SYSTEMATIZATION OF INTERNATIONAL AND DOMESTIC EXPERIENCE IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT AIMED AT ADAPTING PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SUSTAINABLE ENERGY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS

European countries are recognized leaders in the use of public-private partnerships in project management for large-scale infrastructure projects, including those that contribute to energy efficiency in various sectors of the economy. Their experience is a useful example for Ukraine in its quest for energy independence and economic stability. Establishing partnerships with business will increase the resources of the state and promote the involvement of the private sector in the implementation of profitable and image projects for both stakeholders. The development of mechanisms and recommendations for the development of public-private partnership (PPP) should be preceded by an analysis of international experience in creating a favorable and attractive environment in which public-private partnerships can be intensified. Since energy efficiency is the key to the successful functioning of the economy of any state, it is necessary, creating the conditions for the successful functioning of public-private partnership,to develop programs and projects to improve energy efficiency, which will be implemented under the PPP on a priority basis

Забезпечення еколого-орієнтованого розвитку хімічних підприємств

Мета статті полягає у формуванні еколого-орієнтованого розвитку хімічних підприємств. Статтю присвячено аналізу сучасного стану взаємодії науковців та промислових підприємств із метою визначення ефективності цієї співпраці та виявлення перешкод. Методика дослідження. В дослідженні використані загальнонаукові методи пізнання об’єктивної природи економічних явищ і процесів. Зокрема, методи аналізу та синтезу, наукових узагальнень, єдності історичного та логічного. Результати. Проведені дослідження стосовно співпраці науковців та промислових підприємств. За результатами дослідження були розроблені рекомендації щодо забезпечення ефективного еколого-орієнтованого розвитку промислових підприємств. Практична значущість результатів дослідження. У статті обґрунтовані умови, які є необхідними для забезпечення еколого-орієнтованого розвитку хімічних підприємств. CARIES OF THE EARLY IRON CENTURYPOPULATION OF POLTAVA AND CORRELATED AREAS AS REFLECTION ASPECTSOF SOCIAL LIFE

An attempt has been made to display a picture of carious pathology and other dental diseases based on the study of the general status and reconstruction of cultural and everyday traditions of the early Iron Age society of Poltava and adjacent regions of Ukraine for introduction into the scientific base with the interaction of the formula: disease - social conditions, for a particular territory, specific society, one historical time. The materials of the study were the skeletons of 223 individuals with preserved dental-maxillary area (discovered and collected during the archaeological excavations of mounds 1998–2017 by expeditions of the Center for the Preservation and Research of Monuments of Archeology of the Department of Culture of the Poltava Regional State Administration) of the early Iron Age (mid-5th-6th centuries). BC, hereinafter - RHW) of the territory of Poltava and adjacent areas: 40 skeletons of children, 79 - women, 104 - men. In the analysis of pathology, we used our own method of studying the bones of ancient people and studying the pathology on anthropological material. Studied age-related changes in the skeleton, social labeling (if possible, determined the type of occupation, special social characteristics - decoration of the teeth, effects on the teeth when initiating into adult life, technical use of the masticatory organs, etc.). The social portrait of society shows the clinical picture of caries, other deviations from the generally accepted norm, which can be used as a starting point when comparing caries indicators to earlier or later communities with their social characteristics and economic structure. So, a pathology change curve can be created, with the creation of an intermediate picture of the disease and prediction at any time in the future. Having such a formula of pathological processes in a given population in a given territory at a given time with a given social characteristic, we can further obtain information on the pathology of close and distant communities, which will provide new methods for dating and recreating life. For medicine, it is important to trace causal relationships. It is, therefore, possible to derive diagrams of diseases at the level of similar conditions of life and management (expect a similar status of the oral cavity in similar societies)

Перший описаний клінічний випадок хореї-акантоцитозу в Україні

The article provides a detailed description of the clinical case of chorea-acanthocytosis diagnosed on the basis of Department of Neurology No. 1 of Kyiv Regional Clinical Hospital. Chorea-acanthocytosis is a rare autosomal recessive hereditary progressive neurological disease characterized by progressive hyperkinesis (chorea and dystonia), mental disorders and the presence of acanthocytes (erythrocytes with a few spicules of varying size). Sometimes parkinsonism, seizures, mild neuropathic and myopathic disorders, and cardiomyopathy can be seen [2, 4]. The disease runs in chronic progressive course and is eventually fatal. Treatment is limited to symptomatic therapies [2, 3, 4].В статье приводится подробное описание клинического случая хореи-акантоцитоза, диагностированного на базе неврологического отделения № 1 Киевской областной клинической больницы. Хорея-акантоцитоз – редкое аутосомнорецессивное наследственное прогрессирующее неврологическое заболевание, проявляющееся гиперкинезами (хорея и дистония), психическими расстройствами и наличием акантоцитов (эритроцитов с шипообразными выпячиваниями). Иногда в клинической картине присутствуют паркинсонизм, эпилептические приступы, нерезкие нейропатические и миопатические расстройства, а также кардиомиопатия [2, 4]. Заболевание неуклонно прогрессирует и в конечном итоге приводит клетальному исходу. Лечение ограничивается симптоматической терапией [2, 3, 4].У статті наводиться детальний опис клінічного випадку хореї-акантоцитозу, діагностованого на базі неврологічного відділення № 1 Київської обласної клінічної лікарні. Хорея-акантоцитоз – рідкісне автосомно-рецесивне спадкове прогресуюче неврологічне захворювання, що виявляється гіперкінезами (хорея і дистонія), психічними розладами та наявністю акантоцитів (еритроцитів з шипоподібними випинаннями). Іноді в клінічній картині наявні паркінсонізм, епілептичні напади, нерізкі нейропатичні та міопатичні розлади, а також кардіоміопатія [2, 4]. Захворювання неухильно прогресує і в кінцевому підсумку призводить до летального наслідку. Лікування обмежується симптоматичною терапією [2, 3, 4]
