta Pradhan Prakriti was found in 30 females. Vinishaya of Prakriti was done by percentage method and also by gradation method; grades were given on the basis of six Gunas. Day of Ovulation by B.B.T. method in Pitta Pradhan females was found to be the 14th and 15th day of menstrual cycle. Temperature rise on the day of Ovulation was found in the range 0.5°F - 0.7°F. By USG method, 90% results were matching related to day of Ovulation by BBT method

A quality drug is central to the success of any therapeutic plan. The quality of drug is determined right from the collection to delivery to the patients. The commonest problem involving the medicinal plant stating materials is intentional or unintentional substitution and adulteration owing to multiple reasons like unavailability, higher costs, unfair trade etc. This trend was also present in the olden days, as evident from the concept of substitute drugs (Pratinidhi Dravya) as available in Yogratanakara, Bhavaprakasha and Bhaishajyaratnawali. Therefore, Charka and later Acharyas also have dealt with authentication and standardization of herbal drugs and formulations in detail by using four Pramanas (tools of knowledge) Ch.Vi.8/87. Nowadays the concept of substitution is entirely converted into intentional and unintentional malpractices of adulteration. The established authenticity parameters for plant material identification and standardization like organoleptic, physical, chemical and genetic parameters are relatively inaccessible for routine use. Not withstanding the accuracy and usefulness of these lab parameters and delay in the development of easy to perform parameters for reasonable drug authentication. These adulteration malpractices spoils the market of herbal industries. In this article we discuss about concept of substitution in ancient Ayurveda and at present intentional and unintentional adulteration practices

Ayurveda is an ancient Indian system of medicine having eight important branches. Agada Tantra is one of them which deals with Visha (poison) its manifestation and its treatment. In Ayurvedic texts Mooshika Visha is described well. There are eighteen types of Mooshika, signs and symptoms of their bite and its treatment is described by Sushrutaacharya and Vaagbhataacharya. There are five modes of spread of Mooshika (rat) poison. Semen, faeces, urine, scratches by nails and bites with teeth of Mooshika are poisonous. In case of Mooshika bite, bite site should be cauterized and blood letting should be done. After this various drugs paste should be applied on bite site. Various putrifictory therapies should be given e.g. Vamana (Vomiting), Virechana (Purgation), Nasya (Nasal medication), anjana (Collyrium) etc. Various drug preparations like medicated ghee, decoctions, paste of drugs, juice of drugs are described. Ayurvedic treatment of Mooshika poisoning can be given in all diseases where source of infection is rat

Event-Driven Software (EDS) system changes its state according to arrival of events for example graphical user interface and web framework. So due to there are number of events generated by users waiting in queue, this system is raise issue for testing. Until now, there are more efforts taken for testing this issue but these efforts are not collective. In this project work, our try is to give collective solution for graphical user interface and Web frameworks combined. We designed model to test graphical user interface and web application combined by using test cases prioritization. Main objective is here to deploy this model to prioritize test cases based on events. Our proposed work shows that graphical user interface and Web-based frameworks, gives same behavior even after prioritization. To test stand-alone GUI and Web-based frameworks based on shared prioritization function, and prioritization criteria’s. This generic approach is enough to study develop and test a unified theory for all kinds of Event Driven Software systems. This paper articulates all the details regarding our proposed system through following sections

    Get PDF
Marine biodiversity in India encompasses a diverse array of ecosystems, species, and genetic resources, playing a crucial role in the nation's natural heritage and ecological balance. The legal framework governing marine biodiversity primarily consists of legislations such as the Wildlife Protection Act of 1972, Forest (Conservation) Act of 1980, Environment (Protection) Act of 1986, Biological Diversity Act of 2002, and Coastal Regulation Zone (CRZ) notifications. These laws aim to regulate activities affecting marine biodiversity and promote sustainable practices. However, despite the existence of these legal instruments, India faces significant challenges in marine biodiversity conservation, including overfishing, habitat destruction, pollution, and climate change impacts. Insufficient enforcement, inadequate monitoring, and coordination gaps further hinder effective conservation efforts. This paper discusses the legal framework, key challenges, and emphasizes the need for integrated approaches and collaborative efforts to ensure the sustainable management and preservation of India's marine biodiversity. Keywords: Marine biodiversity, National & International legal framework, conservation, challenges & Measures
