De ordine nos ubica justo en sus inicios en diálogo con el neoplatonismo. El texto se refiere a la Providencia y entonces al ordo rerum, aparentemente rebatido por el escándalo del mal; en efecto, no resulta posible afirmar que nada sucede fuera de la Providencia, si el acontecimiento originario del mal no puede reconducirse al orden de Dios. Agustín recurre al argumento estético: se apaga la luz del ser para quien no es capaz de gozar plenamente la belleza. Ello requiere, ya desde Platón, de una ascesis de los sentidos, que aquí se mantiene mediante el estudio asiduo de las artes liberales. The text refers to Providence and then to the ordo rerum, apparently refuted by the scandal of evil; indeed, it is not possible to affirm that nothing happens outside of Providence, if the original event of evil cannot be reconducted to the order of God. Augustine resorts to the aesthetic argument: the light of being is turned off for those who are not able to fully enjoy beauty. This requires, since Plato, an ascesis of the senses, which is maintained here through the assiduous study of the Liberal Arts. Systematic review: Advances of fat tissue engineering as bioactive scaffold, bioactive material, and source for adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells in wound and scar treatment

Fat tissue (FT) has been used for many years in regenerative surgery as a bioactive material through the lipofilling/fat graft (F-GRF)-nano-fat technique, as a bioactive scaffold when it was enriched with adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (AD-MSCs) contained in the stromal vascular fraction (SVF), and as a direct source of AD-MSCs used in wound healing (WH) and scar treatment (ST). This systematic review aims to describe the advances in FT engineering applied to regenerative surgery (from bench to clinic), through the use of AD-MSCs, SVF contained in F-GRF in WH and ST. The work has been performed by assessing in the selected studies autologous graft of AD-MSCs, SVF, and F-GRF compared to any control for ST and WH. The protocol was developed following the Preferred Reporting for Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses-Protocols (PRISMA-P) guidelines. A multistep search of the PubMed, MEDLINE, Embase, PreMEDLINE, Ebase, CINAHL, PsycINFO, Clinicaltrials.gov, Scopus database, and Cochrane databases has been performed to identify papers on AD-MSCs, SVF, and F-GRF use in WH and ST in which FT was used as bioactive material-scaffold and source of AD-MSCs. Of the 714 articles initially identified, 453 articles focusing on regenerative strategies in WH and ST were selected and, consequently, only 84 articles that apparently related to AD-MSC, SVF, and F-GRF were analyzed. Of these, 61 articles identified as pre-clinical, experimental, and in vitro, and 5 articles identified as a comment and systematic review were excluded. Only 18 original articles which strictly and exclusively focused on autologous AD-MSCs, SVF, and F-GRF in ST and WH were analyzed. The included studies had to match predetermined criteria according to the PICOS (patients, intervention, comparator, outcomes, and study design) approach. The identified studies described microscopic and clinical outcomes in patients treated with AD-MSCs, SVF, and F-GRF. Collected data confirmed the safety and efficacy of FT both as bioactive material-scaffold and source of AD-MSCs in WH and ST without major side effects

A metafísica platônica nos fundamentos do dualismo religioso. Uma exegese valentiniana no prólogo de São João

The purpose of the article is to show that the foundations of a dualistic theology of Christian roots are found in the point of connection between platonic metaphysics, gnostic myths and exegesis. It highlights the way in which platonic metaphysics was developed in a completely different way than what is known as "Metaphysics of Exodus". It considers that myth -as an expressive vehicle of religious experience and having a polyvalent logic- was a decisive element for the transmission of gnostic tradition. Thus, the article concentrates on the gnostic understanding of "The Prologue of John", which focuses on the Christological function of Jesus, bearing in mind the difficulties involved in the indifference with which this tradition dealt with Incarnation. The tools for the exegesis are taken from Hellenic tradition as a form to clarify the gnostic intuition concerning the stages of the propagation of the divine, both before and after the FallLa tesis del presente artículo sostiene que los fundamentos de una teología dualista de raigambre cristiana se encuentran en la interrelación entre metafísica platónica, mito gnóstico y exégesis; por tal motivo, hacemos especial énfasis en cómo la metafísica platónica se plasmó de un modo completamente diverso de lo que se conoce como "metafísica del Éxodo". Consideramos que el mito como vehículo expresivo de una experiencia religiosa constituyó, con su lógica polivalente, un elemento decisivo para la expresión de la tradición gnóstica. Nos detenemos en la comprensión del "Prólogo" de San Juan, que se centra en la función cristológica de Jesús, con las dificultades que implica la indiferencia con que dicha tradición consideró la Encarnación. Entendemos que las herramientas de esta exégesis provienen de la tradición helénica, en cuanto modo de precisar su intuición de las etapas de la propagación divina, tanto en la caída cósmica como antes de ella.A tese desse artigo afirma que os fundamentos de uma teología dualista de caráter cristã apontam à inter-relação entre metafísica platônica, mito gnóstico e exegese; salientamos, especificamente, como a metafísica platônica se formou de um modo diferente do que se conhece como "metafísica do Êxodo". Los argumentos para la comprensión de Dios en Clemente de Alejandría: Influjos órficos en "Stromata V"

In this article, we examine the incorporation of Orphic texts applied to the understanding of God according to Clement of Alexandria in Stromata V, within the process of receiving Hellenistic culture into the interpretation of the revealed data. Our explanation takes as its starting points the cultural context of Hellenism and its understanding of the cosmos and the divine as well as the form of allegorical interpretation of myth in Orphic verses. With philological method, we observe Clement’s mode of appropriation by differentiating the original quote in its context, the present context, and the hermeneutic intention.En el presente artículo examinamos la incorporación de textos órficos aplicados a la comprensión de Dios, según Clemente de Alejandría en Stromata V, dentro del proceso de recepción de la cultura helenística en la interpretación del dato revelado. Realizamos la exposición a partir del contexto cultural del helenismo y de su comprensión del cosmos y de lo divino y de la forma de interpretación alegórica del mito en los versos órficos

Abordaje quirurgico por via lingual de distintas patologias, relacionadas a dicha zona

EI maxilar inferior es un hueso impar, central, móvil y simétrico. La cara posterointema es la que merece mayor referencia para este trabajo. Aquí se encuentra el canal milohioideo, por donde discurre el nervio lingual, rama terminal del Nervio dentario inferior. La mucosa lingual es sumamente frágil y altamente irrigada al igual que todo el piso de la boca. Además de presentar distintas inserciones musculares. Teniendo en cuenta esto, que es demostrado por las distintas disecciones realizadas en maxilares cadavéricos y mas, se resolvió luego de estudiar los distintos casos clínicos y ayudados por técnicas de diagnostico por imágenes, seleccionar aquellos que fueran inherentes a este Trabajo de Tesis Doctoral: "Abordaje Quirúrgico por vía Lingual de distintas Patologías relacionadas a dicha zona". Se terminaron seleccionando 18 casos, (De 27 aproximadamente), los cuales fueron operados entre Agosto de 2001 a Agosto de 2005, encontraremos entre otros: "Dientes supernumerarios, dientes heterotópicos, dientes ectópicos, liberación y la posterior tracción de elementos retenidos, (Caninos), torus mandibulares, (En pacientes: dentados, parcialmente dentados y edéntulos), tumores odontogénicos, (Odontóma Complejo), épulis, frenotomia lingual y ránula. Todos ellos abordados por dicha vía, con una evolución muy apropiada y altamente positiva, y postoperatorios sin ningún tipo de riesgos quirúrgicos. Vale destacar que este sitio de abordaje es tan seguro como comprometido, si no se siguen las normas mas arriba establecidas. Este trabajo llevó varios años de evolución y evaluación, de corazón deseo, sea de gran utilidad para los que amamos la docencia y para quienes la reciben, y sienten día a día la necesidad de investigar, sin olvidar que trabajamos con, y sobre seres humanos

Educación humanística y crisis del siglo XX en Thomas Mann

We present the concept of humanism in Thomas Mann, as developed in his main works. The analysis of the inherited model leads to criticism of the ethics of European modernity in general, which he places as the cause of historical collapse. The author takes historical forces and fictionalizes them to show the reaches of a vital philosophy with a still unknown gravity. In the time of the First War he indicates the relation between a solidified bourgeoisie in solidarity with the German imperialism; In the time of World War, the uncontrolled display of primitive vitalisms, under the incestuous format of racism and its imposition through irrationality. As a novelist he places conflict in the concrete man; the failure of the great history of the world is shown in personal catastrophe. Through the topics of his novels he considers a rehabilitation of the idea of humanism.Realizamos una presentación del concepto de humanismo en Thomas Mann, desarrollado en sus principales obras. El análisis del modelo heredado lleva a la crítica de la ética de la modernidad europea en general, a la que ubica como causa del colapso histórico. El autor toma fuerzas históricas y las ficcionaliza para mostrar los alcances de una filosofía vital con gravedad aún desconocida. En tiempos de la Primera Guerra señala la relación entre una burguesía solidificada en solidaridad con el imperialismo germano; en tiempo de la Segunda Guerra, el despliegue descontrolado de vitalismos primitivos, bajo el formato incestuoso del racismo y su imposición mediante la irracionalidad. Como novelista ubica el conflicto en el hombre concreto; el fracaso de la gran historia del mundo se muestra en la catástrofe personal. A través de los tópicos de sus novelas considera una rehabilitación de la idea de humanismo
