    DESAIN MODUL MATEMATIKA BILINGUAL (INDONESIA-ARAB): PENGEMBANGAN MODUL KOMPETISI SAINS MADRASAH (KSM) MATEMATIKA TERINTEGRASI

    This research aims to develop a bilingual mathematics module for KSM in the field of integrated mathematics. The research method uses the Research and Development (RnD) method of the Borg and Gall model which is simplified in 4 stages, namely introduction, development, testing and dissemination. The results of the development of a bilingual (Indonesian-Arabic) mathematics module at KSM are suitable for use. The validation results from media experts have an average value of 3.69 and are in the suitable category for use. Media expert validation has an average value of 3.70 and is in the category suitable for use. The validation results by practitioners have an average value of 3.62 and are in the suitable category for use. Trials by subject teachers had an average score of 3.71 and were in the very interesting category. The individual trials had an average score of 3.61 and were in the very interesting category. Small group trials in each madrasah had an average score of 3.83 and were in the very interesting category and large group trials had an average score of 3.74 and were in the very interesting category. The final stage is dissemination carried out by distributing bilingual mathematics module books

    COMPARISON BETWEEN PROPORTIONAL INTEGRAL DERIVATIVE (PID) AND MODEL PREDICTIVE CONTROL (MPC) FOR SHIP HEADING CONTROL

    In this paper discussed about ship heading control problem. Ship heading control is one of the ship control problem in the application in the marine field. With rudder angle as input control, the heading angle controlled therefore it can reach reference heading angle with minimum energy. Assume that is wave disturbance to the system. We compare two method for control the heading angle, that is Proportional Integral Derivative (PID) and Model Predictive Control (MPC). Proportional Integral Derivative (PID) is a controller that determine the presition of an instrumentation system with feedback characteristic on the system. MPC is a control technique, which embeds optimization within feedback to deal with systems subject to constraints on inputs and states. From the simulation result, MPC can compansate the disturbance better than PID. The time to reach reference angle when controlled using MPC faster than using PID. The change value of Np also almost give same result. But the change parameter PID can give very difference result seen from the rise time, the settling time, and the overshoot

    This research was motivated by the problem of learning mathematics in simple fractions. The approach is a qualitative approach with the type of research being classroom action research. The data in this research is based on test results, observations and interview results. The data source in this research was class III UPTD students at SD Negeri 4 Peusangan, totaling 17 students with various levels of ability. Based on the research results, it was found that the SAVI approach was used for class III students at UPTD SD Negeri 4 Peusangan on simple fraction material. This is proven by the increase in the number of students who completed their learning in the initial test, namely from 47% belonging to the poor category before learning took place, in cycle I it increased to 65% belonging to the sufficient category and in cycle II it increased to 88% belonging to the good category. Meanwhile, the results of observations on the activities of teachers and students of class III UPTD SD Negeri 4 Peusangan on simple fractions material have increased with the percentage of teacher activity in cycle I, namely 85% belonging to the good category

    Students' abilities to solve mathematical problems are still limited, and they are not yet familiar with the topics being covered. The purpose of this study is to characterize students' abilities to resolve mathematical problems, particularly those involving geometry, according to the Polya progression. Research plan utilizing a qualitative approach with 40 students from Grade V at the State Primary School in Bireuen, Indonesia.Problem solving is seen as the crowning achievement of mathematics education since it focuses on developing students' reasoning and problem-solving skills in addition to their conceptual understanding. Students can apply their newfound knowledge and problem-solving skills in their day-to-day lives. The problem-solving process consists of four steps: identifying the issue, formulating a plan to address it, implementing that plan, and conducting follow-up evaluation. Therefore, the ability to create non-routine assignments and the creativity to transform routine text-book assignments into non-routine ones, as well as the ability to develop problem-solving instructional materials for use by students during instruction, are both necessary

    The purpose of this research is to find out about the extent of mastery of teacher competence with the application of academic supervision through workshop activities. The research location is at SDN Lengkong 01, Mumbulsari District, Jember District, even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. This research method uses school action research by performing two actions in three cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely action planning, action implementation, observation of action results, and reflection. Data collection using documentation, observation, and interviews. Data collection tools with teacher personal record documents, observation sheets, and interview sheets. Data analysis uses comparative descriptive followed reflection. The results showed that through academic supervision can optimize the quality of teacher competence as shown by an average increase from cycle I 2.07 (category less / not good), and after academic supervision in groups in cycle II the average to 3.36 with the category quite good, and after academic supervision individually in cycle III the average to 4.28 with the category of very good (almost perfect)

    The purpose of this study is to describe the mistakes of class VII A students at SMP Negeri 2 Genteng, Banyuwangi Regency. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used written tests and semi-structured interviews. The subject of this research was class VII A students located at Genteng 2 Public Middle School. Subject data obtained 3 types of errors based on castor theory including conceptual errors, procedural errors, and technical errors. Conceptual errors include not writing formulas and symbols, writing formulas and symbols incorrectly. Procedural errors include, not writing down known, asked, or conclusions, wrongly writing down information known to the problem, unclear writing down the information asked, wrongly writing down the steps for solving the problem, not writing down the solution step at all. Technical errors include, not writing units in numbers that have units or answers, not writing units in the final answer, wrong writing units in numbers that should have units or answers, wrong writing units in the final answer, and wrong doing arithmetic operation

    This study aims to determine the interest in learning mathematics of students who take part in the Two Stay Two Stray Cooperative Learning Model and whether the learning outcomes of students who take part in the Two Stay Two Stray Cooperative Learning Model are better than the results of students who take conventional learning in Class VIII MTsN 9 Padang Pariaman Academic Year 2022/2023. This type of research is pre-experimental with the research design The Static Group Comparison Design. The population in this study were all grade VIII students of MTsN 9 Padang Pariaman for the 2022/2023 academic year. The sampling was carried out randomly by first testing the normality, homogeneity and average similarity of the population data. The samples in this study were students of class VIII.2 as the experimental class and students of class VIII.3 as the control class. The results showed that students' interest in learning mathematics in class VIII MTsN 9 Padang Pariaman who took part in learning the Cooperative Type Two Stay Two Stray learning model was 76.99% with strong criteria. Students' mathematics learning outcomes were processed using the t-test at a significant level α = 0.05, the value of tcount > ttable was obtained, namely 3.42 > 1.68; whereas with Minitab Software obtained P-value <α, namely 0.001 <0.05, so that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. So, it can be concluded that the mathematics learning outcomes of students who take the Two Stay Two Stray Cooperative learning model are better than those who take conventional learning in class VIII MTsN 9 Padang Pariaman in the 2022/2023 Academic Year. Keyword : Interest in Learning, Learning Outcomes, Type Two Stay Two Stray Cooperative Learning Mode

    The objectives of this study are to: (1) analyze the influence of the Giving Question and Getting Answer learning model on the mathematical logical intelligence of grade X students of SMAN 1 Muntilan, (2) analyze the influence of the Think Pair Share learning model on the mathematical logical intelligence of grade X students of SMAN 1 Muntilan, (3) analyze learning models that produce mathematical logical intelligence that is more influential between the Giving Question and Getting Answer learning model or the model  Learning Think Pair Share for grade X students of SMAN 1 Muntilan. This type of research is an experiment with a quantitative approach. The population used is tenth grade students of SMAN 1 Muntilan for the 2022/2023 school year. Data collection is done by testing. The tests used are paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test. The results showed that: (1) students' mathematical logical intelligence increased after the application of the giving question getting answer learning model, (2) students' mathematical logical intelligence increased after the implementation of the think pair share learning model, (3) the mathematical logical intelligence of students who were treated with the giving question getting answer learning model was better than students who were treated with the think pair share learning model Keyword: giving question getting answer learning model, mathematical logical intelligence, think pair share learning model
