Studi Potensi Obyek Wisata Pantai Di Kabupaten Sampang

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui potensi wisata pantai dengan menggunakan teknik skoring dan integrated beach value index (IBVI) dengan parameter beach index (BI), knowledge index (KI), dan monetary index (MI) serta mengetahui permasalahan pengembangan pariwisata di Kabupaten Sampang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Sampang yaitu Pantai Camplong, Pantai Toroan, dan Pantai Nepa. Berdasarkan pada nilai skoring, Pantai Camplong merupakan pantai dengan potensi paling tinggi, diikuti dengan Pantai Nepa dan Pantai Toroan. Sedangkan untuk nilai IBVI, Pantai Nepa mendapatkan rata-rata nilai tertinggi, diikuti dengan Pantai Camplong dan Pantai Toroan dengan nilai terendah. Pantai yang memiliki nilai potensi wisata terendah adalah Pantai Toroan dengan nilai skoring 19 dan nilai IBVI 0,81. Kurangnya sarana dan pra-sarana merupakan permasalahan dari ketiga pantai. Teknik skoring dan IBVI dapat digunakan sebagai pembanding untuk menentukan potensi wisata satu dengan lainnya, juga sebagai evaluasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas tempat pariwisata

The Influence of Digital Technology on the Culinary Industry

Digital transactions help customers to get what they require without leaving their homes. This type of transaction is very practical, safe, and efficient. With a cell phone and internet, consumers can find various items they want quickly. On the other hand, it creates a problem for retail businesses that rely more on a direct selling system. It can be said that physical stores are depressed by a change in shopping trends to online shopping. The main objective of this study is to determine the extent of the influence of digital technology on the retail industry, especially in the culinary or food sector, while the specific objectives are determining the use of digital technology, determining the factors that influence digital technology in the retail industry and finding the contribution of digital technology on the retail industry. A quantitative method is used through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. The results showed that the culinary industry, especially in M-Resto, has implemented a work process through digital technology applications. It also showed that the largest contribution comes from technology statements where 68% of respondents strongly agree that technology affects retail industries. The Impact of Organization Communication on Employee Performance Through Employee’s Work Motivation at Pt. Putri Panda Unit Ii Tulungagung, East Jawa, Indonesia

The purpose of this study is to determine: (1) the description condition of the organizational communication, employees motivation and performance in PT Putri Panda Unit II Tulungagung; (2) the effect of organizational communication directly or indirectly on the employee’s performance through employees motivation at PT Putri Panda Unit II Tulungagung. This study uses a questionnaire that covered the instrument, interview, and observation. The population in this study is the employee of PT Putri Panda Unit II Tulungagung. The sample in this study is saturated samples are all employees of PT Putri Panda Unit II Tulungagung (72 respondents). Analysis of the data in this study using path analysis. Based on the analysis of PT Putri Panda Unit II Tulungagung found that: (1) Condition organizational communication in the category of obvious, employee motivation in the high category, and employee performance in the high cathegory; (2) There is a positive effect of organizational communication directly or indirectly to the performance of employees through employee motivation at PT Putri Panda Unit II Tulungagung. Based on the results of the study, researchers suggest: (1) Increase or improve organizational communication by organizing joint activities outside working hours, ie by holding recreational and outbound.; (2) The employees of PT Putri Panda Unit II Tulungagung expected willingly to improve feedback when communicating with the leaders.   Keywords: Organizational Communication, Employee Motivation, Employee Performanc

An Automated Measurement of Image Slice Thickness of Computed Tomography

Measurement of the slice thickness in computed tomography (CT) is usually made using a special phantom, such as the AAPM CT performance phantom. Images of the phantom are analyzed manually and subjectively. The purpose of this study is to develop an automated system for measuring the slice thickness of the CT image of the phantom using MATLAB software.The CT AAPM performance phantom was scanned by a 128 multi-slice computed tomography scanner (Revolution Evo, GE Healthcare, Waukesha, WI) at a slice thickness of 5 mm with four different phantom orientations and also scanned by a 6 multi-slice CT scanner (Somatom Emotion 6, Siemens AG, Forchheim, Germany) for two slice thicknesses of 5 and 10 mm. Our automatedmethod produced an accurateslice thickness value less than 0.5 mm different from the nominal slice thicknesses and manual measurements. Similar results were obtained when the phantom was rotated. This system is more objective and effective compared to manual systems

Studi Kelembagaan dalam Pengelolaan dan Pemanfaatan Telur Ikan Terbang (Kasus Desa Pa'lalakang Kabupaten Takalar)

The aim of the research was to determine the fungsional of institution on utilization and management of flying fish eggs at Pa'lalakang Village, Takalar Regency. This study using qualitative research approach thatcharacterize as empirical cualitative and descriptive. Data was collected through in depth interview,observation and literature study. The result showed that the function of intstitution have been internalization onutilizing and managing of flying fish egg at Pa'lalakang Village, that including function in adaptation onutilization and management of flying fish. Those aspect have been implemented by fishermen community. Thestudy also found that achievement function was focus on goverment institution, social integration function wason community institution and maintenant function of culture was on fisherman household

Abstract. For a simple undirected connected graph G(V,E) with vertex set V and edge set E a labeling : V E → {1, 2, 3, ..., k} is called a total k-labeling. A total k-labeling is defined to be an edge irregular total k-labeling of the graph G if for every two different edges uv and xy of G there is t(uv) ≠ t(xy). The minimum k for which the graph G has an edge irregular total k-labeling is called the total edge irregularity strength of the graph G, denoted by tes(G). Summarizing Text for Indonesian Language by Using Latent Dirichlet Allocation and Genetic Algorithm

The number of documents progressively increases especially for the electronic one. This degrades effectivity and efficiency in managing them. Therefore, it is a must to manage the documents. Automatic text summarization is able to solve by producing text document summaries. The goal of the research is to produce a tool to summarize documents in Bahasa: Indonesian Language. It is aimed to satisfy the user's need of relevant and consistent summaries. The algorithm is based on sentence features scoring by using Latent Dirichlet Allocation and Genetic Algorithm for determining sentence feature weights. It is evaluated by calculating summarization speed, precision, recall, F-measure, and some subjective evaluations. Extractive summaries from the original text documents can represent important information from a single document in Bahasa with faster summarization speed compared to manual process. Best F-measure value is 0,556926 (with precision of 0.53448 and recall of 0.58134) and summary ratio of 30%
