    PHYSIOLOGICAL AND REPARATIVE OSTEOGENESIS IN THE NORM AND UNDER CONDITIONS OF SELENIUM DEFICIENCY

    The study presents the results of investigation of selenium deficiency condition on the bone tissue and healing post-traumatic bone defects under conditions of selenium deficiency.The experimental part of the study was performed on 63 randomized brand albino male rats of 3-month age. Peculiarities of the reparative osteogenesis were studied on the model of a traumatic injury simulated one-type in the proximal meta-diaphysis of the femoral bone irrespective of the experimental conditions in the frontal plane in the form of perforated defect. The defect was made by means of a drill 1mm in diameter.The results of the study are indicative of a negative effect of selenium deficiency produced on physiological and reparative osteogenesis manifested by inhibition of the process and associated with disorders in the formation of osseous regeneration, deterioration of the structural-functional state of the osseous tissue, development of degenerative-necrotic changes in the osseous tissue and epiphyseal cartilage.The study presents the results of investigation of selenium deficiency condition on the bone tissue and healing post-traumatic bone defects under conditions of selenium deficiency.The experimental part of the study was performed on 63 randomized brand albino male rats of 3-month age.     Humoral markers of endothelial dysfunction and systemic inflammatory response in patients with acute myocardial infarction depending on genes polymorphism of ACE (I/D) and eNOS (894G>T)

    The dynamics of endothelial dysfunction (ED) humoral factors: a soluble form of vascular cell adhesion molecule 1 (sVCAM-1), total NO metabolites and systemic inflammatory response - C-reactive protein (CRP) in patients with acute myocardial infarction (MI) under the influence of treatment and depending on genes polymorphism – angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE, I/D) and endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS, T894G) were evaluated. The presence of DD-genotype of ACE gene is associated with a significantly greater decrease of sVCAM-1 and CRP levels under the influence of treatment (better with thrombolytic therapy (TLT), p<0.05); in T- allele carriers of eNOS gene the level sVCAM-1 under TLT decreased by 30.7-31.2%. Content of NO metabolites decreased more in D-allele carriers of ACE gene as well as after combined treatment with TLT (39.1% and 35.2%) and did not depend on the allele state of eNOS gene

    Method for determining the characteristics of a gas-steam chp with a steam turbo drive of a compressor

    A new type of maneuverable combined-cycle plant with a steam-turbine drive of a low-pressure compressor is considered. The analysis of its technological processes in the generation of electric and thermal energy in heating and non-heating periods of the year is carried out. It is shown that in heating conditions, the burning of additional fuel in the afterburner between the stages of the evaporator of the utilizer boiler provides an increase in its steam production, maneuverability, thermal and electric power of the CCGT-CHP plant. The influence of the chemical composition and thermophysical properties of natural gas on obtaining the required excess air in the combustion chamber of a combined cycle gas turbine is considered. A mathematical model of technological processes is developed. The influence of deep utilization of the heat of the flue gases of the utilizer boiler on increasing the efficiency and improving the environmental characteristics of the gas-steam plant of a thermal power plant was recorded. © 2020 Institute of Physics Publishing.     ПОЛУЧЕНИЕ КЛИНКЕРНОГО КИРПИЧА НА ОСНОВЕ МИНЕРАЛЬНОГО СЫРЬЯ РЕСПУБЛИКИ БЕЛАРУСЬ

    Mass compositions for production of dense ceramics, in particular clinker bricks based on low-melting clays, loams, low-calcined chamotte and cullet glass have been developed. A positive effect of finely ground low-ash chamotte obtained by heat treatment of low-melting clays at 1000 °C, which contributes to the expansion of the sintering interval of materials, is established. The complex use of polymineral clays, low-calcined chamotte and loams allows obtaining dense-looking material with a water absorption of 3–5 %, which is due to the effective action of fine-dispersed amorphous silica contained in loam. Dense material with a less than 5 % water absorption, frost resistance of 120–200 thermal cyclings and mechanical compressive strength of 41–47 MPa was produced by calcination of the mentioned materials at 1150 ± 10 °C. Проведены исследования и разработаны составы масс для получения плотноспекшейся керамики, в частности клинкерного кирпича, на основе легкоплавких глин, суглинков, низкожженного шамота и стеклобоя тарного. Установлено положительное влияние тонкомолотого низкожженого шамота, полученного термообработкой легкоплавких глин при 1000 °С, который способствует расширению интервала спекания материалов. Комплексное использование полиминеральных глин, низкожженого шамота, суглинков позволяет получить плотноспекшийся материал с водопоглощением 3–5 %, что обусловлено эффективным воздействием тонкодисперсного аморфного кремнезема, содержащегося в суглинках. Выявлено, что при таком использовании указанных компонентов при температуре обжига 1150±10 °С получен плотноспекшийся материал с водопоглощением менее 5 %, морозостойкостью 120–200 циклов и механической прочностью при сжатии 41–47 МПа.

    Lapunov’s functions usage in radio circuits’ theory

    When analyzing linear differential equations’ stability using Lapunov’s second method, Lapunov’s functions are usually chosen in quadratic form. In radio circuits’ theory Lapunov’s second method by force of existing traditions is applied in rarer cases than for example in mechanics or astronomy. In this article several modifications of the Lapunov’s function are suggested on parametric circuit example. Method which is used here applies to linear radio circuits of general type

    Adequate mathematic apparatus of time varying circuit is the system of two linear differential equations of the first order or linear differential equation the second order. In both cases coefficients are functions dependent on argument (time). Enormous number of publications devoted to analysis of this equation stability, and as a result we have obtained many sufficient conditions of stability. Nevertheless available results do not give complete solution of the problem, moreover, there is no analysis of the fact how much well-known stability criteria are approximate to complete solution.
