    LEARNING TIME MANAGEMENT, LEARNING ENVIRONMENT IN-HOME AND LEARNING MOTIVATION WITH MATHEMATICS LEARNING OUTCOMES

    Poor student learning outcomes are associated with many factors. The relationship between learning time management, learning environment in the home, and learning motivation are possible related to learning outcomes. This research aims to determine the presence or absence of positive and significance the relationship between learning time management, learning environment in-home, and learning motivation with Mathematics Learning Outcomes in Students Class X Motorcycle Engineering (TSM) of State Vocational High School (SMK Negeri)) 1 Pleret Bantul Regency in even semester in the academic year of 2016/2017. This research population was the students of X TSM grade in SMK Negeri 1 Pleret Bantul Regency in 2016/2017, consisting of class X TSM A and X TSM B, totaling 66 students. Samples were taken from X TSM A as the research sample class and with the random sampling technique. The writer uses the questionnaire method to collect the data of learning independence, parent's attention, and student's interaction with teacher and test method to get the resulting learning of math. The research instrument: validity test, different power test, and reliability test. Test requirement analysis includes a test of normality, a test of linearity, and independence. The writer uses product-moment correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis to analyze the data. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between learning time management, learning environment in the home, and learning motivation with mathematics learning outcomes in students class X TSM in even Semester of SMK Negeri 1 Pleret Bantul Regency in the academic year of 2016/2017. It is showed by Fcount > Ftable is 6,8465 >2,92 with R = 0,6375 and R2 = 0,4064 with Y ̂=(201,9710)+0,3909 X_1+0,3076 X_2+0,8385 X_3, with RC〖 X〗_1=23,9976 %, RC〖 X〗_2=20,1644 % and RC X_3=55,8380 %, EC X_1=9,7528%, EC X_2=8,1949% and EC X_3=22,6929%

    Di zaman sekarang ini, menghafal Al-Qur’an bukan hanya dilakukan oleh santri pondok pesantren, melainkan siswa biasa yang tidak menetap di pondok pesantren pun bisa menghafal Al-Qur’an. Seperti halnya dengan siswa reguler di MA Al-Ishlah Bobos, mereka tidak menetap di pondok pesantren akan tetapi mereka mampu menghafal beberapa juz Al-Qur’an. Menghafal Al-Qur’an bukan perkara mudah walapun ayat Al-Qur’an sendiri mudah untuk dihafalkan, Dalam prosesnya tentu tidak berjalan lancar begitu saja, banyak hambatan yang dialami oleh siswa, namun mereka mampu mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Hal ini dikarenakan para siswa memiliki sebuah motivasi yang besar untuk menjadi seorang penghafal Al-Qur’an. Dengan adanya motivasi dalam diri, proses menghafal akan lebih maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi siswa dalam menghafal Al-Qur’an di MA Al-Ishlah Bobos, serta untuk mengetahui hambatan dan solusi siswa dalam menghafal Al-Qur’an. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya dianalisis dengan mereduksi data, menyajikan data kemudian penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi yang dimiliki siswa MA Al-Ishlah Bobos dalam menghafal Al-Qur’an ada dua macam, yakni motivasi intrinsik dan ekstrinsik. Motivasi intrinsik yang mendorong siswa untuk menghafal Al-Qur’an adalah ingin mendapat ridho dan derajat yang tinggi disisi Allah SWT. Sedangkan motivasi ekstrinsik yang mendorong siswa untuk menghafal Al-Qur’an adalah ingin membahagiakan orangtua dan termotivasi dari teman. Selain itu, ada beberapa kendala yang dialami siswa ketika menghafal, yakni: rasa malas, bosan, atau lelah; bermkasiat; sibuk dengan tugas sekolah; dan yang sering dialami adalah lupa. Dalam mengatasi hambatan-hambatan menghafal, ada beberapa solusi yang digunakan oleh siswa MA Al-Ishlah Bobos diantaranya yakni memiliki target hafalan dan menghibur diri, menjauhi perbuatan maksiat, mampu mengatur waktu, dan mengulang hafalan (muroja’ah)

    The writing of this thesis aims to analyze how the marketing strategy and the obstacles and how to solve the marketing of Tapenas Hasanah iB Savings products. The background of this thesis writing is the increasing development of the number of savings product customers in the North Jakarta Branch. However, the growth in the number of customers in Savings products is not followed in Tapenas Hasanah iB Savings Products which experienced a not significant increase compared to the previous year. It is interesting for researchers to know and analyze further how the marketing strategy and what are the constraints and solutions that influence it.In this study, researchers used descriptive qualitative research methods by means of library research and direct research in the field. This research was conducted from mid to late 2018 at PT. Bank BNI Syariah North Jakarta Branch Office. The source of information obtained by the author is the employee and customer of BNI Syariah North Jakarta Branch Office. The conclusion of this study is that the lack of promotional activities and savings programs made the Tapenas Hasanah iB Savings experience no progress. The solution is to facilitate the requirements for opening Savings and routinely increase understanding and selling skills to unit funding so that it can easily market Tapenas Hasanah iB Savings products.

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengelolaan Laboratorium Adminitrasi Perkantoran d SMK YPLP PGRI 1 Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan informan yaitu Kepala Sekolah, Wakasek Sarana dan Prasarana, Ketua Jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran, Kepala Laboratorium Administrasi Perkantoran, serta 3 orang siswa administrasi perkantoran. Menggunakan tehnik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk menjelaskan dan memberikan gambaran terhadap pengelolaan laboratorium adminitrasi perkantoran dengan memerhatikan beberapa deskripsi fokus seperti perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pemeliharaan, dan pengawasan sehingga proses pengelolaan laboratorium dapat berjalan dengan baik.     A PRAGMATIC ANALYSIS OF FACE THREATENING DISAGREEMENT ACTS IN PONSLODT’S THE SPECTACULAR NOW

    This research aims at describing how the face threatening disagreement acts are realized by the characters in Ponslodt’s The Spectacular Now, and at identifying the type of responses shown to the face threatening disagreement acts in the movie. This study applies descriptive qualitative method to analyse the data. Furthermore, the form of the data are utterances spoken by the characters of The Spectacular Now. The context of this research are dialogues of the movie, and the main source of the data is the movie itself. The primary instrument of this research is the researcher herself while the secondary instrument is the data sheet used to help the researcher collect and analyse the data. Trustworthiness of this study is gained through triangulation by the supervisor, other researchers, and by theories. The result of the research are as follows. First, the characters in the movie realize their face threatening disagreement acts in three ways: 1) using a short direct opposite orientation, 2) employing a sarcastic remark, and 3) asking a short rude question. A short direct opposite orientation comes out as the most dominant one. This is because it is more direct and simple, and it has denotative meaning which reveals the opinion of the speaker immediately. Second, there are three types of responses employed by the characters: 1) accepting the face threatening disagreement act, 2) countering the face threatening disagreement act: a) offensive strategy, and b) defensive strategy, and 3) choosing not to respond. Countering the face threatening disagreement acts is revealed as the most dominant type of response employed. This is influenced mainly by the type of disagreement they encounter.     Purpose: This research aimed to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of marketing strategies in increasing occupancy rate at the Jayakarta Lombok Beach Resort & Spa, West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. Research methods: The analysis techniques used were quantitative Descriptive Analysis, Qualitative Descriptive Analysis, Internal Factor Analysis Summary (IFAS) Matrix, External Factor Analysis Summary (EFAS) Matrix, Internal - External (IE) Matrix, SWOT Analysis, and Quantitative Strategic Planning Analysis (QSPM) Matrix. Findings: Based on the results of IFAS matrix analysis, the main strength wasobtaining benefits from room usagein line with the reality from which room sales couldincrease hotel revenue. Based on the results of EFAS matrix analysis, the main opportunity was the government's policy related to the COVID19 pandemic with use the hotel as a place of isolation.     Social Media Marketing to Increase Brand Awareness at Conrad Bali Resort & Spa

    Purpose: This study aims to determine the effect of social media marketing on brand awareness among Conrad Bali Resort & Spa Instagram followers and the communities. Research methods: The research-er used a mixed method, namely qualitative and quantitative analysis. Data collection is conducted by an online survey to the Conradbali's Instagram followers & the public, totaling of 43 samples. The method used in the sampling technique was probability sampling with simple random sampling tech-nique and interviews with Senior Digital Marketing Manager & Assistant Digital Marketing Manager at Conrad Bali Resort & Spa. The analysis techniques used in this research are validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, assumption test (normality test and linearity test), and simple linear regression with hypothesis testing (t test and coefficient of determination test). Findings: The results of the study show that social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on brand awareness. The beta value in the unstandardized coefficient column is 0.456 and the t test it is known that the calculated t value is 30.692 greater than t table with a value of 1.682 so that H0 is rejected. The R square value is 0.189, meaning that 18.9% of brand awareness that occurs can be explained by variables social media marketing. Implication: Many companies have used the social media marketing including Conrad Bali Resort & Spa

    Climbers’ Behavior in Reducing Environmental Damage at Mount Batur

    Purpose: This study aims to determine behavior of climbers and to find out the efforts made by the tracking manager to minimize environmental damage caused by climbing or tracking activities as well as maintaining personal safety for climbers in Mount Batur area, Bangli, Bali. Research methods: This study used a qualitative descriptive method. Apart from being a literature study, this research uses observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Result and discussion: The results of the study show that the climbers who often say they are nature lovers have awareness of environmental sustainability starting from being aware of the garbage around and complying with the regulations that have been made by the manager to avoid environmental damage and maintain their own safety so that unwanted events in the climbing process can be avoided. Implications: The results of this study are expected to be used as parameters in decision making for the managers of the Mount Batur area and it is also hoped that climbers can jointly maintain and comply with existing regulations for the preservation of this mountain

    Implementation of Digital Marketing in Increasing Room Occupancy Rate at Hilton Bali Resort Hotel

    Purpose: This study aims to analyze the application of digital marketing dimensions and the influence of digital marketing on room occupancy rates at the Hilton Bali Re-sort hotel in the Nusa Dua tourism area, Bali, Indonesia. Research methods: The data are obtained from interviews, documentation, litera-ture studies, and distributed questionnaires to 60 respondents. The question-naires data is then processed using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square technique (SEM-PLS) by using SmartPLS that presented in the table. Findings: The implementation of each digital marketing dimension by the Hilton Bali Resort management, and the impact of digital marketing in increasing the room occupancy rate at the Hilton Bali Resort. Implication: The hotel management needs to create better quality content and promotional methods through online media so that online media customers know and are interested in products from Hilton Bali Resort
