Předmětem této bakalářské práce je vytápění a příprava teplé vody v bytovém domě v Rožnově pod Radhoštěm.Objekt má čtyři nadzemních podlaží a suterén. V každém nadzemním podlaží jsou dvě bytové jednotky. V suterénu se nachází technická místnost se zdrojem tepla, plynovou kaskádovou kotelnou. K vytápění slouží dvoutrubková otopná soustava. Otopnými plochami jsou deskováa trubková tělesa. Jako primární zdroj teplé vody slouží plynová kotelna, jako sekundární zdroj alternativní příprava pomocí solárního systému.The subject of this thesis is the heating and hot water preparation in the residential house in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm. Object has four floors and basement. In each floor there are two residential units. In thebasement there is a utility room with heating, gas boiler cascade. Used to heat-pipe heatingsystem. Heating surfaces are plate and tubular body. The primary source of hot water is gasboiler. As a secondary source of alternative preparation with solar system.

Diplomová práce zkoumá stav současného trhu s online Flash hrami. Analyzuje vývoj trhu za poslední tři roky a srovnává největší reklamní systémy. Popisují se zde způsoby licencování a fungování prodejních herních portálů. Výsledkem práce je vytvoření marketingového mixu, který bude určovat správný produkt, se kterým je vhodné vstoupit na trh.This thesis examines the current state of the market for online Flash games. It analyzes the market trends for the last three years and compares the largest advertising systems. There is description of the licensing ways and information how portals sell the games. Result of this work is to create a marketing mix that will determine the correct product with which it is appropriate to enter the market.

Je navržena plynová kotelna a v každém domě pak objektová předávací stanice, která se skládá z modulu TUV, ten zajišťuje distribuci teplé vody a z modulu ÚT, který zajišťuje distribuci topné vody v objektu. Každý objekt má tři nadzemní podlaží a v každém objektu se nachází 10 bytových jednotek. V 1.NP je technická místnost, kde je umístěna objektová předávací stanice. . K vytápění slouží dvoutrubková otopná soustava. Otopnými plochami jsou desková a trubková tělesa. Topná voda je do objektu distribuována z plynové kotelny která je společná pro tři objekty a umístěna jako samostatně stojící objekt.As a subject of this thesis is a design of heating and a water heating for three apartment buildings. There is designed one gas boiler room and in each of apartment buildings is designed the heat transfer station, which is consist of module of hot water which provides distribution of hot water and then is consist of module of central heating, which provides distribution of heating water in object. Each object have three floors and in each of objects is situated 10 housing units. In the first floor, there is a technical room, where the object’s transfer station is placed. For heating is used double-pipe heating system. As a heating surface are used tabular and tubular heaters. Red fox, Vulpes vulpes L., as a bioindicator of environmental pollution in the countryside of Czech Republic

The objective of this study is to determine the accumulation of heavy metals in the tissues of the small intestines of red foxes from 4 different areas of the northern part of the Czech Republic. The red foxes were relocated from countryside and free nature to the neighborhood of big cities in the last two decades, so it could be great indicator of pollution in these four different areas, with the focus on countryside problems with pollution of heavy metals. The heavy metal (Cd, Pb, Cr, Cu, Zn, Mn, Ni) concentrations in 27 samples and the relationships between heavy metal concentration in red fox tissue and the location of sample were investigated. The highest concentrations of Pb (0.684 mg.kg-1), Cr (0.162 mg.kg-1), Ni (0.235 mg.kg-1) and Zn (19.76 mg.kg-1 ) were found in tissues from mountain areas. The highest concentrations of Cd (0.047 mg.kg-1), Cu (1.474 mg.kg-1) and Mn (2.025 mg.kg-1) were measured in tissues from industrial agglomeration around the city Hradec Králové. Pb and Cr concentrations in tissues of red foxes from two areas (environs of the city Krasna Lipa and Hradec Kralove) exceeded the permissible food consumption limits.O

Diplomová práce obsahuje analýzu uspořádání výroby produktu Ascotherm eco z hlediska manipulace s materiálem a jejího přepravního výkonu. Součástí práce bylo také zhodnocení výroby ostatních produktů, které ovlivňují výrobu analyzovaného produktu Ascotherm eco. Pro analýzu byla využita metoda zhodnocení materiálové toku. Výsledkem práce bylo navržení nového uspořádání a racionalizace výrobních úseků. The thesis includes also an assessment of related productions of other products, which has an effect on production of Ascotherm eco. For the analysis the material flow evaluation method was used. Innovation of business process and information system realization

Cílem této diplomové práce je identifikace a realizace vybrané inovace související s informačním systémem podniku. První část práce se věnuje rešerši dostupné literatury a popisu vybraných metod. Druhá a třetí kapitola shrnuje teoretické poznatky v oblasti inovací, modelování podnikových procesů a programovacího jazyka Python. V praktické části je představen konkrétní podnik, je provedena analýza současného postavení na trhu a zjištěny silné a slabé stránky podniku. Na základě těchto zjištění je stanovena inovační strategie a zvoleny oblasti, ve kterých bude inovace provedena. Následuje praktické zmapování hlavních procesů podniku a návrh jejich změny. V poslední části je popsán nově vytvořený rezervační systém, který reprezentuje významnou inovaci realizovanou v této diplomové práci.The aim of this thesis is to identify and implement a selected innovation related to the information system of the company. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the search of available literature and description of selected methods. The second and third chapters summarize the theoretical knowledge in the field of innovation, business process modeling and the Python programming language. In the practical part, a specific enterprise is introduced, the current market position is analysed and the strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise are identified. Based on these findings, an innovation strategy is determined and the areas in which innovation will be implemented are selected. This is followed by a practical mapping of the company's main processes and a proposal for their change. In the last section, the newly developed reservation system is described, which represents a major innovation implemented in this thesis
