The Relationship between Organizational Climate and Teacher Job Satisfaction in Islamic Junior High School

A calming organizational climate will increase teacher job satisfaction. One way to increase teacher job satisfaction is to provide a comfortable workplace, and leaders should treat teachers well and don't discriminate against one another in order to create a conducive organizational climate. The teachers feel that the organizational climate will be more conducive if the teachers do something useful and their work is appreciated by the principal or leader. Therefore, a feeling of joy and pride will arise in the education staff, so if the school can meet the needs of teachers, the level of teacher satisfaction will also increase. This research was carried out from June to August 2022. The method used in this study is the correlational method; correlational research is research that will look at the relationship between variables X and Y and is intended to obtain information about the status of symptoms at the time the research is conducted. This study's population consists of principals and teachers who are still actively teaching at SMPN 8 Jakarta in the 2021/2022 academic year. Based on the data that has been obtained, the description of the data, and the processing of statistical data, the authors can draw the following conclusions: The result of calculating the product moment correlation between variables X and Y is obtained as rxy = 0.627, and at a significance level of 5%, r-table = 0.361, while at a significance level of 1%, r-table = 0.463, thus at a significance level of 5% or 1%, r-count was greater than r-table (0.627 > 0.361). Ho is rejected, while Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y

PELATIHAN PENYUSUNAN ARTIKEL ILMIAH BERBANTU APLIKASI MENDELEY DENGAN TINGKAT PLAGIASI RENDAH

Pelatihan Penyusunan Artikel Ilmiah Berbantu Aplikasi Mendeley dengan Tingkat Plagiasi Rendah merupakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan secara online pada tanggal 11 Februari 2023. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam menyusun artikel ilmiah dengan tingkat plagiasi yang rendah. Dalam pelatihan ini, metode yang digunakan meliputi penyampaian materi tentang teknik dan metodologi penulisan artikel ilmiah, pengenalan aplikasi Mendeley sebagai alat bantu, serta strategi untuk menghindari plagiasi. Peserta juga diberikan kesempatan untuk mempraktikkan pengetahuan yang telah mereka peroleh dengan menyusun artikel ilmiah menggunakan aplikasi Mendeley. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman mereka dalam menyusun artikel ilmiah dengan kualitas yang baik dan tingkat plagiasi yang rendah. Mereka mampu mengaplikasikan pengetahuan tentang etika penulisan ilmiah dan manajemen referensi menggunakan aplikasi Mendeley. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam menyusun artikel ilmiah dengan tingkat plagiasi yang rendah. Peserta mampu menghasilkan artikel ilmiah yang sesuai dengan standar akademik dan memiliki kesadaran yang tinggi terhadap etika penulisan ilmiah

Bormasa MANAJEMEN PENGELOLAAN DANA DESA DALAM MENGATASI DAMPAK COVID’19 PADA DESA WUNLAH KECAMATAN WUARLABOBAR KABUPATEN KEPULAUAN TANIMBAR

In order to adapt to the impact of Covid'19 (Corona Virus), the village government must be able to take village fund budget management policies by paying attention to the conditions and needs of the people in the village, this is done so that the solutions to the problems faced can be handled easily From the results of the research, the community felt that the most visible impact of covid'19 was the economic, health and social impacts, these three impacts made the community feel stressed because the sensitivity of the village government in overcoming these impacts was still far from what was expected. In this research, the method used is qualitative research method with qualitative descriptive research type. Based on the results of the research, the village government basically has to be wise in the management process of managing the Village Fund in taking urgent action against the impact of Covid'19 on the community, because it is slow in taking policies to help the community from the economic impact, and health which is an impact that affects people's lives. This happened because basically the policy in taking action was not overcoming the impact of covid', but the policy taken from the beginning of the emergence of covid'19 was to open a guard post and create a village entrance portal for outsiders who wanted to visit the village of Wunlah. Dukungan kader jumantik dengan perilaku masyarakat tentang pencegahan demam berdarah dengue (DBD)

Background: Dengue hemorrhagic fever is still a problem in the city of Bandung. The aedes aegypti mosquito is the main cause of the spread of this disease.Purpose: To determine the relationship between the support of larva monitor cadres and mosquito nest eradication behavior.Method: The design used in this study was cross-sectional and conducted in the working area of the Panyileukan Health Center, Bandung City. The research sample was taken using a stratified random sampling technique, which was 67 respondents. Data analysis using chi-square test.Results: Found that a small percentage of respondents carried out mosquito nest eradication in the good category, namely 31.3 percent and a small percentage of respondents stated that cadres were less supportive, namely 32.8 percent. There was a significant association between cadre support and mosquito nest eradication behaviours (p=0.010) and OR=4,800 (1,578-14,602).Conclusion: People who get the support of good cadres are 4.8 times more likely to eradicate mosquito nests than people who lack the support of cadres.Suggestion: To provide training to larva monitor cadres, especially on the management of monitoring mosquito larvae in residents' homes.Keywords: Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever; Cadre; Support; Eradication; Mosquito Nests.Pendahuluan: Demam berdarah dengue masih menjadi permasalahan di Kota Bandung. Nyamuk aedes aegypti adalah penyebab utama penyebaran penyakit ini.Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan kader jumantik dengan perilaku pemberantasan sarang nyamuk.Metode: Desain yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah cross sectional dan dilakukan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Panyileukan Kota Bandung. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan teknik stratified random sampling yaitu sebanyak 67 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi square.Hasil: Didapatkan sebagian kecil responden melakukan pemberantasan sarang nyamuk pada kategori baik yaitu 31,3 persen, dan sebagian kecil responden menyatakan kader kurang mendukung yaitu sebesar 32,8 persen. Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan kader dengan perilaku pemberantasan sarang nyamuk (p=0,010) dan OR=4,800 (1,578-14,602).Simpulan: Orang yang mendapatkan dukungan kader baik berpeluang melakukan pemberantasan sarang nyamuk sebesar 4,8 kali lebih besar dibandingkan dengan orang yang kurang mendapatkan dukungan dari kader.Saran: Agar memberikan pelatihan kepada kader jumantik utamanya tentang tatalaksana melakukan monitoring jentik nyamuk di rumah-rumah warga
