Analisis Keuntungan Dan Nilai Tambah Agrondustri Puree Mangga Di CV Promindo Utama Kabupaten Cirebon, Jawa Barat
Nilai tambah puree mangga harumanis sebesar Rp 3.122 per 1 kg manga sedangkan nilai tambah puree mangga gedong adalah Rp 3.622 per 1 kg mangga
Factors Influencing Prenatal Care Behaviour of Pregnant Women In Kembaran II Primary Health Center
Pregnancy is a natural process that will be experienced by women that takes within 280 to 300 days. During pregnancy the pregnant woman requires proper supervision. Kembaran II Primary Health Center in 2014 had 3 cases of maternal mortality, and the number of high-risk pregnant women was 48%. The purpose of this research was to analyze the factors that influenced to prenatal care behavior of pregnant women in Kembaran II Primary Health Center. This research used a quantitative cross-sectional approach. The population of study was 102 pregnant women. Sampling technic used Simple Random Sampling to third-trimester pregnant women, and the sample was 80 people. Data collection was performed by interviewing and questionnaire. To analyze the data, comprise of univariate, bivariate, it used chi-square and for multivariate, it used regression logistics test. Univariate test showed the majority of respondents were in no risk of age (78.8%), the level of primary education (55%), primiparous parity pregnancies (35 %), did not work (58.8%), per capita income (<IDR 574.923) (8.8%), had a good knowledge (7.5%), had right attitude (56.3%), good family support (57.5%),information exposure (67.5%) and inadequate prenatal care behavior (51.3%). Bivariate test results showed information exposure related to fetal care behavior (p = 0.013). The results of multivariate test showed that the variables of family support (p=0.009) and information exposure (p=0.045) affected the prenatal care behavior of pregnant women in Kembaran II Primary Health Center. Information about prenatal care, especiallypersonal hygiene, pregnancy crisis, consumption of nutrients should be increased.

DNA/DNA hybridization to microarrays reveals gene-specific differences between closely related microbial genomes
DNA microarrays constructed with full length ORFs from Shewanella oneidensis, MR-1, were hybridized with genomic DNA from nine other Shewanella species and Escherichia coli K-12. This approach enabled visualization of relationships between organisms by comparing individual ORF hybridizations to 164 genes and is further amenable to high-density high-throughput analyses of complete microbial genomes. Conserved genes (arcA and ATP synthase) were identified among all species investigated. The mtr operon, which is involved in iron reduction, was poorly conserved among other known metal-reducing Shewanella species. Results were most informative for closely related organisms with small subunit rRNA sequence similarities greater than 93% and gyrB sequence similarities greater than 80%. At this level of relatedness, the similarity between hybridization profiles was strongly correlated with sequence divergence in the gyrB gene. Results revealed that two strains of S. oneidensis (MR-1 and DLM7) were nearly identical, with only 3% of the ORFs hybridizing poorly, in contrast to hybridizations with Shewanella putrefaciens, formerly considered to be the same species as MR-1, in which 63% of the ORFs hybridized poorly (log ratios below −0.75). Genomic hybridizations showed that genes in operons had consistent levels of hybridization across an operon in comparison to a randomly sampled data set, suggesting that similar applications will be informative for identification of horizontally acquired genes. The full value of microbial genomic hybridizations lies in providing the ability to understand and display specific differences between closely related organisms providing a window into understanding microheterogeneity, bacterial speciation, and taxonomic relationships
Going to the exclusive show : exhibition strategies and moviegoing memories of Disneys animated feature films in Ghent (1937-1982)
This is a case study of the exploitation and experience of Disney's animated feature films from the 1930s to the 1980s in Ghent (Belgium). It is a historical study of programming practices and financial strategies which constructed childhood memories on watching Disney. The study is a contribution to a historical understanding of the implications of global distribution of film as cultural products and the counter pull of localism. Using a multi-method approach, the argument is made that the scarce screenings were strategically programmed to uplift the moviegoing experience into something out of the ordinary in everyday life. Programming and revenue data characterize the screenings as exclusive and generating high intakes. Consequently, the remembered screenings did not exhale an easy accessible social status nor an image of pervasiveness of popular childhood film, contradictory to conventional accounts of Disney's ubiquity in popular culture
