El patrimonio arquitectónico, con su componente cultural, puede servir de base para la dinamización de muchos municipios, si se correlaciona con el sector turístico. Este trabajo se centra en el análisis del centro histórico de Llíria denominado Vila Vella con el objetivo de revitalizar el mismo, según principios internacionales expresados por la UNESCO y las cartas Internacionales que están basados en la conservación y protección del patrimonio existente. Por otra parte, se va proponer una puesta en valor y dinamización económica proponiendo una planificación estratégica. Con ello, se conseguirá aptitudes de respeto y protección no sólo al patrimonio existente que integra la Vila Vella, sino también al paisaje urbano que lo conforma y al medioambiente en general.Villarino Tamame, C. Diseño de una central geotérmica de 60 MW usando el software C.O.C.O

En este trabajo de fin de máster se aborda el diseño de una central geotérmica de 60 MW empleando el paquete COFE del software de simulación COCO. Para ello se establecen unas condiciones de entrada, a partir de las cuales se diseñan cuatro sistemas de generación: flash simple, flash doble, combinado flash simple-doble e híbrido flashbinario. A través del análisis energético y exergético se establece que el mejor sistema de generación es el híbrido flash-binario, del que se exponen los resultados termodinámicos pertinentes con el fin de conocer su funcionamiento y de comprender el aprovechamiento por parte de la planta de la energía suministrada al sistema. A continuación, se realiza un estudio paramétrico de diferentes variables para así optimizar el diseño del proyecto, finalizando con la exposición de diferentes modelos comerciales de los equipos principales y de un estudio económico que concluye que la planta diseñada resultaría viable económicamente mediante la aplicación de las ayudas estatales correspondientes. ABSTRACT This master thesis deals with a geothermal power plant design operating at 60 MW with the CAPE-OPEN to CAPE-OPEN software COCO simulator. In order to achieve this goal four power plants were designed: single-flash, double-flash, combined single- and double-flash, and hybrid flash-binary. An energetic and exergetic analysis was made as a means to stablish the most suitable power plant for geofluid entry conditions, resulting in the election of the hybrid flash-binary power plant. This power plant was further analyzed to become familiar with its performance and to comprehend the level of geofluid entry energy exploitation. A parametric study was conducted to optimize the selected design, followed by the description of different commercial models for the most important equipment.
