Dále jsou rozebrány nejznámější a nejpoužívanější velikostní sortimenty. V závěru teoretické části je rozebrána orientace v konstrukční síti a jsou popsány konstrukční linie. Praktická část práce se zabývá konstrukčními úpravami střihů na korpulentní postavy žen, jedná se o soubor všech dostupných úprav na různé typy postav. Úpravy střihů na postavy plné v pase, jsou rozebrány podrobněji s vytvořením návodu (doplněného prezentacemi v programu PowerPoit) a grafického srovnání základní konstrukce na standardizovanou postavu a konstrukce na postavu plnou v pase.This bachelor work deals with human body and proportion of human body. In the work is described proportionality and typology of body. Furthermore are analyzed the most interesting and the most widely used size assortments. In the theoretical part is analyzed orientation in constructional network and furthemore in this part are discribed constructional lines. The practical part deals with constructional modification of dress for corpulent woman´s figure. The modification of dress for corpulent figure are described in detail - it has been created direction (supplemented with presentation in PowerPoint). In content of the bachelor work is also compared basic construction for standard figure and construction for corpulent figure

: Integration of pupils with a different mother tongue in the environment of selected Czech schools

Diplomová práce na téma Integrace žáků s odlišným mateřským jazykem v prostředí vybraných českých škol se skládá z části teoretické a části praktické. V teoretické části je na základě literární rešerše vymezena základní terminologie a problematika související s žáky s odlišným mateřským jazykem. V první části práce se věnuji migraci jako jevu a také vývoji migrace na území České republiky. V druhé části práce se zabývám jednotlivými modely interkulturního soužití odlišných kultur na území jednoho státu, adaptací, kulturní identitou, interkulturní komunikací a možnými bariérami, které vzájemné porozumění narušují. Třetí část je zaměřena na žáky s odlišným mateřským jazykem a bilingvní žáky, jejich specifika a vzdělávání, mateřský jazyk, komunikaci a zapojování žáků s odlišným mateřským jazykem do vzdělávání. V praktické části diplomové práce se zabývám začleněním žáků s odlišným mateřským jazykem na vybraných základních školách. Zvolila jsem typ kvalitativního šetření a použila jsem metodu polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a pozorování. Metodou rozhovoru s vybranými žáky s odlišným mateřským jazykem, jejich třídními učiteli a pozorováním zjišťuji, jak jednotliví žáci subjektivně hodnotí své postavení v třídním kolektivu v závislosti na kulturní blízkosti země původu k České republice, zda připisují...The diploma thesis on the topic of Integration of pupils with different mother tongues in the environment of selected Czech schools consists of a theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical part the basic terminology and issues related to pupils with different mother tongues is defined on the basis of a literature search. In the first part of the work I deal with migration as a phenomenon and also with the development of migration in the territory of the Czech Republic. In the second part of the work I deal with individual models of intercultural coexistence of different cultures in the territory of one state, adaptation, cultural identity, intercultural communication and possible barriers which disrupt mutual understanding. The third part is focused on pupils with different mother tongues and bilingual pupils, their specifics and education, mother tongues, communication and involvement of pupils with different mother tongue in education. In the practical part of the diploma thesis I deal with the inclusion of pupils with different mother tongue at selected primary schools. Sensitive electrochemical determination of yohimbine in primary bark of natural aphrodisiacs using boron-doped diamond electrode

For the first time, a simple and sensitive analytical method for the direct determination of yohimbine is presented using differential pulse voltammetry with a boron-doped diamond electrode. Two irreversible oxidation peaks, a distinct one at +0.80 and a second poorly-defined one at +1.65 V, were observed when cyclic voltammetry was carried out in Britton-Robinson buffer solution at pH 7 (vs. Ag/AgCl). With optimized differential pulse voltammetric parameters (pulse amplitude 100 mV, pulse time 25 ms, step potential 5 mV and scan rate 10 mV s(-1)), the current response of yohimbine at +0.80 V was linearly proportional to the concentration in the range from 0.25 to 90.9 mu mol L-1 with a low detection limit of 0.13 mu mol L-1 (0.046 mg L-1) and a good repeatability (relative standard deviation of 2.5% at 18.4 mu mol L-1 for n = 6). The practical applicability of the developed method was demonstrated by the assessment of the total content of yohimbine in extracts of the primary bark of natural aphrodisiacs such as Pausinystalia yohimbe and Rauvolfia serpentina with recoveries in the range of 92-97%. The proposed electrochemical procedure represents an inexpensive and effective analytical alternative for the quality control analysis of products containing yohimbine and other biologically and structurally related alkaloids used as natural dietary supplements

Závěrečná bakalářská práce má název Vliv věku na plodnost a vývoj těhotenství. Jedná se o práci teoreticko-výzkumnou. V teoretické práci jsme se s paní Mgr. Věrou Erbenovou zaměřily na zpracování teoretických informací, které mohou mít vliv na vznik a vývoj těhotenství. Informace potřebné k napsání této bakalářské práce jsme získávaly z odborné literatury a elektronických zdrojů. Druhá část bakalářské práce je výzkumná. Je vypracována na základě výzkumné činnosti pomocí anonymního dotazníku, který byl zaměřen na věk ženy a problémy spojené s otěhotněním.This bachelor thesis is called The effect of age on fertility and pregnancy development The effect of age on fertility and pregnancy in women. Bakalářská práce se v první části zaměřuje na odsolování mořské a brakické vody, na důvody a související problémy, zejména však na popis jednotlivých způsobů odsolování. The Sensation Seeking Tendency and Learning Style of Grammar School Students with Extended Physical Education and Sports Training

The study examines the sensation seeking tendency – Zuckerman’s concept (1978) and student’s learning style – Dunn’s concept (2000). The study is of descriptive character and uses quantitative methods. To collect data, two standardized questionnaires are combined into one – Learning styles, Interests and Hobbies Inventory. Students of Czech grammar schools with extended physical education and sports training were observed. Analysis of Variance has found that boys seek sensation extensively more than girls regardless of their class type; furthermore, students from classes with P.E. and sports specialization do not seek sensation more extensively in comparison with students from general classes. Statistically significant differences in preferred learning styles have been identified between both types of classes
