A escrita da história e seus despropósitos: uma experiência de pesquisa com Michel de Certeau e Manoel de Barros

Este trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar uma experiência de pesquisa sobre o cotidiano escolar de uma instituição educativa, na qual teve como principal referencial teórico Michel de Certeau, unido à poesia de Manoel de Barros. Para tanto, a experiência da pesquisa volta-se para destacar as artes de fazer, desde a iniciativa da construção da escola pela própria comunidade, como também no que se refere à dinâmica criadora, inventiva e astuciosa daqueles que participaram do seu cotidiano escolar. A metodologia está ancorada em uma pesquisa qualitativa, de cunho histórico e como recursos utilizou-se de testemunhos orais e documentos históricos sobre a educação da cidade de Sinop-MT. Trata-se de uma proposta de escrita da história que se assume como uma versão inacabada, repleta de despropósitos, como diria Manoel de Barros. Contudo, versa sobre a composição de uma história a contrapelo, a partir de olhares de um fazer ciência com arte e poesia, convidando o leitor a olhar para um passado, em que cada um, à sua maneira, exercia como ninguém suas artes de se fazer sujeito, cada qual com a singularidade que lhe era própria

Enhanced transmission through arrays of subwavelength holes in gold films coated by a finite dielectric layer

Enhanced transmissions through a gold film with arrays of subwavelength holes are theoretically studied, employing the rigid full vectorial three dimensional finite difference time domain method. Influence of air-holes shape to the transmission is firstly studied, which confirms two different resonances attributing to the enhanced transmission: the localized waveguide resonance and periodic surface plasmon resonances. For the film coated with dielectric layers, calculated results show that in the wavelength region of interest the localized waveguide resonant mode attributes to sensing rather than the periodic gold-glass surface plasmon mode. Although the detected peak is fairly broad and the shift is not too pronounced, we emphasize the contribution for sensing from the localized waveguide resonant mode, which may opens up new ways to design surface plasmon based sensors.Comment: 11 pages including 4 figures. Manifestation of Strong Quadrupole Light-Molecule Interaction in the SER and SEHR Spectra of Pyrazine and Phenazine

It is demonstrated that explanation of appearance of strong forbidden lines in the SEHR spectra of pyrazine and phenazine, caused by totally symmetric vibrations and also other details of their SER and SEHR spectra can be made on the base of the dipole-quadrupole theory. The main point of this theory is conception of a strong quadrupole light molecule interaction, arising in surface fields strongly varying in space near a rough metal surface. Existence of the pointed lines is a good corroboration of existence of the strong quadrupole light-molecule interaction.Comment: 31 pages 6 figure

Diálogos entre as gentes do mar e o estado : regulação e regularização dos territórios tradicionais pesqueiros

Para tanto, foi preciso analisar de que forma as identidades coletivas se forjam nos espaços imbuídos de história e significado, ou seja, nos territórios. Assim, trabalhar no sentido da descolonização do território, especialmente a partir da emergência do conceito de territorialidade, foi um importante método de compreensão e análise das relações específicas que as comunidades tradicionais pesqueiras possuem com o espaço e a natureza. A identidade dessas comunidades também é conformada a partir dos conflitos que enfrentam, dentre os quais, destacam-se a tentativa do Estado de industrializar a pesca artesanal, a criação de unidades de conservação em seus territórios e a elaboração de propostas de reconhecimento e regularização territorial que impõem uma noção de meio ambiente diferente da compartilhada pelas gentes do mar. O surgimento da ideia de Reservas Extrativistas no bojo do movimento nacional dos seringueiros e a sua institucionalização no Sistema Nacional de Unidades de Conservação suscita questões acerca dos limites e desafios da regulação e regularização de territórios tradicionais quando submetidas ao discurso da conservação ambiental. Colocadas essas questões e analisada a forma pela qual o Direito, ao capturar a realidade das gentes do mar, promove a sua redução e busca a inserção das comunidades de pescadores artesanais à chamada unidade nacional, torna-se essencial a crítica ao Direito e aos conceitos que ele utiliza para regular a territorialidade dessas gentes. In order to do so, it was necessary to analyze how collective identities are forged in spaces imbued with history and meaning, that is, in territories. Thus, working towards the decolonization of the territory, especially from the emergence of the concept of territoriality, was an important method of understanding and analyzing the specific relationships that traditional fishing communities have with space and nature. The identity of these communities is also shaped by the conflicts faced by them, such as the State's attempt to industrialize artisanal fishing, the creation of conservation units in their territories, as well as the elaboration of proposals for territorial recognition and regularization which impose a different notion of environment to that shared by the people of the sea. The emergence of the idea of Extractive Reserves within the national movement of rubber tappers and their institutionalization in the National Conservation System raise questions about the limits and challenges of the regulation and regularization of traditional territories when submitted to the discourse of environmental conservation. Having considered these questions, and analyzed the way in which the law, by capturing the reality of the people of the sea, promotes their reduction and seeks to insert communities of artisanal fishers into the so-called national unity, it becomes essential to criticize the law and its concepts used to regulate the territoriality of these people. The use of polarization-dependent SERS from scratched gold films to selectively eliminate solution-phase interference

Abstract Polarization-dependent surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) was studied for oxazine 720 molecules adsorbed on a scratched gold surface placed in situ and under electrochemical control. A quantitative method for evaluating the observed polarization dependence will be introduced. This method takes into account the polarization artifacts caused by optical elements in the light microscope used for Raman microscopy. Intensity of the SERS obtained from oxazine 720 adsorbed on scratches in gold showed a polarization dependence after correction was made for these artifacts. In contrast, intensity of the ordinary Raman signal obtained from perchlorate ions in the solution above a scratched gold surface was found to be polarization-independent. Therefore, polarization effects can be used to selectively remove solution-phase interference signals from the SERS spectrum of an adsorbed analyte. These polarization effects were found to be independent of the applied potential, meaning the methodology is applicable to electrochemical SERS studies

METODOLOGIAS ATIVAS COMO ESTRATÉGIA DE ENSINO APRENDIZAGEM NOS CURSOS DE GRADUAÇÃO EM ENFERMAGEM

Nas últimas décadas ocorreram transformações econômicas, sociais, culturais e principalmente tecnológicas, que impactaram também as instituições de ensino, fomentando a adaptação do modelo educacional às mudanças dos últimos anos. Nesse cenário, surgem as metodologias ativas de ensino-aprendizagem, como sinônimo de um método ativo, metodologias estas que os cursos de graduação em enfermagem têm aderido em suas práticas. Objetivou-se, neste trabalho, identificar quais os benefícios do uso de metodologias ativas para a formação dos discentes dos cursos de graduação em Enfermagem, realizada através de uma revisão bibliográfica exploratória, por meio de consulta às bases de dados LILACS, BDENF e SCIELO, no período de julho de 2019 a abril de 2020, utilizando as seguintes palavras-chave: Aprendizagem, Enfermagem e Educação Superior. Evidenciou-se que os benefícios das metodologias ativas de ensino-aprendizagem nos cursos de graduação em Enfermagem possibilitam a aproximação do estudante com a realidade de saúde e da sociedade na qual está inserido, o desenvolvimento da autonomia do educando no pensar e atuar, aumento do nível de competência na execução de técnicas e procedimentos, a aquisição de maior confiança em suas decisões e aplicação do conhecimento em situações práticas, a integração entre teoria e prática, capacidade de mediar conflitos, além de desenvolvimento da tomada de decisão e de uma visão crítica da realidade e trabalho em equipe, rompendo com o modelo tradicional de ensino e fundamentando-se em uma pedagogia problematizadora. Reconhece-se a necessidade de outros estudos sobre os benefícios das metodologias ativas no ensino de cursos de graduação em Enfermagem.In recent decades there have been economic, social, cultural and mainly technological transformations, which have also impacted educational institutions, fostering the adaptation of the educational model to the changes of recent years. In this scenario, the active teaching-learning methodologies arise, as synonymous with an active method, methodologies that undergraduate nursing courses have adhered to in their practices. The objective of this work was to identify the benefits of using active methodologies for the training of undergraduate nursing students, carried out through an exploratory bibliographic review, through consultation with lilacs, BDENF and SCIELO databases, from July 2019 to April 2020, using the following keywords: Learning, Nursing and Higher Education. It was evidenced that the benefits of active teaching-learning methodologies in undergraduate nursing courses enable the student to approach the reality of health and the society in which he is inserted, the development of the autonomy of the student in thinking and acting, increased level of competence in the execution of techniques and procedures, the acquisition of greater confidence in their decisions and application of knowledge in practical situations , the integration between theory and practice, ability to mediate conflicts, in addition to the development of decision-making and a critical view of reality and teamwork, breaking with the traditional teaching model and based on a problematizing pedagogy. It is recognized the need for further studies on the benefits of active methodologies in the teaching of undergraduate nursing courses

Resonant squeezed light from photonic Cooper pairs

Raman scattering of photons into phonons gives rise to entangled photon pairs when the phonon emitted in a Stokes process is absorbed in antiStokes scattering, forming the photonic analog of Cooper pairs. We present a nonperturbative theory for the time evolution of photonic Cooper pairs that treats interacting photons and phonons as a hybrid excitation, the Ramaniton. As the Ramaniton propagates in a wave guide it displays quantum oscillations between photon and phonon occupation, leading to resonant squeezed Stokes-antiStokes light when the phonon occupation becomes equal to zero. This phenomena can be used to generate up to 28 dB of squeezed light even in standard silicon on insulator waveguides.Comment: Added references for section V. Typos correcte

O cotidiano escolar na história de Vilhena-RO durante o processo de colonização da Amazônia no século XX

Este trabalho discute sobre o cotidiano escolar da Escola Wilson Camargo, localizada na região Norte do Brasil, no município de Vilhena, Rondônia, tendo como delimitação temporal os anos de 1960 a 1980. Trata-se de uma pesquisa historiográfica cujo recorte temporal refere-se ao processo inicial de colonização na região amazônica, ocasionado pelas estratégias políticas no Brasil, durante a Ditadura Militar, no século XX. Para tal, foram analisadas fontes encontradas na Escola investigada, assim como foram entrevistados ex-alunos e professores. Propõe-se uma interpretação da história da educação e da cultura escolar produzida no cotidiano da escola com vistas a historicizar as práticas fabricadas pelos sujeitos que compunham o espaço escolar

O DISCURSO DO PROGRESSO E A EDUCAÇÃO NA HISTÓRIA DE SINOP - MATO GROSSO: “COMO É BOM ALARGAR FRONTEIRAS DE NOSSA PÁTRIA!”

Este artigo aborda o entrelaçamento do discurso do progresso na educação sinopense dentro do contexto de implementação da política de integração nacional entre os anos de 1973 e 1979. O discurso de progresso difundido pelo Governo Federal foi assumido pelos Colonizadores, pelos migrantes e pela escola, que em suas práticas exemplificou e manifestou todos os valores desenvolvimentistas da época. A fundamentação teórica se baseou nas contribuições de Michel de Certeau e a pesquisa empírica foi realizada a partir dos procedimentos da História Oral com entrevistas com ex-professoras, assim como em outras fontes históricas como documentos, revistas, iconografias adquiridas em acervos particulares e públicos.
