This paper is based on the background of Satpol PP efforts in enforcing Batang District Regulation Number 4 Year 2015 on the Amendment of Batang Regency Local Regulation Number 6 Year 2011 on the Eradication of Prostitution in Batang District. It is also called Perda Eradication of prostitution, this regulation is the main actor in enforcing the local regulations. The formulation of this research problem was how the enforcement of the Regional Regulation on the eradication of prostitution done by Satpol PP.This research method used non-doctrinal research type which can be categorized into qualitative research. It was expected to get deep data and meaningful data. The results showed that in enforcing prostitution law by doing raids both independent and combined raids. Then after catching the violators, Satpol PP conducted repressive action either Non judicial or Pro judicial

Design And Verification Testing Of New Balance Piston For High Boost Multiphase Pumps

LectureIn 2011, the first Subsea Multiphase Pump (MPP) able to deliver a differential pressure of 2175 psi (150 bar) was introduced to the market. This major innovation for the subsea industry conquered the 17 year old 725 psi (50 bar) delta pressure barrier for existing multiphase pump technology. This achievement was made possible by the successful development of the first subsea MPP equipped with a balance piston, a technology which allows compensation of the axial thrust generated by the impellers, thus opening the way to pumps with high pressure differentials. This paper presents the background for the design of a balance piston that is required to function with a mixture of gas, water, viscous crude oil and sand, and also the rotordynamic issues related to pumping this type of raw process fluid. The paper also addresses the test set-up as well as the results from the verification testing of the rotordynamic behavior with a full scale 2400 BHP (1.8 MW) high boost multiphase pump

LectureIn 2011, for the first time Hybrid Multiphase Pumps have been deployed on the seafloor. This was Offshore Angola, at 800m Water Depth, to ensure the full field development of Pazflor Deep Sea Project by pumping the viscous oils of the Miocene fields. Through the example of these Pazflor subsea pumps, this paper invites the reader to discover, step by step, the thorough acceptance tests program that was put in place to mitigate as much as possible the risks before installation. This paper relates how, after 15 months of Acceptance tests, the eight Hybrid Pumps were declared Ready for Deployment

Design and Verification Testing Of Balance Piston for High-Viscosity Multiphase Pumps

LectureOneSubsea was awarded a project involving the development and testing of a HighBoost multiphase pump for boosting unprocessed multiphase well streams with liquid viscosities up to 800 centipoise (cP). The viscosity requirement surpasses the existing viscosity range of dynamic multiphase pumps and the difference in viscosity for the liquid and gaseous phases is larger than in any other comparable test programs. Results from the full-scale testing have shown remarkable balance piston flow mechanisms affecting both rotordynamic behavior and step-changes in volumetric efficiency for the pump assembly. These phenomena have been studied in detail during the extensive testing, and further investigated with corresponding analysis. The work described in this paper has resulted in a design improvement and a solution for this demanding subsea boosting application. Furthermore, the analysis also shows that more research is needed to fully understand high viscosity multiphase flow in seals and balance pistons. The comprehensive technology development work was conducted within the EPC project timeframe and has realized the operators requirements of boosting the subsea production of a demanding oil-field
