Risk management software platform ZOTY for SMEs

This paper deals with the introduction and application of the software platform ZOTY, which is a new innovative software platform to accelerate the implementation of management and operation systems. In the first part, the research of available solutions for risk management on the market with the comparison of their pros and cons is described. This study shows that complex software with all intended functions was not available at a comparable price level which is acceptable for SMEs. In the next part, the functionalities of created software platform ZOTY are described. Also, one example of many methodologies used in the software platform is described in detail. At the end of the paper, the main benefits of the new software platform are described

Fostering economic growth, social inclusion & sustainability in Industry 4.0: a systemic approach

The most modern and mature industrial manufacturing revolution is known as Industry 4.0 (I4.0). Technological advance seeks to minimize all sorts of waste, optimizing the firm's performance operations aligning this its competitive advantage. While in developing economies often overlooked the society and environment under the current neoliberalism strategy, whose competitive approach is enforced by the State, with a detriment of local SMEs such as Mexico. Thereby, to lead I4.0 implementation for SMEs, the role of the State for a long-term strategic approach is of utmost importance. The industrial strategy should regard the imminent industrial revolution without leaving behind environmental and social dimensions to implement it, like the Scandinavian economies example. This research proposes the soft systems methodology for dealing with the sustainable complexity context and inclusive industrial development phenomena. Its holistic nature provides useful insights that devise how I4.0 and social inclusion fit into the Mexican context. The theoretical proposal builds upon the social inclusion state-of-the-art in the industry 4.0 and a survey for an affordable I4.0 initiative through a stakeholder system's network communication approach. The inclusive strategy is an effort to align root systems for sustainable development with stakeholders for Mexican SMEs in the manufacturing sector

Diagnostics of verbal abilities of children from a linguistic point of view

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of verbal subtests of selected Intelligence tests (Analytical Test of Intelligence, Kaufman Assessment Battery for Children, Vana Intelligence Test and Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children). The analysis focuses on the types of verbal abilities and communication skills examined by those tests, and on types of exercises used in the psycho-diagnostics practice. The thesis concentrates on the tests used for diagnostics of verbal abilities in Czech children who are in the age group of up to 12 years. The theoretical part includes basic terms of the theory of Intelligence and Intellect abilities and basic knowledge of child development. The so called pre-school evolution is the most important period because of the child language acquisition and because of the development of communication abilities and skills at the lexical-semantic, morphological-syntactic, phonetic-phonologic and pragmatic levels. The thesis concentrates on the so called younger age evolution as this period is primarily connected with the school maturity / readiness. Education of patients after total hip arthroplasty

Bakalářská práce se zabývá totální endoprotézou kyčelního kloubu z hlediska edukace, uvádí a hodnotí informovanost pacientů po totální endoprotéze kyčelního kloubu. V teoretické části je uvedena anatomie kyčelního kloubu, popsána artróza a její indikace k totální endoprotéze kyčelního kloubu. Dále je popsána totální endoprotéza kyčelního kloubu, druhy implantátů, ošetřovatelská péče, rehabilitace a také je rozvedena problematika edukace.Výzkumná část práce vznikla na základě empirického šetření a na základě získaných dat z vyplněných dotazníků, které byly rozdány pacientům rehabilitačního ústavu. Praktickým výstupem práce se stal srozumitelný a snadno pochopitelný edukační materiál.The bachelor thesis deals with total hip joint endoprosthesis in terms of education and presents and evaluates the knowledge level of patients after total hip joint endoprosthesis.The theoretical part describes the anatomy of the hip joint, arthrosis and its indication for total hip joint endoprosthesis. Total hip joint endoprosthesis, types of implants, nursing care, rehabilitation and the education issue are also presented.The research part of the thesis was based on an empirical investigation of data obtained from completed questionnaires, which were distributed among the patients of the rehabilitation institute. Řízení perspektivních technologických procesů v elektrotechnice

Předložená disertační práce vychází ze současných poznatků o nové průmyslové revoluci, označované jako Průmysl 4.0 a je především zaměřena na problematiku hodnocení připravenosti digitální transformace podniku nezbytnou pro dosažení hlavní vize tohoto konceptu, kterou je takzvaná chytrá továrna. Úvodní teoretická část je věnována analýze současného stavu dané problematiky, která obsahuje popis samotného konceptu Průmyslu 4.0, vymezení základních souvisejících pojmů a technologií, popis vybraných strategií Evropské unie, výsledky již provedených průzkumů a přehled současných modelů používaných pro hodnocení připravenosti podniku na daný koncept. Na základě výsledků provedené analýzy byl dále stanoven a popsán hlavní cíl disertační práce a hypotézy. Cílem je vytvoření metodiky pro hodnocení připravenosti na digitální transformaci podniků v oblasti elektrotechniky, která bude vycházet z procesního řízení a zároveň bude zohledňovat řízení lidských zdrojů, rizik a aspekty udržitelné výroby. Další část práce navazuje na metody, které byly použity při řešení cíle a dále samotným návrhem a popisem dílčích kroků metodiky. Praktická část práce je následně zaměřena na ověření navrhované metodiky a je zde představen návrh webová aplikace, který by mohl sloužit jako pomocný nástroj pro uživatele z hlediska rozšíření jejich informací o daném konceptu a zároveň firmám poskytnout možnost bezplatně posoudit jejich připravenost na uvedený koncept.ObhájenoThe presented dissertation is based on the current knowledge of the new industrial revolution, referred to as Industry 4.0, and is mainly focused on the issue of assessing the readiness of the digital transformation of the enterprise necessary to achieve the main vision of this concept, which is the so-called smart factory. The introductory theoretical part is devoted to the analysis of the current state of the issue, which includes a description of the concept of Industry 4.0 itself, the definition of the basic related concepts and technologies, a description of selected European Union strategies, the results of already conducted surveys and an overview of current models used to assess the readiness of the enterprise for the concept. Based on the results of the analysis, the main objective of the dissertation and hypotheses were further defined and described. The aim is to develop a methodology for assessing the readiness for digital transformation of enterprises in the electrical engineering sector, which will be based on process management, while taking into account human resource management, risk management and sustainable production aspects. The next part of the thesis follows the methods that were used to address the objective and then the actual design and description of the sub-steps of the methodology. The practical part of the thesis is then focused on the validation of the proposed methodology and presents the design of a web application that could serve as an auxiliary tool for users in terms of expanding their information on the concept and also provide companies with the opportunity to assess their readiness for the concept free of charge

The Media Image of Murder of Otýlie Vranská in the Czech Contemporary Press

The diploma thesis called The Media Image of Murder of Otýlie Vranská in the Czech Contemporary Press is dealing with the analysis of the serious press represented by daily newspaper Národní listy and with the analysis of the tabloid press represented by daily newspaper Expres in the selected period from September 1933 to February 1934. The analysis focuses on the news articles about the murder of Otýlie Vranská. She was murdered on 1st of September 1933, her corpse was quartered and sent to Slovakia in two suitcases − one suitcase was found in Bratislava and second in Košice. Both types of periodicals published 96 articles all together. The diploma thesis is divided into two main parts. Theoretical part, which is focused on definition of the First Czechoslovak Republic's period as well as introducing topics such as criminality and press in the First Czechoslovak Republic. In the end of this chapter there is a presentation of the life and death of Otýlie Vranská from an expert point of view. The second, practical part includes mentioned analysis of the news items, which comes after the definition of the key term: the social construction of reality and the definition of the chosen method: the comparative narrative analysis

Problematics of three-year old children adaptation to kindergartens

The diploma thesis refers to a specific question of a kindergarten adaptation of three-year old children. The theoretical part covers the characteristics of a three-year old child from the point of view if his/her development level, necessaries of life, socialization, and psychic stability, and studies the coherence between the above-mentioned characteristics and the child's adaptation to a kindergarten. The practice-oriented part maps the most common problems with adaptation of three-year old children and compares the level of successful adaptation of three-year old children in homogenous and heterogeneous classes. Furthermore, this part studies also the interval of child's adaptation to his/her family, mainly the organizational and relationship changes. In the conclusion, the reasoning about possibilities of further use of this study for kindergarten teachers takes place

It focuses on terms from the field of physiology and pathophysiology of thermoregulation and features key examination methods in body temperature assessment. The theoretical part of the thesis also characterizes anaesthesia, options available to monitor and control body temperature, both in the course of general anaesthesia and within the perioperative and postoperative periods. The research part of the thesis processes data collected in record sheets which had been designed by the author of the thesis.
