Entrevista com o encenador Enrique Diaz, instigado a responder sobre os tensionamentos e procedimentos como diretor artístico da Companhia dos Atores, até 2012, e os utilizados em sua recente trajetória-solo, na qual encenou três textos de Daniel MacIvor. Situado neste entrelugar entre cena e performance, árvore e rizoma, sob influxo tanto de Artaud como da tradição do teatro moderno, Diaz oferece um campo de horizontes possíveis sobre as reconfigurações, agenciamentos e possibilidades da própria encenação contemporânea.

DE TREINADOR DE ALTO RENDIMENTO A PROFESSOR: PENSAR COMO TREINADOR, DECIDIR COMO PROFESSOR E PREPARAR ALUNOS PARA O MUNDO PROFISSIONAL

O objetivo central do estágio profissional foi acrescentar, ao estudante estagiário, competências em múltiplas áreas, tendo em conta a sua capacidade de intervenção em diversos campos do meio escolar. Destes, salientamos as principais vivências experienciadas, através de uma prática de ensino supervisionada. O estágio foi integrado no Mestrado em Ensino de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário, e teve a sua realização prática na Escola Secundária António Nobre, numa turma do Curso Profissional de Técnico(a) de Desporto. Especificamente, este relatório evidencia diversos aspetos temáticos, a saber: o contacto inicial com o ensino, a gestão da turma, o relacionamento com o contexto escolar e, ainda, o estudo da intervenção assente no perfil do professor de Educação Física, comparando com o perfil do treinador desportivo, sendo ligado ao processo de ensino profissional, o que possibilita a transferência de certos valores e traços de perfis do professor para uma outra função, o treino de alto rendimento e a atividade de treinador. Este estágio permitiu promover a mudança do estudante estagiário a favor de um futuro professor, na medida em que desenvolveu importantes vertentes, tais como: (i) o aluno é o foco central do ensino, sendo o professor um facilitador de aprendizagem; (ii) as regras são essenciais para o bom ambiente da aula; (iii) a melhor gestão da aula depende da estruturação prévia da aula e, assim, há um maior tempo potencial de aprendizagem do aluno; (iv) é fundamental a reflexão sobre a intervenção-ação. Nesta linha de pensamento, refira-se que o presente estágio fomentou um crescimento do estudante estagiário, relativamente à compreensão dos conteúdos programáticos, suportados pela cultura desportiva e pela competência de argumentação em relação a temáticas das ciências do desporto. Desta forma, o estudante estagiário evoluiu progressivamente, aprendendo a ter uma maior gestão do processo de ensino-aprendizagem, ganhando uma capacidade de integração na relação com os alunos, tendo por base a ideia de que o professor de Educação Física deverá estar ele próprio em permanente procura de conhecimento e de adaptação às novas gerações.The principal objective of the school placement was to add, to the student-teacher, skills in multiple areas, considering their ability to intervene in various fields of the school environment. Of these, we highlight the main experiences experienced, through a supervised teaching practice. The school placement was integrated in the Master's Degree in Teaching Physical Education in Basic and Secondary School System and had its practical realization in the António Nobre Secondary School, in a class of the Professional Course of Sports Technician. Specifically, this report highlights several thematic aspects, namely: the initial contact with teaching, class management, the relationship with the school context and also the study of the intervention based on the profile of the Physical Education teacher, comparing with the profile of the sports coach, connecting to the process of professional education, which enables the transfer of certain values and traits of teacher profiles to another function, the high-performance training and the activity of coaching. This school placement allowed to promote the change of the student-teacher in favor of a future teacher, to the extent that it developed important aspects, such as: (i) the student is the central focus of teaching, with the teacher being a learning facilitator; (ii) the rules are essential for the good environment of the class; (iii) the best management of the class depends on the prior structuring of the class and, thus, there is a greater potential time of student learning; (iv) reflection on the intervention-action is fundamental. In this line of thought, it should be noted that this school placement fostered a growth of the student-teacher, regarding the understanding of the programmatic contents, supported by the sports culture and the competence of argumentation in relation to themes of sports sciences. In this way, the student-teacher evolved progressively, learning to have a greater management of the teaching-learning process, gaining a capacity for integration in the relationship with the students, based on the idea that the Physical Education teacher should be himself in permanent search for knowledge and adaptation to the new generations

An Advertising Real-Time Intelligent and Scalable Framework for Profiling Customers Emotions

The advertising industry is continuously looking up for effective ways to communicate to customers to impact their purchasing. Usually, profiling them is a time-consuming offline activity. Therefore, it becomes necessary to reduce costs and time to address consumers’ needs. This work proposes a scalable framework enabled by a Machine Learning (ML) model to profile customers to identify their emotions to help to drive campaigns. A multi-platform mobile application continuously profiles consumers crossing the front stores. Profiling customers according to their age and hair color, the color of their eyes, and emotions (e.g. happiness, sadness, disgust, fear) will help companies to make the most suitable advertisement (e.g. to predict whether the advertising tones on the front store are the adequate ones). All that data are made available in web portal dashboards, wherein subscribers can take their analysis. Such results from the analysis data help them to identify tendencies regarding the culture and age, and drive companies to fit front stores accordingly (e.g. to discover the right tones for the season). This framework can help to develop new innovative cost-effective business models at scale by driving in real-time the advertisements to a huge number of consumers to maximize their impact and centralizing the data collected from a large number of stores to design future campaigns.info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersio
