Afectación a la imputación necesaria en delito de lavado de activos en una fiscalía especializada de Lima Centro, 2022

La presente tesis tuvo como como objetivo general determinar cómo se ve afectada la imputación necesaria en delito de lavado de activos en una fiscalía especializada de Lima Centro, 2022, enfocando el estudio desde una investigación cualitativa con un enfoque fenomenológico y de nivel descriptivo, utilizando la técnica de entrevista y en la aplicación de la guía de entrevista como instrumento para la recolección de datos con preguntas abiertas, se determinó que, la imputación necesaria en el delito de lavado de activos, implica presentar una acusación precisa y correcta al imputado, informándole sobre los hechos delictivos por los cuales está siendo investigado, es necesario que estos hechos estén relacionados con delitos previos tomándose en cuenta el origen ilícito del dinero, siendo fundamental que, la fiscalía precise el delito previo para garantizar los derechos de los acusados a conocer los fundamentos de la acusación y no afectar el principio de imputación necesaria. Y si bien es cierto, la investigación puede comenzar con una sospecha simple, con solo esta, el fiscal no puede basar la formalización de la investigación preparatoria, mucho menos su acusación

Efectos del programa Dialoteca en la comprensión lectora de estudiantes de quinto grado de educación primaria en una institución educativa de San Isidro

El objetivo de esta investigación fue determinar los efectos del programa Dialoteca en la comprensión lectora de estudiantes de quinto grado de primaria en una institución educativa de San Isidro. Para dicho fin, se realizó una investigación de nivel explicativo con un diseño pre experimental, con pre y post test, y en una muestra de quince estudiantes, quienes se encontraban en los niveles de inicio y proceso durante el primer semestre del año académico 2019 de acuerdo a las evaluaciones de la institución educativa. Se utilizó como instrumento el ACL -5. Los resultados mostraron diferencia significativa entre el pre y el pos test en la comprensión lectora general, así como en sus dimensiones literal e inferencial; asimismo, se encontró diferencia, aunque no significativa, en la dimensión reorganizacional. Se concluye que el programa Dialoteca incrementa la comprensión lectora de los estudiantes.The aim of this research was to determinate the effects of the Dialoteca program in the reading comprehension of fifth grade students from an elementary school in San Isidro. For this purpose, an explanatory research was carried out with a pre experimental design, taking into account a pre and post test with a sample of fifteen students who, in relation to reading comprehension, were in the beginning and in development levels during the first semester of the academic year 2019 according to the school´s evaluations. The ACL -5 was used as the instrument. The results exposed a meaningful difference between the pre and post test on general reading comprehension, as well as on its dimensions literal and inferential Furthermore, there is a difference, although it is not meaningful, in the reorganizational dimension. A Fresh Catch of Massive Binaries in the Cygnus OB2 Association

Massive binary stars may constitute a substantial fraction of progenitors to supernovae and gamma-ray bursts, and the distribution of their orbital characteristics holds clues to the formation process of massive stars. As a contribution to securing statistics on OB-type binaries, we report the discovery and orbital parameters for five new systems as part of the Cygnus OB2 Radial Velocity Survey. Four of the new systems (MT070, MT174, MT267, and MT734 (a.k.a. VI Cygni #11) are single-lined spectroscopic binaries while one (MT103) is a double-lined system (B1V+B2V). MT070 is noteworthy as the longest period system yet measured in Cyg OB2, with P=6.2 yr. The other four systems have periods ranging between 4 and 73 days. MT174 is noteworthy for having a probable mass ratio q<0.1, making it a candidate progenitor to a low-mass X-ray binary. These measurements bring the total number of massive binaries in Cyg OB2 to 25, the most currently known in any single cluster or association.Comment: Accepted for publication in the Astrophysical Journa

Obtaining Enzymatic Extract from Pleurotus spp. Associated with an Integrated Process for Conversion of Lignocellulosic Biomass to Bioproducts

The pretreatment of biomass has been integrated with enzyme production through the recycling of aqueous fractions. A process integrated with Pleurotus cystidiosus was grown, and enzymatic hydrolysis was realized. Samples of every liquid fraction from the fungal growing medium were analyzed to determine the chemical oxygen demand (OCD), glucose (Glu), xylose (Xyl), and total reducing sugars (RS). Separately, to obtain valuable polymers from this integration process, solid hemicellulose and lignin were isolated from the remaining liquid fractions through pH variation. The composition of the samples was determined using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), optical stereoscopic microscopy, and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy and was compared with commercial homologs. The maximum conversion of cellulose to glucose by the obtained liquid fraction of the fungal medium was 61.3 ± 0.9% of the theoretical conversion yield of the commercial enzyme. Similarly, the conversion of hemicelluloses to xylose was 69.5 ± 1.5%. Finally, in this work, an integrated platform for cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin, enzymatic extract, and sugars production, which also significantly reduces water consumption, was proposed

The Effect of Adding Zeolite in the Feed of Chickens Cobb 500

[EN] The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of the addition of zeolite on the feeding of Cobb 500 chickens in the productive parameters. The work was carried out in an integral farm of Ecuador, adopting the standards of biosafety and animal welfare for the breeding of poultry; no vaccines or drugs were administered. 200 chickens (1-day old) were studied for 42 days and distributed in 5 treatments, each one with 4 replicates (10 chickens per replicate, randomly selected); the treatments were: T1(control), T2(zeolite 2%), T3(zeolite 3%), T4(zeolite 4%) and T5(zeolite 5%). All of the groups were fed with BALMAR, a commercial feed (Pre-initial: 22.56% CP, 3150 Kcal/kg ME; initial: 21% CP, 3200 Kcal/kg ME; grow-out: 19.5% CP, 3250 Kcal/Kg ME), T1 included a commercial toxin trapper, for all other groups zeolite was added as a substitute for the commercial toxin trap. The variables studied were: feed and water consumption, feed conversion ratio, live weight and mortality. The data were processed with the statistical program Stat graphics Centurion XV.I, by means of ANOVA analysis. The results of this experiment showed that there were no significant statistical differences in water consumption, food intake and feed conversion when comparing the treatments with the control, although, the final weight showed statistical difference (p<0.05). The highest mortality was recorded in T1 (12.5%). Aspectos psico-espirituales medidos con la FACIT-Sp en pacientes con cáncer estadio IV

Objective: To describe different psycho-spiritual elements in a sample of stage IV cancer patients from a public hospital in Lima, Peru, through the application of the Functional Assessment of Chronic Illness Therapy - Spiritual Well-Being (FACIT-Sp) scale. Methods: Application of FACIT-Sp to a sample of patients (n = 100) diagnosed with stage IV cancer at the Oncology Service of the Hospital Nacional Arzobispo Loayza. The 33-question instrument, designed to evaluate psycho-spiritual elements, analyzes five areas: social well-being (SWB), emotional well-being (EWB), functional well-being (FWB), meaning and peace (MP) and faith (F). Results: The most prominent aspect was F (average score=13.53 ± 3.05, corresponding to 84.56% of the maximum possible score), and the lowest was FWB (average score=15.79 ± 6.89, corresponding to 56.39% of the maximum possible score). Conclusions: According to FACIT-Sp, the most developed psycho-spiritual aspect among the participating patients was the one related to Faith, whereas the least developed, the one linked to the area of Functional Well-Being.Objetivo: Describir los diferentes elementos psico-espirituales en pacientes con cáncer aplicando la escala Functional Assessment of Chronic Illness Therapy - Spiritual Well Being, FACIT-Sp (Evaluación Funcional de Terapia de Enfermedades Crónicas y Bienestar Espiritual). Métodos: Aplicación de la escala a una muestra de pacientes (n = 100) con diagnóstico de cáncer, estadio IV, del Servicio de Oncología del Hospital Nacional Arzobispo Loayza. El instrumento de 33 preguntas examina cinco áreas: bienestar social (SWB), bienestar emocional (EWB), bienestar funcional (FWB), sentido y paz (MP) y fe (F). Resultados: En la muestra estudiada, el aspecto más resaltante fue el relacionado con F (puntaje promedio=13,53 ± 3,05, correspondiente al 84,56% del puntaje máximo posible) y el más bajo fue el vinculado a FWB (puntaje promedio=15,79 ± 6,89, correspondiente al 56,39% del puntaje máximo posible). Conclusiones: De acuerdo a FACIT-Sp, el aspecto psico-espiritual más desarrollado en los pacientes de la muestra estudiada fue el relativo a la Fe y el menos desarrollado, el vinculado al área de Bienestar Funcional
