    Berpikir kreatif merupakan gejala jiwa yang dapat menetapkan hubungan-hubungan antara ketahuan-ketahuan kita. Selama kita berpikir, pikiran kita mengadakan tanya jawab antara pikiran kita, untuk dapat meletakkan hubungan-hubungan antara ketahuan kita dengan tepat. Ada macam-macam bentuk berpikir, salah satu bentuk berpikir adalah berpikir kreatif. Kemampuan berpikir kreatif merupakan salah satu point penting dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran matematika di sekolah. Agar pembelajaran berlangsung dengan baik, maka perlu diketahui gaya belajar masing-masing siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat berpikir kreatif siswa dengan gaya belajar visual dalam menyelesaiakn soal matematika. Pola penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas dasar dan  guru  matematika.  Teknik  pengumpulan  data  yang  digunakan  adalah  observasi, angket, tes, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.  Teknik  analisis  data  yang  digunakan  adalah  analisis data  kualitatif  dengan  langkah-langkah  reduksi  data,  penyajian  data,  dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa dengan gaya belajar visual dapat mencapai tingkat kreatif yaitu tingkat kemampuan berpikir kreatif 3 (TKBK 3) yang memenuhi indikator berpikir kreatif kefasihan dan fleksibilitas

    ABSTRAK Dalam pembelajaran selama ini guru kurang memperhatikan keberagaman kecerdasan yang dimiliki oleh siswa. Padahal keberagaman kecerdasan tersebut perlu digali dan dikembangkan oleh siswa melalui bantuan guru. Salah satu kecerdasan yang dimaksud yaitu kecerdasan spasial. Kecerdasan ini sangat diperlukan pada mata pelajaran matematika. Sehingga pengetahuan guru untuk membantu mendorong kemampuan siswa sangat diperlukan. Selain itu, guru perlu memahami gaya belajar siswa agar strategi mengajar guru sesuai dengan karakter siswa sehingga siswa dapat belajar dengan tepat. Berdasarkan hal di atas, rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah ada pengaruh tingkat kecerdasan spasial berdasarkan gaya belajar (visual, audio, dan kinestetik) terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi garis dan sudut. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kuantitaif dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 399 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling dengan total sampel 200 siswa. Untuk teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode tes, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada setiap tingkat kecerdasan spasial berdasarakan gaya belajar (visual, audio, dan kinestetik) terhadap hasil belajar siswa masing-masing diperoleh nilai Sig. 0,00  0,05 yang menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan. Kemudian pada uji Post Hoc menunjukan bahwa setiap tingkatan kecerdasan spasial yaitu tinggi, sedang, dan rendah berpengaruh secara signifikan. Kata Kunci: Kecerdasan Spasial, Gaya Belajar, Hasil Belajar           ABSTRACT All the time of learning system, teachers less focus on the variety of student’s intelligence, even though, those intelligences should be enriched and developed by students through the help of teachers. One of the intelligences is spatial intelligence This intelligence is indispensable to the subject of mathematics. So the knowledge of teachers to help encourage students' skills is necessary. Furthermore, teachers need to understand student’s learning style to optimize the teaching strategy which fits with their character, so that, the students can study more accurate. Based on the above, the following problems should be solved as the formulation problems of this research, that is, Is there any effect from difference of spatial intelligence based on visual, audio, and kinesthetic student’s study style to the study result on line and angle courseThis research uses quantitative approach, where the number of populations is 399 students. Stratifed random sampling is used to get the research sample that contains 200 students. There are some methods to collect data, i.e. test, questionnaire, and documentation. According to the signification value that gets 0,00 <0,05, the result of this research shows that there is an effect from spatial intelligence based on study style to study result on line and angle course.     Abstract: The discourse between Islam and the State in Indonesia is almost dominated by symbiotic-mutualistic relations. Islam considers State enforcement is one of the means for bringing people closer to Allah Almighty. One of the Indonesian prominent figures of this idea is Zainal Abidin Ahmad of Minangkabau Sumatra, a disciple of Hamka, a politician, a former deputy chairman of the House of Representatives. This paper aims to answer the question of how is the Islamic Conception of State and its Implementation in the Indonesian Territories being adjusted. At the end of the paper it is explained that the Concept of the Islamic State, according to Zainal Abidin shows three basic principles, namely (1) there is a government of the people conducted in consultation (h}uku>mah al-ummah shu>riyah), (2) it has the sources of law (us}u>l al-tashri>’), and (3) there is a demarcation of power in the State’s authority (taqsi>m al-sult}at). Furthermore, based on fiqh siyasah: in the time of the Prophet and al-Khulafa al-Rasyidin, the life of Muslims as a community (nation) is entirely discretional to the rules of the pattern that they will adopt in governing themself.     Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran PBL Berbasis Masalah Realistik terhadap Minat dan Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa

    ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh model pembelajaran PBL berbasis masalah realistik terhadap minat dan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VII pada materi persamaan dan pertidaksamaan linier satu variabel MTs Darul Falah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian Quasi Experimental dengan desain penelitian Posttest-Only Control Group Design. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes, angket dan dokumentasi. Analisis uji hipotesis menggunakan uji Independent Sample T-test. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa1) Tidak ada pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran PBL berbasis masalah realistik terhadap minat belajar matematika siswakelas VII pada materi persamaan dan pertidaksamaan linier satu variabel MTs Darul Falah. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan perolehan thitung< ttabel yaitu 0,180 < 1,99 dan nilai sig. (2-tailed) > 0,05 yaitu 0,857 > 0,05 ; 2) Ada pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran PBL berbasis masalah realistik terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswakelas VII pada materi persamaan dan pertidaksamaan linier satu variabel MTs Darul Falah. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan perolehan thitung> ttabel yaitu 2,035 > 1,99 dan nilai sig. (2-tailed) < 0,05 yaitu 0,046 < 0,05.  Kata Kunci:Model Pembelajaran, PBL, Masalah Realistik, Minat Belajar, Hasil Belajar     ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of realistic problem-based PBL learning model on the interests and learning outcomes of grade VII mathematics students on the subject of equation and linear inequality of one variable of MTs Darul Falah. The method used in this study is a method with a quantitative approach and the type of Quasi Experimental research with Posttest-Only Control Group Design research design. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used were tests, questionnaires and documentation. Analysis of the hypothesis test using the Independent Sample T-test. Based on the results of the study show that 1) There is no effect of the application of realistic problem-based PBL learning models to students' interest in learning mathematics in class VII on the material equation and linear inequality of one variable MTs Darul Falah. This is evidenced by the acquisition of tcount<ttable which is 0.180 <1.99 and the value of sig.     This researc aims to determine a) communication metematis verbal  in terms of cognitive style FD, b) mathematical communication is non-verbal  in terms of cognitive style FD, c) communication metematis verbal in terms of cognitive style FI, and d) mathematical communication is non-verbal in terms of cognitive style FI. This study used qualitative approach with descriptive research. The research location in Madrasah Tsanawiyyah. The data collection technique used was test, interview, observation and documentation. Teknik of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Checking the validity of the data is done with regularity observation, triangulation and peer examination. The results of this study indicate that: a) mathematical communication verbally owned learners FD less fulled indicators and looks less active when the following study, b) mathematical communication is non-verbal owned learners FD less fulled indicators that have been defined and looks more like to do the task in groups, c) mathematical communication verbally owned by learners FI fulled the indicators that have been established and were active in the following study, and d) mathematical communication is non-verbal owned learners FI fulled indicators that have been set, although how to deliver it only briefly.     Efektivitas Latihan Handgrip Dengan Beban Tekanan 30 Kg Terhadap Peningkatan Kekuatan Otot Tangan Siswa Ekstrakurikuler Bola Voli Di SMPN 3 Sleman

    This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of handgrip training with a pressure load of 30 kg on increasing hand muscle strength (2) the difference in the effect of handgrip training with a pressure load of 30 kg between the treatment group and the control group on increasing hand muscle strength. This type of research is an experiment with a one group pre test and post test design. The sample in this study amounted to 77 people who were taken using a random sampling technique. Subjects were divided into 2 groups, namely the group that was given treatment as many as 36 people and the control group as many as 31 people. The instrument used is to measure hand muscle strength, namely the handgrip dynamometer test. The data analysis technique used was the independent sample t test and continued with the paired sample t-test. The results showed that: 1) There was a significant effect of handgrip dynamometer training on increasing hand muscle strength with a significance value of less than 0.05 (p <0.05). 2) There was a significant difference in the effect between the treatment group and the control group on increasing hand muscle strength, it was proven that the average hand muscle strength in the treatment group was 53.76 while the hand muscle strength in the control group was 40.75 with a post-test average difference of 13.01. The group that was given the treatment had better hand muscle strength compared to the control group that didn't get the treatment

    ABSTRAK  Penelitian ini mengangkat judul tentang “Pengaruh pelatihan karyawan terhadap produktivitas kerja di PT. Pacific Indo Packing Surabaya”. Pelatihan merupakan salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia, melalui pengubahan atau penambahan keterampilan terhadap bidang kerja masing-masing. Dengan diberikan pelatihan maka pekerja memperoleh pengetahuan yang luas, mampu meningkatkan keterampilan, keahlian dan sikap dalam bekerja serta mampu menghadapi masalah dalam pekerjaannya. Produktivitas secara umum dapat diartikan sebagai tingkat perbandingan antara hasil keluaran (output) dengan masukan (input). Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Variabel yang diteliti adalah variabel bebas  yaitu pelatihan kerja dan variabel terikat yaitu produktivitas karyawan. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dan angket disebar pada sejumlah sampel yaitu seluruh karyawan bagian produksi berjumlah 35 orang karyawan. Tehnik analisis data menggunakan uji t dalam analisis regresi linier sederhana. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa pelatihan karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja di PT. Pacific Indo Pcking Surabaya. Semakin seringnya pelatihan diberikan dan dilaksanakan secara terus-menerus atau berkelanjutan maka akan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan kreativitas kerja dari masing-masing karyawan.     Kata kunci: Pelatihan, Produktivitas   ABSTRACT This study raised the title of the training effect on employee productivity in PT. Pacific Indo Packing Surabaya. Training is one way to improve the quality of human resources through the alteration or addition to the skills of their respective work. With the training who is given to employees then able obtain extensive knowledge, able improve the skills, expertise and attitude in work and able to deal with problems at work. Productivity in General can be interpreted as the ratio of the rate of the output (output) with input (input). The type of research is quantitative deskriptive study, The variables examined are free variables are bound variables and job training that is employee productivity.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan lempar tangkap bola soft ball terhadap kerasnya pukulan pada atlet bola voli selabora uny putra usia 12-15 tahun. Metode penelitian ini adalah Quasi Eksperimental, desain penelitian menggunakan One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Populasi penelitian adalah atlet bola voli SELABORA UNY putra yang berjumlah 32 atlet. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik random sampling, penentuan sampelnya dilakukan secara acak karena keterbatasan alat di dapat 20 atlet. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur keras pukulan adalah dengan memukul bola voli ke lantai tepat sasaran jauhnya pantulan menandakan kerasnya pukulan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t (paired sample t test), tes awal dan tes akhir. Berdasarkan hasil uji t telah diperoleh nilai t hitung (4,263) > t tabel (2,093), atau nilai p (0,000) < dari 0,05. Dengan demikian ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari latihan lempar tangkap bola soft ball terhadap keranya pukulan bola voli pada atlet bola voli SELABORA UNY putra usia 12-15 tahun

    PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN PENUMPANG KERETA COMMUTER LINE DI STASIUN KALIDERES

    This study aims to determinethe influenceof service quality to customer satisfaction of Commuter Line at Kalideres station. Population of this study is some customers deemed to represent the entire population as respondentacquired from data of about 1,000 customers depart from and arrive at Kalideresstation in March 2021. 136 respondents are used as sample based on slovin formula because the sample of study is accidental sampling. Data is collected by questionnaire using likert scale. This study is analyzed by data quality test (validity and realiability tests), classical assumption test, linear regression analysis, hypothetical test (T and F tests), moment product correlation, and coefficient of determination using SPSS 25. Collected data shows that service quallity affects significantly to customer satisfaction of Commuter Line at Kalideres station as shown by R square value by 0.316 which means that service quality can indicate customer satisfaction variable of Commuter Line at Kalideresstation by 31.6% while the remaining 68.4% is indicated by another variable which is not explained in this study by the writer. The conclusion of this study is the better service quality provided to customers, the effect will be on customer satisfaction in using Commuter Line. It is recommended that the provider of transportation considers safe, comfortable access to station for customers in addition to service quallity inside the station
