La recuperación post-incendio de la vegetación ha sido estudiada sobre todo a nivel de parcela. A escala regional diferentes factores pueden determinar la variabilidad en la capacidad de regeneración vegetal. El empleo de la teledetección permite efectuar un seguimiento de la regeneración a gran escala. En este trabajo se muestra como la recurrencia de incendios a lo largo del periodo de estudio (1975-1998) provocó una disminución significativa de la resiliencia de los bosques y matorrales mediterráneos de Cataluña. En las zonas quemadas una vez se encontró mayor resiliencia en las formaciones dominadas por especies rebrotadoras.Peer Reviewe

School leader´s development, an approach to practices for the creation of shared development schemes

Se presenta una investigación en curso, que estudia a directores escolares en el complejo contexto de la gestión, cuyas orientaciones ha venido reduciendo al liderazgo a una serie de funciones específicas para responder a políticas educativas centralizadas, donde la agencialidad se reduce a la toma de decisiones coptadas por entramados burocráticos. En estos esquemas, el concepto de liderazgo educativo se relaciona con prácticas gerenciales o políticamente militantes, determinando a la dirección a la búsqueda de cualidades inspiracionales o iluminativas, que no responden a las necesidades de los entornos escolares. Se busca aportar conocimiento sobre las características situadas de los contextos rurales y urbanos en Jalisco, México para el desarrollo del liderazgo de los directores y cómo estos dos factores se relacionan con la gestión del Sistema Educativo, y las opciones de formación para la dirección. Relational methodology from educational leadership theories to analyze principals´ training programs

El director debe estar preparado para encontrar un “punto de equilibrio entre las presiones externas y los problemas que plantea su propia comunidad educativa” (Poggi, 2001, p.16); por ello la formación de directores está haciéndose de interés en la investigación Iberoamericana. Se presenta un diseño metodológico relacional (Eaccott, 2015) que trasciende el análisis de entidades “programa, políticas”, hacia la observación de dimensiones de [a] la estructura formal del sistema educativo en Jalisco, México, [b] los contextos situados de la dirección de primaria en la Región Altos Norte y Guadalajara, y [c] la comunidad profesional de la dirección de primaria pública del Estado. Se divide en cuatro etapas: de reflexividad (Bordieu, 1998), que asegura la congruencia interna; la de análisis del trasfondo, contexto histórico-político como base identitaria; un estudio de casos comparativo, y un análisis de los currícula formativos. Kinematics of gas and stars in circumnuclear star-forming regions of early type spirals

(Abbr.) We present high resolution (R~20000) spectra in the blue and the far red of cicumnuclear star-forming regions (CNSFRs) in three early type spirals (NGC3351, NGC2903 and NGC3310) which have allowed the study of the kinematics of stars and ionized gas in these structures and, for the first time, the derivation of their dynamical masses for the first two. In some cases these regions, about 100 to 150 pc in size, are seen to be composed of several individual star clusters with sizes between 1.5 and 4.9 pc estimated from Hubble Space Telescope (HST) images. The stellar dispersions have been obtained from the Calcium triplet (CaT) lines at $\lambda\lambda$ 8494,8542,8662 \AA, while the gas velocity dispersions have been measured by Gaussian fits to the H$\beta$ and [OIII] $\lambda\lambda$ 5007 \AA lines on the high dispersion spectra. Values of the stellar velocity dispersions are between 30 and 68 km/s. We apply the virial theorem to estimate dynamical masses of the clusters, assuming that systems are gravitationally bounded and spherically symmetric, and using previously measured sizes. The measured values of the stellar velocity dispersions yield dynamical masses of the order of 10$^7$ to 10$^8$ solar masses for the whole CNSFRs. Stellar and gas velocity dispersions are found to differ by about 20 to 30 km/s with the H$\beta$ emission lines being narrower than both the stellar lines and the [OIII] $\lambda\lambda$ 5007 \AA lines. The twice ionized oxygen, on the other hand, shows velocity dispersions comparable to those shown by stars, in some cases, even larger. Estereotipos de género, salud y práctica deportiva de la mujer en el ciclo vital

La Actividad Física y el Deporte son consideradas como una fuente de salud y bienestar personal y, como tales, en las últimas décadas se han desarrollado importantes esfuerzos para introducirlas en los hábitos cotidianos de toda la población. Sin embargo, todavía hoy amplios colectivos de mujeres siguen experimentando la presencia de barreras y dificultades en sus intentos de acceder a la práctica deportiva. Estas dificultades dan lugar a lo que la OMS denomina “inequidades”, afectan a las mujeres en todas las etapas de su vida y tienen un origen claramente social y cultural. Su presencia en la infancia y la adolescencia es sutil y difícilmente detectable ya que son transmitidas por el entorno social del niño/a, incluso por la propia familia. El objetivo de este trabajo es desarrollar un análisis de las mismas y de cómo influyen en la práctica deportiva en las distintas etapas del desarrollo y, por último, su incidencia en la salud y en la calidad de vida de las mujeres adultas y mayores.Physical Activity and Sport is regarded as a source of health and personal wellbeing and as such, in recent decades have been developed strong effort be to introducing them into the daily habits of the entire population. However, still large groups of women continue to experience the presence of barriers and difficulties in their attempts to access sport. These difficulties give rise to what the WHO called inequities affecting women at all stages of their life and have a clear social and cultural origin. Their presence in childhood and adolescence is subtle and hard to detect because they are transmitted by the social environment of the child, even, by the family. The aim of this work is to develop an analysis of them and their influence on the sport at various stages of development and, finally, their impact on health and quality of life of adult and older females.peerReviewe
