A Survey Analysis of Art Teachers’ Use of Transmedia Technology

[EN] Transmedia technology is a modern innovative system which scientists consider to be real communication revolution. Transmedia technology is investigated and actively implemented in different life spheres and social activities, such as mass media, journalism, marketing, culture, education etc. There is an urgent need to study the opportunities of using the transmedia technologies in art education, in particular in music teachers’ professional training. The implementing of transmedia technology in music teachers’ professional training contributes to the qualitative development of their professional competence, broadening of their outlooks, the improvement of artistic abilities, and professional skills. To study in detail both teachers’ and HEI students’ mastering of transmedia technology, the online survey “Transmedia Technology in Art Education” was held. HEI lecturers, secondary school Art teachers, teachers of Art school in Sloviansk, students of SHEI “Donbas State Pedagogical University” and Communal Institution “Pokrovsk Pedagogical College” took part in this questionnaire. The analysis of tests has proved the low level of acknowledgement about the essence of transmedia technology. However, it has demonstrated a high level of general technology knowledge and skills that makes it possible to implement the transmedia technology in educational process. Prosecutor’s activity model as the most important guideline for reforming the system of criminal proceedings

The problems associated with the development of a normative model of the prosecutor’s activity in criminal proceedings and the way in which such a model can affect the direction of reforming the entire criminal process are considered by the authors. Purpose: to analyze the influence of the prosecutor’s activity model on the effectiveness of achieving the purpose of criminal proceedings, to propose the directions for reforming the criminal justice system. Methods: The study uses the method of legal modeling, statistical and sociological methods of cognition, as well as the comparative legal method. Results and novelty: The novelty of the study is expressed in the fact that for the first time an attempt was made to reveal the influence of the prosecutor’s activity model on the directions of reforming the criminal proceedings. The results of the study include the identification of the main factors that determine the construction of a legal model of the prosecutor’s activity in the field of criminal proceedings and the determination of the directions of the possible influence of this model on the reform of the system of criminal proceedings

Mineral Resources of the Geothermal Sources of the North Caucasus

The growth in the world consumption of raw materials resources accompanied by depletion of ore deposits explains the interest of many countries in the mineral potential of thermal waters. The Russian Federation has vast stocks of geothermal resources, this said, 74.3% of reserves are located in the North Caucasus. The paper contains material indicating substantial hydromineral potential of the North Caucasus, exploitation of which will allow extending the raw material resources base of not only this region but also the country as a whole

The article deals with the problem of manifesting addictive behaviour by students of helping professions. It carries out the analysis of modern views and psychological knowledge on various aspects of addictive behaviour. The authors present results of an empirical study of the features of addictive behaviour of helping profession students. They analyze results of the relationship between the propensity to addictive behaviour and coping strategies in students of helping professions.В статье рассматривается проблема проявления аддиктивного поведения у студентов помогающих профессий. Проводится анализ современных взглядов и психологических знаний о различных аспектах аддиктивного поведения. Multi-heuristic and game approaches in search problems of the graph theory

We consider in this paper the adaptation of heuristics used for programming non-deterministic games to the problems of discrete optimization, in particular, some heuristic methods of decision-making in various discrete optimization problems. The object of each of these problems is programming anytime algorithms. Among the problems solved in this paper, there are the classical traveling salesman problem and some connected problems of minimization for nondeterministic finite automata. Considered methods for solving these problems are constructed on the basis of special combination of some heuristics, which belong to some different areas of the theory of artificial intelligence. More precisely, we shall use some modifications of unfinished branch-and-bound method; for the selecting immediate step using some heuristics, we apply dynamic risk functions; simultaneously for the selection of coefficients of the averaging-out, we also use genetic algorithms; and the reductive self-learning by the same genetic methods is also used for the start of unfinished branch-and-bound method again. This combination of heuristics represents a special approach to construction of anytime-algorithms for the discrete optimization problems. This approach can be considered as an alternative to application of methods of linear programming, and to methods of multi-agent optimization, and also to neural networks
